    Kurzfassung: Snorkeling adalah salah satu hobu yang sangat digemari saat ini. Snorkeling sering di lakukan untuk refreshing sambil menyegarkan pikiran setelah berkutat dengan aktifitas dan pekerjaan yang menguras pikiran. Piranti atau (peralatan) snorkeling yang paling utama terdiri dari 4 alat yaitu, masker selam, baju selam, snorkel dan kaki katak atau sirip selam. Dalam penerapanya banyak kendala yang dihadapi para penyelam terutama dalam hal memilih piranti masih bersifat manual yaitu para penyelam hanya mendapat informasi dari instruktur snorkeling yang berada di kawasan snorkeling. Keadaan tersebut sudah pasti membuat proses pemilihan menjadi tidak efesien karena keterbatasan informasi yang bisa didapat sehingga perlunya dibuatkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Fuzzy C-means Clustering (FCM) adalah suatu teknik pengelompokan data yang mana keberadaan tiap-tiap titik dalam suatu cluster ditentukan oleh derajat keanggotaan. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode perhitungan FCM untuk menentukan piranti yang tepat untuk direkomendasikan kepada User. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan dapat membantu user dalam memilih piranti yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkanya.

    Kurzfassung: SCM (Supply Chain Management) merupakan suatu metode atau pendekatan proses pengintegrasian informasi dari aliran rantai dalam memperoleh bahan mentah yang dilanjutkan kegiatan transformasi sehingga menjadi produk dalam proses, sehingga menjadi produk jadi. Hal utama dari konsep SCM ini yaitu bagaimana mengurangi kesia siaan produk dan bagaimana caranya mengoptimalkan nilai produk tersebut pada rantai pasok yang berkaitan. Supply Chain Management mengutamakan arus barang antar perusahaan dari hulu ke hilir (dari perusahaan ke toko) dan melibatkan supplier sampai dengan pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem SCM untuk mempermudah manajemen rantai pasok pada BUMDes Sarining Winangun Kukuh, khususnya pada unit usaha pertokoan. Dimana sistem yang akan dikembangkan terintegrasi dengan sistem lain, yakni sistem akuntansi BUMDes. Sehingga seluruh proses bisnis pada unit usaha pertokoan BUMDes Sarining Winangun Kukuh, yakni proses keluar masuk barang, maupun proses keuangannya akan seluruhnya tercatat pada sistem berbasis web. Untuk mengamankan data yang terlibat dalam proses SCM, maka dilakukan pula implementasi AES 256, dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan black box dapat dinyatakan bahwa SCM yang dikembangkan pada penelitian telah memenuhi seluruh fungsionalitas sistem dengan rata-rata waktu enkripsi selama 0.00001518 detik dan rata-rata waktu dekripsi selama 0.00001518 detik.

    Kurzfassung: Large amounts of data processing necessitate the use of a dependable infrastructure. Using clustering technology in Big Data processing is a solution for faster processing times. This study evaluated the performance of the Hadoop server using virtualization technology. A varying number of query requests are sent to Hadoop server clusters at the same time. Then, the CPU and memory (RAM) utilization was calculated. According to the test results, the CPU usage on the namenode reached 100% at the start of the process, followed by an increase in CPU usage on the datanode the next time. Meanwhile, the namenode uses the most memory when it receives 25 requests at once. This demonstrates that the namenode can only serve a maximum of 25 requests at the same time.

    Kurzfassung: To get good employees, a good selection process is needed. From the results of the interview, PT. Global Retailindo Pratama uses four criteria for the selection of new employees, education, intelligence, experience, and interviews. All prospective employees must take an exam to measure the criteria of education and intelligence and also have to send a photocopy of proof of their experience. The first stage selection is done to determine the prospective applicants who will take part in the interview. The second stage is conducted to determine the prospective employees who are accepted. The process of assessment and selection is still done by humans, so it takes a lot of time and energy. This problem can be solved by providing an information system for submitting applications and conducting examinations online. All documents are sent in digital form, also automaticlly checking answers from prospective employees. To select prospective employees, a method is needed that can recommend potential prospective employees based on specified criteria. The TOPSIS method is a decision support method that can provide recommendations in accordance with the criteria. The disadvantage of the TOPSIS method is that it requires weighting in the ranking process. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can be used to determine the criteria weight. Combining AHP and TOPSIS methods can produce more objective ranking results. Combining the AHP and TOPSIS methods can produce better recommendations.

    Kurzfassung: Business process are increasingly developing, causing data generated will be even greater. The application of datawarehouse technology and MongoDB as one of the NoSQL technologies can solve large historical data processing problems. In addition, business intelligence technology that is able to visualize data in into graphics and tables will make it easier for stakeholders to analyze sales transactions. The process for transforming transaction data into a datawarehouse is the Extract Transform Load (ETL) process. The data generated from the ETL process is quality data and is really needed for analysis. Black box testing results and data validity indicate the system can be accepted and can produce the right information for decision support.

    Kurzfassung: Multi-company companies have challenges in managing subsidiary data into performance information of all subsidiaries in one window. This is due to the variation of data dimensions according to the business processes of each subsidiary. CV. XYZ is a holding company engaged in the food & beverage business. CV. XYZ currently manages three companies consisting of restaurants, catering, and tent and decoration rental. The problem faced by the company owner is the limited access to company performance in one information window. Each company has working papers in Excel format to record expenditure and income transactions. This article proposes the development of a website-based business intelligence system to overcome the problems of CV. XYZ. The purpose of developing a business intelligence system in this article is to provide access to the performance of each subsidiary in one website media. The business intelligence system is developed through the stages of data collection and analysis, data warehouse design, ETL process, and data visualization with Microsoft Power BI. The data warehouse design uses Kimball's nine-step method which produces a data warehouse with a star scheme. The developed Business Intelligence system was tested using the UAT method. The UAT test results show that the system development is following the company's needs as indicated by the UAT score of 92%

    Kurzfassung: This paper discusses the design of academic service complaints system in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. Currently, the evaluation of academic services at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia has been done periodically in the form of distributing questionnaires to the students before taking the final exam of Semester (UAS) in each semester. This evaluation is quite effective but this periodic evaluation can not yet accommodate the academic service complaints that occur in the everyday incident. In this paper has developed a system of web-based academic service complaints that can be accessed at any time by the academic community to provide feedback related to academic services at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. In general, the system is capable of managing user data such as students, lecturers, institutions, and administrators. The system is able to make a complaint file to be sent to service provider units within the academic community, and the files sent will be accessed through the "outbreak" menu whereas in the complaint recipient account it can be accessed in the "incoming complaint" menu. To maintain the security of the complaints process on the system also facilitates the user to encrypt and decrypt the complaint file. Based on the tests that have been done the system developed able to facilitate students and academic community in general to conduct complaints of academic services and teaching and learning facilities at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. Security of complaint data can be maintained well with the existence of encryption facilities and description and distribution of keys made directly to each user. From the test conducted by testing the functions expected in the system, obtained the results that the system is able to run in accordance with the expected.
