    Abstract: CNS needs INS to provide horizon attitude information as the horizon reference. The non-damping INS on critical conditions is easy to cause error fluctuation and divergence when the accelerometer zero is changed, directly affecting horizon reference information precision of assistant CNS. Therefore, under on-board use conditions, the INS short-term high-precision characteristics are used in CNS/INS/LOG integrated system to design Kalman filter with horizontal speed damping and compensate dynamic error of INS. The calibration and readjustment technology of on-board CNS/INS integrated system is based on horizontal speed damping. The accurate reference information of CNS is used to finish correction of position error, misalignment angle and main gyro drift error. In this way, the readjustment period will be extended to realize long-time and high-precision navigation of the integrated system.

    Abstract: In order to improve the flowability of lithium hydroxide powder, the lithium hydroxide powder in a company was selected under the conveying condition. The degree of circularity was used to quantitatively characterize the micro-morphology of the powder, and the influence of particle size on the flowability of lithium hydroxide powder was studied by the angle of repose method, HR method and Carr flowability index method. The results show that the lithium hydroxide powder gets better with the increasing of particle size. But the flowability of fine particles (≤ 100μm) is poor, while the flowability of medium particles (100~200μm) and coarse particles (≥ 200μm) is good. Based on the experimental results. It is suggested that the inclination angle of silo should be designed to be no less than 50 0 and the content of powder with particle size less than 100μm in lithium hydroxide should be controlled to improve the conveying efficiency of lithium hydroxide powder.

    Abstract: Aiming at INS/CNS moving base alignment problem, this paper designs a moving base alignment method based on comprehensive calibration mode of INS error. Based on attitude and position measurement information of INS/CNS, this paper deduces linear status equation of INS/CNS, and meanwhile analyzes and establishes measurement equation for the alignment equation. It designs a moving base alignment solution based on the information integration method with Kalman filtering technology, and verifies the effectiveness of alignment with the method under moving base conditions through simulation analysis. The simulation results show the method may reach heading precision superior to 15” within 60min under dynamic navigation of ships.

    Abstract: As a high precision attitude measurement device, the INS/CNS integrated navigation system has error order of second and installation and calibration precision of minute. The calibration residue of installation error directly affects attitude determination and positioning precision. The paper discusses calibration method of sub-system installation error, and expounds calibration principles of INS/CNS integrated navigation system. According to overall technical solutions, this paper studies shafting calibration error transfer characteristics of INS/CNS integrated navigation system, and puts forward calibration solution for the system. It mainly analyzes impact of multiple error factors during system calibration such as installation error and measurement instrument error on the integrated system, models and analyzes countershaft inclination effect, coaxial error and zero position calibration, optimizes calibration method for the system and improves installation error calibration precision.

    Abstract: Structures with dissimilar materials can make full use of the advantages of each material. However the welding of the aluminum alloy plate and plastic plate are difficult due to high difference in melting point. The friction stir lap welding method is selected in this paper. The numerical model was built to study the heat transfer behavior inside the plates, as the temperature plays an important role in determine the weld quality. The model was validated through experimentally measured temperature results. The influence of welding process parameters such as welding speed, tool rotating speed and downward feed was analyzed. It was found that under the welding speed of 100r/min and downward feed of 0.3mm/s, sound weld was produced.
