Abstract: With the development and widespread application of high-power power electronics technology, there is an interaction between distribution network voltage and reactive power and power quality. It is prone to operating over-voltage and closing inrush when closing, and reignition often occurs during opening. The voltage is too high, which far exceeds the voltage and insulation performance that the equipment can withstand, resulting in damage to the equipment. In response to the above problems, this article proposes an intelligent control switch closing and opening strategy to reduce the impact on the equipment during the reactive power compensation switching process. Considering the different dispersion of the intelligent control switch, the process of closing the parallel capacitor is simulated, and the effect of the intelligent control switch on the overvoltage and inrush current limitation is compared, which proves that the strategy is effective.

Abstract: This paper presents a modular relative motion trajectory design tool for proximity operation of on-orbit service spacecrafts. First, a series of commonly used relative motion trajectories are defined. The dynamics are solved such that each type of trajectory is encapsulated into different modules. The input parameters of each module include the key geometrical features, such as the initial position, desired final position, and flying time. Different modules are connected via the same position and velocity. The modular orbit design tool is able to cover most of the typical proximity operation scenarios. Following that, two notational on-orbit service missions are given as examples to describe the specific usage process of the tool. It includes three major steps, namely, determining the appropriate module sequence according to the mission requirements, designing the pending input parameters of each module by taking consideration of constraints, and computing the details of module sequence to generate relative trajectories. Compared with the traditional maneuver-optimized orbit design approach, the modular method has fewer parameters to solve. Additionally, the modular application tool is versatile and can be used for a variety of different on-orbit service missions. This tool is of great importance in standardizing the space operations.

Abstract: With the wide application of new energy technologies, wind power has become one of the technologies with the largest development scale. Voltage Source Converter based High Voltage Direct Current Transmission system has unique advantages in its active and reactive power decoupling control, etc., and has become the main solution to solve the wind power transmission of large-scale wind farms. This paper studies the control characteristics and basic principles of new energy generation in the passive transmission system of DC island power grids, and proposes a frequency signal transmission scheme in the external transmission scenario. The simulation results verify the feasibility of the frequency signal transmission scheme between the sending-end wind farm and the receiving-end power grid in the DC islanding scenario, and that the VSC-HVDC system can quickly provide active power support and improve the dynamic frequency stability of the interconnected system.

Abstract: Taking weak expansive soil as the research object, octadecyl primary amine (octadecylamine) was mixed into remolded expansive soil as a water repellent, and modified samples with different octadecylamine content were configured. The water-repellent grade of the modified expansive soil was measured by the dripping water penetration time method, the boundary moisture content test of the modified expansive soil was carried out, and the change law of the liquid plastic limit of the modified expansive soil with different octadecylamine content was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the octadecylamine content, the liquid limit of the expansive soil gradually decreases, the plastic limit gradually increases, and the plasticity index gradually decreases. The above research results can provide a test basis for the engineering application of modified expansive soils.

Abstract: Taking weak expansive soil as the research object, octadecyl primary amine (octadecylamine) was mixed into remolded expansive soil as a water repellent, and modified samples with different octadecylamine content and initial moisture content were configured. The dripping water penetration time method was used to determine the water repellency grade of the modified expansive soil, and the critical moisture content test of the modified expansive soil was carried out to analyze the relationship between different octadecylamine content and the initial moisture content of the expansive soil. The results show that with the increase of the initial moisture content, the water repellency of the modified expansive soil first increases and then decreases. When the octadecylamine content is 0.8%, the limit moisture content is 33.33%, and the peak moisture content is 29.51%. The bottom water content is 0%, and its interval value is 3.78 times larger than when the octadecylamine content is 0.2%.he above research results can provide a test basis for the engineering application of modified expansive soils.
