    Abstract: In order to improve the detection efficiency and quality of pressure vessels, a pressure vessel inspection robot control system based on programmable logic controller PLC is designed. First, the basic structure of the inspection robot is briefly introduced, and then the software and hardware of the control system of the inspection robot are designed in detail. Hardware design includes overall hardware design, hardware selection, hardware electrical circuit design, actual layout of hardware, etc. Software design includes software design process and program design, among which Mitsubishi FX5U series PLC and FX5-40SSC-S motion control module are the core of the control system. Finally, it is experimentally verified that the control system can control the detection robot well and has high engineering value.

    Abstract: A coherent mode (CM) induced by the supersonic molecular beam injection (SMBI) was observed in Ohmic plasmas of EAST tokamak. The CM existed in the spectra of the electron temperature fluctuation and density fluctuation, but not in the spectrum of Mirnov fluctuation. The radial location of the CM was about 10 cm inside the separatrix (normalized minor radius ρ ∼ 0.75 ). In most cases, the CM has multiple discrete frequencies between 5 ∼ 20 kHz with an interval of ∼1 kHz. Occasionally, there is only one dominant frequency. The poloidal scale of the CM (poloidal wavenumber k θ ∼ 0.4 c m − 1 , poloidal mode number m ∼ 20 ) is between that of typical ion turbulence and macroscopic magnetohydrodynamic activities. Statistical analysis results suggest that the onset of the CM requires a high temperature gradient and a relatively low density gradient. Furthermore, the transport analysis shows that the SMBI-caused perturbation propagates inward faster in plasmas with stronger CM, which implies that the CM might be correlated to a high local transport level. However, the impact of the CM on macroscopic plasma parameters including stored energy, energy confinement time, and SMBI-caused mean density fluctuation is too weak to be found in comparison with the random fluctuation and the measurement errors, which suggests that the CM does not have a clear influence on the global confinement.

    Abstract: To improve the instability of light hydrocarbon gas supply station, the need for long-term maintenance and guard of staff, and improve the intelligence and automation of gas supply station, a perception terminal of light hydrocarbon gas generation device control system based on NB-IoT is designed. The data of liquid level, temperature, gas supply, and pressure are collected by STC15W4K56S4 low-power single-chip microcomputer. Based on the platform of the Internet of things, the remote transmission of data is completed by the BC95 module and local monitoring center. The experiment shows that the terminal can effectively transmit the collected data, respond to the command of the monitoring center, and complete the two-way communication between the terminal and the monitoring center, which has a high engineering value.
