    Abstract: IGBT, as a new generation of composite full-controlled voltage-driven power semiconductor devices, has been widely used in the field of modern power electronics. The study of IGBT device life prediction has important guiding significance for the stable operation and reliability management of power system. In this paper, the Cofin-Manson-Arrhenius extended exponential model based on thermal load is analyzed, and the model parameters are trained and modified by the Elman neural network in order to improve the prediction accuracy of life prediction model. The Coffin-Manson-Arrhenius extension exponential model and the new improved model are simulated and validated by experiments. The results are compared with the actual life of IGBT. It is concluded that the Coffin-Manson-Arrhenius extension exponential model based on Elman neural network has higher accuracy in life prediction than the Coffin-Manson-Arrhenius extension exponential model.

    Abstract: In order to avoid serious problems caused by excessive gas in transformer oil and to realize online monitoring of transformer oil, we propose a method based on lens-free holographic microscopy for transformer oil quality assessment. Using a lens-free device, we can obtain a hologram of the gas bubbles with a large field of view in transformer oil. After the reconstruction, the quantitative phase and shape information of the gas bubbles in the oil can be acquired, thus we can further calculate the parameter of the area, volume, amount, and gas to oil volume ratio of the gas bubbles in transformer oil, which can be used to evaluate the quality of transformer oil effectively. During the experiment, we measured the smallest diameter of the gas bubble in oil was 8 μ m. The newly designed method provides a new solution for the assessment of transformer oil quality.

    Abstract: The Atmospheric Imaging Assembly (AIA) onboard the Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) captures full-disk solar images in seven extreme ultraviolet wave bands. As a violent solar flare occurs, incoming photoflux may exceed the threshold of an optical imaging system, resulting in regional saturation/overexposure of images. Fortunately, the lost signal can be partially retrieved from non-local unsaturated regions of an image according to scattering and diffraction principle, which is well consistent with the attention mechanism in deep learning. Thus, an attention augmented convolutional neural network (AANet) is proposed to perform image desaturation of SDO/AIA in this paper. It is built on a U-Net backbone network with partial convolution and adversarial learning. In addition, a lightweight attention model, namely criss-cross attention, is embedded between each two convolution layers to enhance the backbone network. Experimental results validate the superiority of the proposed AANet beyond state-of-the-arts from both quantitative and qualitative comparisons.

    Abstract: Shimmy of steering system causes the snaking and deteriorates the handling stability and safety of vehicles, which has not been solved effectively for the ambiguity of shimmy characteristic. In order to uncover the mechanism of shimmy, a 5-DOF dynamic model of the steering system with independent suspension is established, and the coupled feedback model of the steering system is further obtained based on the dynamic model. Then the frequency characteristics of feedback are analysed, and the work and damping energy dissipation of each feedback link in a unit period are calculated. Based on the range of natural frequency and unit periodic energy of steering system, the range of wheel shimmy frequency and velocity interval is determined. The analysis results show that the shimmy frequency is the first natural frequency of steering system. The amplitude of wheel shimmy is calculated based on energy conservation, and the energy transfer of steering system is elaborated. The mechanism of shimmy was uncovered based on the energy transfer of coupled feedback system. The theoretical analysis was verified by numerical simulation. The results provide theoretical support for the mechanism research and active control of shimmy.

    Abstract: Image processing is the core of visual culture. Visual culture is formed and developed around image processing, which is analyzed from the essence of visual design. It can be understood that visualization constitutes the external form of image processing, the visual regime constitutes the internal mechanism of image processing, among which the industrial design should grasp the image processing. Shape constitutes visual cognition, color arouses visual emotion, texture can obtain visual extension. Industrial design is the rational integration of product practicability, beauty and environment. The research on the aesthetic form and visual characteristics of industrial design is the main content of industrial design research [1]. Using computer vision expression method to evaluate the rationality of industrial design has application prospects. Using computer vision expression method, combined with graphics and image processing, the optimization design of the structure, structure, shape and color of workpiece products can be realized.

    Abstract: The parameter mismatch between the source side and the grid side of the grid-connected system of new energy generation is one of the factors affecting the stable operation of the grid connected system. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system, the stability region of system parameters is worth studying. In this paper, a fast estimation method of stable region of impedance parameters for grid connected inverters is proposed. Firstly, the impedance model of grid-connected system in dq coordinate system is established based on the impedance analysis method, and the return matrix which is the main element influencing the stability is analyzed and deduced. Secondly, the bands containing eigenvalue loci of the return matrix are obtained based on Ostrowski’s theorem, and the stability of the system is judged by Nyquist stability criterion. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed method can quickly estimate the stable region of the impedance parameters of the grid-connected inverter, which verifies the correctness of the method.
