    Abstract: O-rings are among the seals most often used in the industry. O-rings accuracy measurement and inspection play a significant role in seal quality control. Human tests can be unpredictable and can take time. The goal of this paper is to use detection algorithms based on machine vision technology to monitor the O-rings norm, which also has the correct measurement rule and the classification rule. During this, we find an entirely different variety of good defects, Material shortage, Bounce, Spiral, and Breakage. Extract values for the elements by using MATLAB. Feature selection optimization attribute choice with MATLAB and classification exploitation of KNN, SVM, call Trees and alternative classifier variety with MATLAB is performed to check for the utmost prediction precision. To evaluate the recorded images of O-rings and conduct the measurement and inspection processes a computer vision program is applied. Then the GUI system is built to interface the user with the credibility of accessing the trained model. The proposed GUI is tested via a sequence of O-rings being checked.

    Abstract: After listening to a wake word or order, voice assistants come in quite compact packages and can accomplish a range of acts. They are able to switch on the lights, answering basic questions, playing music, place online orders, etc. As voice assistants become more robust, their usefulness can also be extended in both the personal and business areas. Various descriptive variables are fused in speech signals, leading to considerable difficulties interpreting any of the variables. There are various effective algorithms for speech and face recognition for the real - world applications. When a human try to communicate with a bot or vice-versa, there occurs so many difficulties in information sharing. This paper deals with one such application of bot assistance in hospitals, where a patient communicates with the bot assistant. Though the task seems to be quite easy, it involves a main threat: surrounding noise, word error rate, accuracy of the speech. An obvious impression is to factorize the frame of audio into various enlightening variables, but it turns out to be extremely difficult. The face of the patient who enters the healthcare premise is captured and analysed through the Deep Neural Network (DNN) based face recognition algorithm. Once identifying the user, the information regarding the patient is gathered from the database and given as a voice over output. Now, it is necessary to measure the accuracy of the word recognition and the word error rate. For this Cascade Deep Factorization (CDF) and Iterative Signal Enhancement (ISE) algorithm are used and discussed in this paper. For several speech processing functions like speaker recognition, this factorization and reconstruction method offers possible values.

    Abstract: In this paper, the bidirectional converter that performs DC-DC power conversion is integrated with the variable speed wind energy conversion system’s grid system. Generally, the voltage quality is reduced, and fluctuation in outputs is performed in renewable energy sources. The stable operation and power generation with fluctuation and power demand in the variable are ensured by developing the energy management system (EMS). In this proposed method, the bidirectional converter’s control is accomplished using the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller, which controls the power fluctuation from the WECS to maintain constant. The DC-AC voltage conversion is achieved using the model predictive controller (MPC), which controls both power and voltage. This proposed power and voltage controller enhances the stable AC voltage supply and improves the proper power flow. The proposed method, which is validated in simulation is simple, and the results are obtained using MATLAB/Simulink.

    Abstract: This research work is aimed to convert fish scale wastes as an effective reinforcement in polylactic acid (PLA) as a new bio-composite filament for fused deposition-based 3D printing applications. Various concentrations of fish scale particles (0, 10, 20, and 30%) were used to make the filaments. The performance of the developed filaments was assessed by printing the filament into various test specimens to perform tensile, flexural, impact, hardness, and water absorption experiments as per the ASTM standards. The outcomes of the results show that the PLA/fish scale powder (20%) composite has performed well than the remaining composites. Furthermore, the adding 20% fish scale powder increased the tensile strength and flexural strength of the 3D printed PLA composite by 15% and 39.78% respectively. This is evident that the novel bio-composite exhibited better properties than the pure polymer making it a potential replacement as bone-grafting material and scaffolds for bio-engineering applications.

    Abstract: Owing to the corona pandemic, the government has insisted on wearing a safety mask and maintaining 6 feet distance to get rid of CoronaVirus. The detection of people with or without masks is a challenge due to the impact of Covid pandemic. There are some models / systems which really reduce the manpower to notify the people. The existing system runs on the model: Yolov3, V G G, for face detection and MobileNetv2 for face recognition, object detection, and semantic segmentation inorder to detect the people with and without masks. The proposed system holds an approach of detecting human’s faces and classifying them into people with and without masks which has been done using image processing and deep learning and our project runs u.3nder a model called Faster RCNN. Moreover, Faster R-CNN is more accurate while other models are faster. Being effective is not important but being efficient is way more important.

    Abstract: Recent days there were lots of improvement and advancement have been done in the field of agriculture, but the sad thing is the large scale farmers always earns more than the small scale farmers when comparing its ratio. The project focuses on the growth of small scale farmers as equal to the growth of the large scale farmers in the field of agriculture in growing the palm trees. The palm trees usually grow in narrow dimensions and the time taken to harvest the crop nuts will be around 3 to 4 years. Total investment is based on the harvesting and the cost and machines to harvest the crop nuts were of huge amount and the small scale farmers struggle a lot and that leads to loss. Also there is a chance of losing the quantity of crop nuts when harvested from the top of the palm tree when all the nuts will be scattered and is wasted falls down on the ground. Therefore we thought of designing a product that can be operated by the by the farmer itself a user friendly and easy to handle, also we have focused on safe landing of the crop nuts from the top of the palm tree. This product completely works based on the mechanical concepts and designed with mechanical links. It is operated manually now; in the future it will be automated. This product will decrease the cost of harvesting and increase the profit for the small scale farmers to grow their ration as that of the large scale farmers. This will create a revolution in the field of crop harvesting which benefits lots of farmers to come up from their bad time to good time.

    Abstract: This study effort contracts with measuring the flame temperature in the combustion chamber along with a scheme to monitor the temperature of flue gases from the power plants. Presently, the gases from the exhaust are monitore dusing gas analyzers which are positioned at the exit point of the chimney. These gas analyzers are prone to cold end corrosion which will lead to malfunctioning of the equipment causing erroneous results during measurements. Thiskind of indigenous technique facilitates to develop an Industrial IoT (IIoT) temperature monitoring system at power plants. A combination of Principal Component Analysis (PCA) with Cascaded Neural Network (CNN) is used. The features extracted and reduced serve as inputs to CNN. An efficient technology to scrutinize and measure the temperature inside the combustion chamber thereby reducing the amount of flue gas emissions by the partnership of two methods.
