Abstract: Occurrence of large-scale biochemical wars is of little possibility today, but the international chemical security situation is still not optimistic. Effective decontamination of chemical warfare agents has received close attention, becoming a global necessity. In this paper, data in the Web of Science Core Collection database were selected to systematically investigate the relevant literature about the research progress on decontamination of chemical warfare agents from 1990 to 2020. Origin Pro 2019b and CiteSpace were conducted for multi-dimensional bibliometric analysis on literature type distribution, number of annual publications, countries, institutions, journals, authors, literature co-citation and citation bursts. By August 1, 2020, there are 2,602 papers related have been published and the number of annual publications shows a linear growth tendency. Amongst all 71 countries, United States is the country with the most publications as well as the largest centrality value. US ARMY ranks fourth in the number of publications while with the highest institution-based cooperation. “Nerve agents and blister agents”, “metal-organic frameworks” and “applications of metal-organic frameworks” are prevailing in recent years, which highlights the latest development direction and research frontiers. This article promotes scientific predictions and impact assessments of decontamination of chemical warfare agents.

Abstract: Machine learning technology has been applied in filed of malware detection; it can improve efficiency of malware detection to deal with more and more increasing malware variants. However, malware detection model based on machine learning also has weakness which can be cheated by adversarial examples. Researching on method of generating adversarial examples could be benefit to exposing vulnerability of malware detection model and designing better malware detector. In this paper, we propose a reinforcement learning environment named gym-malware-mini based on gym-malware through which we generate adversarial examples using DQN and A2C deep reinforcement learning algorithm. As a result, DQN agent learned better policy of generating adversarial examples in gym-malware-mini, Success rate is increased by 18% compared with gym-malware. Success rate of DQN agent and A2C agent is increased by 20% and 15% compared with random agent in gym-malware-mini environment.

Abstract: Anthrax is still endemic in some areas around the world, and a large number of people and livestock are at risk of contracting anthrax. As the pathogenic substance of Bacillus anthracis, anthrax toxin plays an essential pathogenic role. Researchers have conducted detailed studies and reports on their genes, structures, and biological activities. However, few articles analyse the field from the perspective of bibliometrics. In the present study, we used bibliometric software such as Citespace to examine the literature data and aimed to provide a reference for researchers in this field. In terms of journals, P NATL ACAD SCI USA, INFECT IMMUN and J BIOL CHEM rank among the top 10 as to the number of published articles and the number of co-citations, and they have an important influence in the field of anthrax toxins. As for researchers, the quantity and quality of the articles published by the three researchers, LEPPLA SH, MOAYERI M , and COLLIER RJ , have advantages. Their research on anthrax toxin is worthy of attention. On the frontiers of research, future research may have various directions, such as the in-depth explanation of the mechanism of anthrax toxin-induced diseases, how to use anthrax toxin to enhance anti-tumour methods to guide the development of new vaccines based on the immunological mechanism of anthrax toxin, and use new materials and technologies to detect different aspects of development of anthrax toxins, etc.
