    Kurzfassung: Taking the soil around the coal gangue mountain in the Fengfeng mining area as the research object, 30 soil samples were collected in the east, southeast and southwest directions within 300m of the coal gangue mountain boundary, and the soil in the mining area was measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The contents of five heavy metals such as Cr, Pb, Cd, Cu and Zn were detected, and the spatial distribution characteristics, pollution status and ecological risk of heavy metals in the mining area were analysed. The results show that: (1) the five heavy metals content of Cr, Pb, Cd, Cu and Zn show different decreasing trend from the farther gangue heap and the increase of soil depth. (2) Referring to the background value of the national secondary soil environmental standard, among the five heavy metals in the soil, except for Cu and Cr, the average values of three heavy metals of Zn, Cd and Pb are higher than the soil background value; Single factor index evaluation results show that the Pb pollution is the most serious, followed by Cd pollution. The Nemero comprehensive index method shows that the surface soil is moderately polluted when the distance is zero in the three directions, and the rest places are mildly polluted. (3) According to the ecological risk assessment results, the order of potential ecological hazards of single heavy metals are ranked from strong to weak: Cd 〉 Pb 〉 Cr 〉 Cu 〉 Zn, and the soils are all slightly ecologically harmful.

    Kurzfassung: Polarized red, green, and blue light emitting diodes (LEDs) are successfully fabricated using polyfluorene and its derivatives, namely, poly (9,9-dioctylfluorene) (PFO), poly (9,9-dioctylfluorene-co-benzothiadiazole) (F8BT), and poly (triphenylamine- co -4,7-di(thiophen-2-yl)benzo[ c ][1,2,5] thiadiazole- co -benzo[ c ]thiadiazole- co -9,9-dioctyl-9 H -fluorene) (Red F). Rubbed hole transport layer poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) is employed in the devices as the alignment layer to achieve fully monodomain alignment in all polymer layers. Red F is blended with F8BT to realize the polarized electroluminescence of red light (dichroic ratio ∼3.3), despite having no liquid crystallinity itself. Comparing PFO/F8BT blend to F8BT, higher efficiency of polarized emission is found due to the energy transfer. All the polarized LEDs exhibit pronounced dichroism and efficient polarized emission compared to the non-alignment regular devices.

    Kurzfassung: Photoacoustic computed tomography (PACT) is a novel biomedical imaging modality and has experienced fast developments in the past two decades. Spatial resolution is an important criterion to measure the imaging performance of a PACT system. Here we survey state-of-the-art literature on the spatial resolution of PACT and analyze resolution degradation models from signal generation, propagation, reception, to image reconstruction. Particularly, the impacts of laser pulse duration, acoustic attenuation, acoustic heterogeneity, detector bandwidth, detector aperture, detector view angle, signal sampling, and image reconstruction algorithms are reviewed and discussed. Analytical expressions of point spread functions related to these impacting factors are summarized based on rigorous mathematical formulas. State-of-the-art approaches devoted to enhancing spatial resolution are also reviewed. This work is expected to elucidate the concept of spatial resolution in PACT and inspire novel image quality enhancement techniques.

    Kurzfassung: We propose an all-optical technique to record the time information of relativistic electron beams with sub-optical-cycle duration. The technique is based on the interaction of the electron beam with the ponderomotive potential of an optical traveling wave generated by two counter-propagating circularly polarized optical fields at different frequencies in vacuum. One of the optical pulses is a vortex laser pulse, and the other is a normal Gaussian laser pulse. The time information of the electron beam is mapped into the angular information, which can be converted into a spatial distribution after a drift section. Thus, the temporal profile and arrival time of the electron beam can be retrieved from the spatial distribution of the electron beam. The measurement has a dynamic range comparable to the period of the optical intensity grating formed by two counter-propagating laser pulses. This technique may have wide applications in many research fields that require sub-optical-cycle electron beams.

    Kurzfassung: The rapid progress towards scalable quantum processors demands amplifiers with large bandwidths and high saturation powers. For this purpose, we present a broadband flux-pumped Josephson parametric amplifier integrated with an on-chip coplanar waveguide impedance transformer. Our device can be fabricated with simple and straightforward photo-lithography. This device experimentally achieves an operational bandwidth over 600 MHz with a gain above 15 dB, and a high saturation power with quantum-limited noise performance. In addition, the center frequency of this device can be tuned over several hundred megahertz, which in turn broadens the effective operational bandwidth to around 1 GHz.

    Kurzfassung: Spin injection and detection in bulk GaN were investigated by performing magnetotransport measurements at low temperatures. A non-local four-terminal lateral spin valve device was fabricated with Co/GaN Schottky contacts. The spin injection efficiency of 21% was achieved at 1.7 K. It was confirmed that the thin Schottky barrier formed between the heavily n-doped GaN and Co was conducive to the direct spin tunneling, by reducing the spin scattering relaxation through the interface states.

    Kurzfassung: With the rapid development of flexible electronics, an increasing number of microfabrication strategies originating from the Si-based integrated circuits field have been explored on organic materials. Parylene C, a polymer, has been widely used in the microelectromechanical systems field because of its outstanding fabrication merits, such as room-temperature processability, conformal coating, and precise thin film deposition capability with the thickness tunable from 1 nm to 100 μ m. As a good dielectric material, the Parylene C is also suitable for interlayer dielectrics in flexible electronics. This study develops an optimized chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) technique of Parylene C for high-density redistribution wiring in high-performance flexible electronics. The roughness of the Parylene C surface after CMP was as low as 14.3 ± 1.5 Å. The problems of slurry pollution and mechanical failure of the Parylene film that degrade the dielectric performance of the Parylene C could be avoided by taking the optimized CMP method. The multi-material structure constructed by Parylene C, Silicon and electroplated Copper was prepared and polished using the optimized CMP process. Additionally, a flexible wiring sample has been successfully patterned by the Damascene process through the optimized CMP process. In this sample, both the distance between each wire and the wire width were as small as 5 μ m. The optimized Parylene C CMP process is easy-to-realize, highly efficient, low cost, and with minor defects; it provides a promising way to achieve high-density interconnection in high-performance flexible electronic devices.

    Kurzfassung: As a crucial technology in computer vision, image semantic segmentation is extensively applied to tasks such as detecting apparent defects in concrete, identifying structural cracks, and interpreting facility scenes within infrastructure settings.Challenges such as uneven lighting inside bridge towers and the similarity in color and texture between concrete pore structures and their surrounding areas frequently result in lower segmentation accuracy.This article introduces a multimodal semantic segmentation model incorporating depth information to tackle these challenges.By integrating depth and RGB images as inputs, the model constructs an interactive space and utilizes a cross-attention mechanism along with global context for guided learning, thus enabling precise feature extraction and segmentation.The experimental results demonstrate that this segmentation network excels on a custom-made concrete pore dataset, with a precision rate of 90.88%, recall rate of 87.48%, intersection over union (IoU) of 80.42%, and F1 and Dice coefficient of 89.10% and 89.15%, respectively.These outcomes affirm the network's effectiveness in segmenting apparent defects in concrete and offer technical support and solutions for image semantic segmentation tasks in settings like bridge towers. & #xD;
