Abstract: The article presents the results of a study carried out in relation to the epidemic situation in terms of the incidence of one of the topical representatives of tick-borne natural focal infections among the population of the Altai Territory in the period from 2000 to 2019 – tick-borne rickettsiosis and tick-borne encephalitis. An assessment of the prevalence of these infections among certain age and social groups of the region's population is presented. Using GIS technologies and the method of sigma deviations, the spatial prevalence of current infections in the territory of the region was estimated and regions with high, medium and low, for the Altai Territory, incidence of tick-borne encephalitis and tick-borne rickettsiosis during the study period were identified. The results of the assessment of preventive measures carried out in the region aimed at reducing the incidence of current infections among the local population – vaccine prophylaxis, seroprophylaxis and acaricidal treatments of territories are presented.

Abstract: Introduction. Chickenpox is one of the most common and highly contagious infections. Since the domestic vaccine has not been developed at the moment, and the purchase of an imported vaccine for routine vaccination is an expensive investment of the state, there is a need to assess the epidemiological and socio-economic effectiveness of vaccination. Purpose: to evaluate the epidemiological and socio-economic effectiveness of a single vaccination program against chickenpox in children aged 6 years on the example of the Altai Territory. Materials and methods. The materials were the reporting forms No. 2 of the Federal State Statistical Observation "Information on infectious and parasitic diseases" in the city of Barnaul for 2001-2019. The economic assessment was carried out on the basis of MU 3.3.1878-04 of 04.03.2004 "Economic efficiency of vaccination". The method of simulation modeling was used to assess the epidemiological effectiveness. Results. The cost of treating chickenpox is almost twice the cost of a vaccination program. The self-sufficiency of vaccination of a cohort of children 6 years of age against chickenpox, carried out in 2021, will be achieved during 2031, and in the future, the damage prevented will constantly increase. The economic benefit will amount to about 7.52 million rubles, and the prevented damage will exceed the costs by 1.2 times. The epidemiological effectiveness of vaccination is observed after five years of the program implementation, the incidence decreases 2-2.5 times. Conclusions. Taking into account the data of literary sources, it is advisable to vaccinate children according to the program of double cohort vaccination with the introduction of the first dose of the vaccine at 12 months and the second dose at 6 years. However, in regions such as the Altai Territory, where previously there was no vaccination of chickenpox, at the initial stage of implementation it is necessary to vaccinate children over 6 years of age in order to prevent the "maturation" of the infection.

Abstract: Introduction. In the absence of preventive vaccinations against the varicella-zoster virus in the National Vaccinations calendar, in recent years, Russia has experienced an epidemic rise in the incidence of varicella-zoster as an unmanageable infection It takes the leading place among drip infections and causes significant socio-economic damage. High morbidity, the likelihood of severe and complicated course dictates the need for mandatory specific active prevention. Purpose: To assess the incidence of chickenpox, requiring a call to the local pediatrician, in children and adolescents aged 0-17 years for 12 months in Barnaul. Materials and methods. Materials of the study were data from a predetermined log cases of chickenpox and of the extract from the ambulatory record filled on the basis of "Medical record of the patient receiving care in the polyclinic setting" (form 025/y), in Children's city polyclinic № 3, Barnaul and Children's city polyclinic № 9, Barnaul for 1 year period (July 2019-June 2020), medical archive documentation of the children's infectious diseases Department of the City clinical hospital No. 11, Barnaul for the same period. Data processing was performed using the calculation of intensive and extensive indicators, calculating the arithmetic mean (X) and standard error of the mean (m). Statistical analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel. Results. Morbidity rates at the primary health care stage are high 720.80/0000. The incidence of chickenpox was characterized by an unusual season of epidemic upswing associated with the spread of COVID-19 and the emergence of new foci of chickenpox in pre-school educational facilities and schools. The age structure of morbidity was dominated by children aged 3-6 years; girls were more often ill. The disease was characterized by a classic clinical picture, but it was severe. There was an increase in complications of chickenpox and the frequency of hospitalization. Conclusions. The increase in the incidence of chickenpox is manifested by a broad clinical polymorphism of the disease, with the appearance of extremely severe forms and an increase in the frequency of hospitalization, which leads to a high burden on the primary health care system.

Abstract: Introduction: The article presents an analysis of the state of the immune system of HIV-infected patients with tuberculosis, the rate of recurrence of tuberculosis in HIV-infected people against the background of insufficient preventive therapy against HIV-infection and tuberculosis. Aim: To assess the effect of clinical aspects of the course of combined pathology (HIV infection and tuberculosis) on the spread of isolation of bacteria of tuberculosis mycobacteria as one of the main risk factors for infection in foci. Materials and methods: comparative analysis of isolation of bacteria of tuberculosis mycobacteria among patients with combined pathology (tuberculosis and HIV) was carried out (main group): determination of CD4 lymphocyte cell number and isolation of tuberculosis mycobacteria (n = 100). The number of TB recurrences in the main group (100 patients) and comparison group (TB patients) – 100 patients were studied. Data processing was carried out using the calculation of intensive and extensive indicators, the calculation of the standard error of the average (m). Statistical analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel. The results testified: the impact of the clinical course in tuberculosis patients with HIV infection characterized by an immunodeficiency condition, the presence of stages of 4B and 4V HIV infection (65,0 (95% RI:55;74)) and the recurrent course of tuberculosis in 25% (95 RI:17,5;34) is 1.4 times higher than in tuberculosis and is one of the main risk factors for infection in foci.

Abstract: The aim of the study is to analyze the spatial distribution of the prevalence of tuberculosis, HIV infection and combined pathology in the Altai Territory. Materials and methods. The statistical data provided by the Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in the Altai Territory, the Ministry of Health of the Altai Territory, Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS and Other Infectious Diseases, Altai Tuberculosis Dispensary on the incidence of tuberculosis and HIV infection were used. The ranking was carried out by the method of sigma deviations for all administrative territories of the Altai Territory for 2019, and the cartogram was plotted. Statistical processing and graphical representation of the data obtained was carried out using the programs Statistica 13.0, Microsoft Excel 2014, and ArcGIS. The preparation of the text of the work was carried out using the Microsoft Word 2014 program. Results. A territorial analysis of TB prevalence, HIV infection and the incidence of combined pathology indicated the spread of the zone characterized by an average incidence rate. The zones of high TB prevalence are defined as 5 territories (from 270.5 to 479.4.0 per 100 thousand population). Also, Barnaul, Biysk, Belokurikhinskaya and Rubtsovskaya were defined as zones of high prevalence of HIV infection (from 843.2 to 1158.3 per 100 thousand population). The territorial distribution of the incidence of combined pathology (Tuberculosis + HIV) mirrors the zoning of HIV prevalence in 4 main zones, and the fifth zone (Slavgorod) is set. Conclusion. The zones of high prevalence of HIV infection and tuberculosis were determined by the negative socio-economic conditions of the region's development. The involvement of young people in drug addiction at a low socio-economic level of the region ensured the rapid development of the epidemic process of this infection. Modern conditions characterized by the development of resort business and tourism have determined the formation of new zones with a high incidence rate.

Abstract: Background. The problem of the prevalence of HIV infection is a topical problem not only in the Russian Federation, but also in global healthcare. HIV infection and the consequences of HIV prevalence threaten the health of the working-age population and cause significant damage to the country’s economy. The article presents some epidemiological features of HIV infection in the Russian Federation at the present stage. Materials and methods. We used data from English and Russian literary sources. The research method is analytical (theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific literature data). Results and conclusion. During the study period, the proportion of contingents of different age groups in the structure of the overall incidence of HIV infection changed: in 1987, the largest prevailing group was from 20 to 30 years old (more than 60% of all newly diagnosed cases of HIV infection). Every year there was an increase in the share of other age groups – in 2021 the prevailing group was from 30 to 40 years old, as well as a group from 40 to 50 years old, i.e. population of working and reproductive age, which affected the change in the structure of routes of transmission of HIV infection, where sexual intercourse through heterosexual contact became predominant, while the contribution of the artificial route of transmission has decreased. Currently, the Russian Federation is in the concentrated stage of the HIV epidemic.
