    Abstract: The reconfiguration manufacturing system (RMS) allows mass manufacturing to be changed into customized mass production and short-series production. However, the existing RMS models are not applicable to the printing production process, which is coexistence of the hybrid nature of being continuous and discrete. With the printing manufacturing system as the object of the research, this paper proposes the Agent-Resource-Workstation (ARW) model based on agent by analyzing the characteristics of “Production and Consumption of Resources” in the printing process. And then, each component of the ARW model is analyzed and defined. Finally, after systematically abstracting the reconfiguration of workstation models (RWMs), the reconfigurable mechanism of RWMs is established based on the algebra of communicating process (ACP), and formal verification was conducted by applying axioms of process algebra. The verification results show that RWM can show its external behavior well. Meanwhile, our research provides a theoretical approach for the reconfiguration of the printing manufacturing system.

    Abstract: Background. Early screening and diagnosis are of great significance to the treatment and prognosis of patients with liver cancer. This study aims to explore the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and enhanced CT combined with tumor markers alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) and carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199) in the diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods. Liver cancer group (n = 256), benign disease group (n = 110), and control group (n = 50) participated in this study. The liver cancer and benign disease groups were diagnosed pathologically by contrast-enhanced ultrasound and enhanced CT before operation. The electrochemiluminescence method was used to detect the content of AFP and CA199. And the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn. Results. The detection rate of contrast-enhanced ultrasound is higher than that of enhanced CT. Serum levels of AFP and CA199 in the liver cancer group were significantly higher than those in the benign lesion group and the control group. The ROC curve showed that the sensitivity, accuracy, and negative prediction rate of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and enhanced CT combined with tumor markers AFP and CA199 in the diagnosis of liver cancer were significantly higher than that of a single test. Conclusion. The combined detection of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and enhanced CT, AFP, and CA199 significantly improved the sensitivity and accuracy of liver cancer diagnosis. It has a significant effect on the early diagnosis of liver cancer and can be used as an important means of early screening.

    Abstract: Waterborne acrylic resin is widely used as a binder of waterborne printing ink because of its excellent comprehensive properties. However, its further developments and applications are hindered by its poor UV resistance and water resistance. Therefore, an approach to prepare acrylic resin with excellent UV resistance and water resistance is described in this present study. The nano-TiO 2 /SiO 2 composite particles were first modified with a silane coupling agent (KH-570) and a titanate coupling agent (NDZ-101) and then embedded into acrylic resin via a blending method. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) were applied to investigate the structure and morphology of the modified nano-TiO 2 /SiO 2 composite particles. The effects of the modified nano-TiO 2 /SiO 2 composite particles on the UV and water resistance of the acrylic resin were investigated by UV spectroscopy and water resistance analysis. The weight loss of modified nano-TiO 2 /SiO 2 was about 20% when heated to 600°C, which indicated that the nano-TiO 2 /SiO 2 composite particles were modified by the coupling agents successfully. The UV-Vis spectra of acrylic resin showed that the UV resistance was improved upon the addition of nano-TiO 2 /SiO 2 . The water absorption of the nano-TiO 2 /SiO 2 -acrylic resin was less than 5%, indicating that the water resistance of the material was improved.

    Abstract: With the print production process as the research object in this paper, the intelligent-context-reconfigurable printing system model is analyzed using process algebra (PA). First, combined with the printing production process, the overall framework of the system model, based on the agent-resource-worker (ARW) component model, is proposed. Abstract and formal verification of the system model are then carried out, and the verification process of the complex calibration process is discussed. Finally, the security and progress attributes of the model are validated by mCRL2. The results show that the system model has good reliability.

    Abstract: The laboratory generation and diagnosis of uniform near-critical-density (NCD) plasmas play critical roles in various studies and applications, such as fusion science, high energy density physics, astrophysics as well as relativistic electron beam generation. Here we successfully generated the quasistatic NCD plasma sample by heating a low-density tri-cellulose acetate (TCA) foam with the high-power-laser-driven hohlraum radiation. The temperature of the hohlraum is determined to be 20 eV by analyzing the spectra obtained with the transmission grating spectrometer. The single-order diffraction grating was employed to eliminate the high-order disturbance. The temperature of the heated foam is determined to be T = 16.8 ± 1.1 eV by analyzing the high-resolution spectra obtained with a flat-field grating spectrometer. The electron density of the heated foam is about N e = 4.0 ± 0.3 × 10 20 cm − 3 under the reasonable assumption of constant mass density.

    Abstract: Objective. To observe the clinical effect of Xiaozheng Decoction combined with bladder perfusion with hydroxycamptothecin in the treatment of bladder cancer. Methods. A total of 92 bladder cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The observation group was given Xiaozheng Decoction combined with bladder perfusion with hydroxycamptothecin, and the control group was given hydroxycamptothecin. The levels of serum-related factors (intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), E-cadherin, cell adhesion molecules (CAM), fibroblast growth factor (FGF), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)), white blood cell (WBC) level, immune function indexes, short-term total response rate, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results. After 2 years of postoperative treatment, the levels of ICAM-1, E-cadherin, CAM-1, FGF, and VEGF (a, b, c) in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment and the observation group was better than the control group p 〈 0.01 . The number of WBCs was significantly higher than in the control group after Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment. The observation group was better than the control group in increasing CD3+ and CD4+ levels and decreasing CD8+ level p 〈 0.05 , indicating that this prescription could improve the immune function of patients. The recurrence rate in the observation group was 6.52% after 2 years of treatment, lower than 17.39% in the control group. Color ultrasound parameters showed that there were no statistically significant differences in arrive time (AT) and time to peak (TTP) between patients with and without recurrence and peak intensity (PI) and washout time (WT) were higher in patients with recurrence than in patients without recurrence p 〈 0.01 . The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group p 〈 0.01 . Conclusion. The clinical effect of Xiaozheng Decoction combined with hydroxycamptothecin on the treatment of bladder cancer was clear and superior to that of hydroxycamptothecin, which could effectively improve the serological indicators of patients with a low incidence of adverse reactions and prolong the survival cycle of patients. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion and application.

    Abstract: Background . Percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal discectomy (PETD) is usually chosen for lumbar disc herniation due to its obvious advantages such as small incision and absence of nerve or muscular traction. However, learning PETD is a great challenge for inexperienced surgeons. Objective . The study aimed to investigate whether isocentric navigation would be beneficial in PETD training. Methods . A total of 117 inexperienced surgeons were trained with PETD at L2/3, L3/4, L4/5, and L5/S1 on the cadavers without (Group A n=58) or with (Group B n=59) isocentric navigation. Puncture times, fluoroscopy times, exposure time, and radiation dose were recorded and analyzed. Questionnaires were conducted before and after the training program. Result . Isocentric navigation could improve young surgeons’ satisfaction with the training program and decrease the puncture times, fluoroscopy times, exposure time, and radiation dose significantly (P 〈 0.001). Conclusion . Isocentric navigation contributes to the training of PETD and may improve its standardization, homogenization, and generalization.

    Abstract: The constrained optimization method is employed to calculate the colorant values of the multispectral images. Because the spectral separation from the 31-dimensional spectral reflectance to low dimensional colorant values is very complex, an inverse process based on spectral Neugebauer model and constrained optimization method is performed. Firstly, the spectral Neugebauer model is applied to predict the colorants’ spectral reflectance values, and it is modified by using the Yule-Nielsen n -value and the effective area coverages. Then, the spectral reflectance root mean square (RRMS) error is established as the objective function for the optimization method, while the colorant values are constrained to 0~1. At last, when the nonlinear constraints and related parameters are set appropriately, the colorant values are accurately calculated for the multispectral images corresponding to the minimum RRMS errors. In the experiment, the colorant errors of the cyan, magenta and yellow inks are all below 2.5% and the average spectral error is below 5%, which indicate that the precision of the spectral separation method in this paper is acceptable.

    Abstract: The polynomial regression method is employed to calculate the relationship of device color space and CIE color space for color characterization, and the performance of different expressions with specific parameters is evaluated. Firstly, the polynomial equation for color conversion is established and the computation of polynomial coefficients is analysed. And then different forms of polynomial equations are used to calculate the RGB and CMYK’s CIE color values, while the corresponding color errors are compared. At last, an optimal polynomial expression is obtained by analysing several related parameters during color conversion, including polynomial numbers, the degree of polynomial terms, the selection of CIE visual spaces, and the linearization.

    Abstract: Because the accuracy of gamut boundary description is significant for gamut mapping process, a gamut boundary calculating method for LCD monitors is proposed in this paper. Within most of the previous gamut boundary calculation algorithms, the gamut boundary is calculated in CIELAB space directly, and part of inside-gamut points are mistaken for the boundary points. While, in the new proposed algorithm, the points on the surface of RGB cube are selected as the boundary points, and then converted and described in CIELAB color space. Thus, in our algorithm, the true gamut boundary points are found and a more accurate gamut boundary is described. In experiment, a Toshiba LCD monitor’s 3D CIELAB gamut for evaluation is firstly described which has regular-shaped outer surface, and then two 2D gamut boundaries ( CIE - a * b * boundary and CIE - C * L * boundary) are calculated which are often used in gamut mapping process. When our algorithm is compared with several famous gamut calculating algorithms, the gamut volumes are very close, which indicates that our algorithm’s accuracy is precise and acceptable.
