Abstract: Background. Tuberculosis (TB), a multisystemic disease with protean presentation, remains a major global health problem. Although concurrent pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) and extrapulmonary tuberculosis (EPTB) cases are commonly observed clinically, knowledge regarding concurrent PTB-EPTB is limited. Here, a large-scale multicenter observational study conducted in China aimed to study the epidemiology of concurrent PTB-EPTB cases by diagnostically defining TB types and then implementing association rules analysis. Methods. The retrospective study was conducted at 21 hospitals in 15 provinces in China and included all inpatients with confirmed TB diagnoses admitted from Jan 2011 to Dec 2017. Association rules analysis was conducted for cases with concurrent PTB and various types of EPTB using the Apriori algorithm. Results. Evaluation of 438,979TB inpatients indicated PTB was the most commonly diagnosed (82.05%) followed by tuberculous pleurisy (23.62%). Concurrent PTB-EPTB was found in 129,422 cases (29.48%) of which tuberculous pleurisy was the most common concurrent EPTB type observed. The multivariable logistic regression models demonstrated that odds ratios of concurrent PTB-EPTB cases varied by gender and age group. For PTB cases with concurrent EPTB, the strongest association was found between PTB and concurrent bronchial tuberculosis (lift = 1.09). For EPTB cases with concurrent PTB, the strongest association was found between pharyngeal/laryngeal tuberculosis and concurrent PTB (lift = 1.11). Confidence and lift values of concurrent PTB-EPTB cases varied with gender and age. Conclusions. Numerous concurrent PTB-EPTB case types were observed, with confidence and lift values varying with gender and age. Clinicians should screen for concurrent PTB-EPTB in order to improve treatment outcomes.

Abstract: A growing number of prosumers have entered the local power market in response to an increase in the number of residential users who can afford to install distributed energy resources. The traditional microgrid trading platform has many problems, such as low transaction efficiency, the high cost of market maintenance, opaque transactions, and the difficulty of ensuring user privacy, which are not conducive to encouraging users to participate in local electricity trading. A blockchain-based mechanism of microgrid transactions can solve these problems, but the common single-blockchain framework cannot manage user identity. This study thus proposes a mechanism for secure microgrid transactions based on the hybrid blockchain. A hybrid framework consisting of private blockchain and consortium blockchain is first proposed to complete market transactions. The private blockchain stores the identifying information of users and a review of their transactions, while the consortium blockchain is responsible for storing transaction information. The block digest of the private blockchain is stored in the consortium blockchain to prevent information on the private blockchain from being tampered with by the central node. A reputation evaluation algorithm based on user behavior is then developed to evaluate user reputation, which affects the results of the access audit on the private blockchain. The higher a user’s reputation score is, the more benefits he/she can obtain in the transaction process. Finally, an identity-based proxy signcryption algorithm is proposed to help the intelligent management device with limited computing power obtain signcryption information in the transaction process to protect the transaction information. A system analysis showed that the secure transaction mechanism of the microgrid based on the hybrid blockchain boasts many security features, such as privacy, transparency, and imtamperability. The proposed reputation evaluation algorithm can objectively reflect all users’ behaviors through their reputation scores, and the identity-based proxy signcryption algorithm is practical.

Abstract: In order to study the stress, strain and deformation of the recuperator, the thermal-structural coupling finite element analysis model of cross-wavy primary surface recuperator of gas microturbine was established. The stress of cross-wavy primary surface recuperator after operation under design conditions was analyzed by finite element method. The reliability of the material selected for the recuperator was verified, and the effects of pressure ratio and gas inlet temperature on stress and displacement of the recuperator were analyzed. The research results show that the maximum stress and strain on the gas outlet side of the recuperator are higher than the maximum stress and strain on the gas inlet side when only pressure is considered, and the result is the opposite when pressure and thermal stress are considered. The air passage of the recuperator deforms to the side of the gas passage, the air passage becomes larger, and the gas passage shrinks. With the increase of pressure ratio between air side and gas side, the maximum stress of recuperator passage also increases. When the pressure ratio increases to 8.4, the strength limit of the heat exchange fin material is reached. When the gas and air outlet temperatures remain unchanged and the thermal ratio decreases, as the gas inlet temperature increases, the maximum stress increases. For every 50 K increase in the gas inlet temperature, the maximum stress of the recuperator increases by about 2.3 MPa. The research results can be used to guide the designing and optimization of recuperator.

Abstract: In the past, fairness verification of exchanges between the traders in E-commerce was based on a common assumption, so-called nonrepudiation property, which says that if the parties involved can deny that they have received or sent some information, then the exchanging protocol is unfair. So, the nonrepudiation property is not a sufficient condition. In this paper, we formulate a new notion of fairness verification based on the strand space model and propose a method for fairness verification, which can potentially determine whether evidences have been forged in transactions. We first present an innovative formal approach not to depend on nonrepudiation, and then establish a relative trader model and extend the strand space model in accordance with traders’ behaviors of E-commerce. We present a case study to demonstrate the effectiveness of our verification method.

Abstract: At present, the gap of agricultural talents in China is continuously widening, and most enterprises lack agricultural core talents, which has caused great impact on the social economy. To solve this problem, an improved AHP-KNN algorithm is proposed by combining the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the optimized K-nearest neighbor algorithm, and an agricultural talent training model is proposed based on this algorithm. The results show that the classification accuracy and classification time of the improved AHP-KNN algorithm are 96.2% and 27.5 seconds, respectively, both of which are superior to the comparison algorithm. The result shows that the classification accuracy of agricultural talents can be improved by using this algorithm. Therefore, the model can be used to classify agricultural talents with the same characteristics into one class, carry out targeted training, and train all-round agricultural talents efficiently and quickly, so as to improve the serious shortage of agricultural talents at present.

Abstract: Response time is a key factor in the emergency vehicle dispatching problem. Because regional emergency vehicles are limited, vehicle gaps will be created in the rescue station after vehicles are dispatched to several accidents, which affects quick response to the subsequent incidents. To solve this problem, a bilevel programming model for emergency vehicle dispatching and redistribution is established, of which the optimal objectives are the shortest rescue time for current accidents and the shortest time for vehicle redistribution, and the key constraints are emergency vehicle requirements and accident time windows. In the precondition of effective rescue of current accidents, emergency vehicles are redistributed according to the potential risks in the rescue station coverage area. A bilevel shuffled frog leaping algorithm is proposed to solve the bilevel programming model. The dispatching results of examples show that the model conforms to dispatching decision rule and the bilevel shuffled frog leaping algorithm can resolve the bilevel programming model fast and efficiently.

Abstract: Background . The effects of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and their related messenger RNAs (mRNAs) remain unknown in children with acquired aplastic anemia (AA). The aim of this study is to screen key lncRNAs and mRNAs and investigate their potential roles in the pathology of acquired AA in children. Methods . RNA sequencing was performed to identify differentially expressed lncRNAs (DElncRNAs) and mRNAs (DEmRNAs) between blood samples of acquired AA children and healthy controls. cis -regulation, trans -regulation, competing endogenous (Ce) regulation networks of DElncRNAs and DEmRNAs were constructed. A literature search was performed to identify immune- or hematopoietic-related DElncRNA-DEmRNA pairs, and qPCR was conducted to validate the expression of the immune- or hematopoietic-related DElncRNA and DEmRNA. Results . 60 DElncRNAs and 364 DEmRNAs were identified. 13 DElncRNAs were predicted to have 15 cis -regulated target DEmRNAs, 16 DElncRNAs might have 28 trans -regulated DEmRNAs, and 2 DElncRNAs might have 9 Ce-regulated DEmRNAs. After literature screen and qPCR validation, 6 immune- or hematopoietic-related DElncRNA-DEmRNA pairs in the networks above were identified as key RNAs in the pathology of acquired AA. Conclusion . This study revealed key lncRNAs in children with acquired AA and proposed their potential functions by predicting their target mRNAs, which lay the foundation for future study of potential effects of lncRNAs in children with acquired AA.

Abstract: Background . Clopidogrel inhibits the ADP receptor P2Y12 to keep down the platelet aggregation. The goal of our study is to investigate the contribution of P2Y12 promoter DNA methylation to the risk of clopidogrel resistance (CR). Methods . The platelet functions were measured by the VerifyNow P2Y12 assay. Applying the bisulfite pyrosequencing technology, DNA methylation levels of two CpG dinucleotides on P2Y12 promoter were tested among 49 CR cases and 57 non-CR controls. We also investigated the association among P2Y12 DNA methylation, various biochemical characteristics, and CR. Result . Lower methylation of two CpGs indicated the poorer clopidogrel response (CpG1, P = 0.009 ; CpG2, P = 0.022 ) in alcohol abusing status. Meanwhile CpG1 methylation was inversely correlated with CR in smoking patients ( P = 0.026 ) and in subgroup of Albumin 〈 35 ( P = 0.002 ). We observed that the level of DNA methylation might be affected by some clinical markers, such as TBIL, LEVF, Albumin, AST. The results also showed that the quantity of stent, fasting blood-glucose, and lower HbAC1 were the predictors of CR. Conclusions . The evidence from our study indicates that P2Y12 methylation may bring new hints to elaborate the pathogenesis of CR.
