Kurzfassung: In order to strengthen the management and security status monitoring of the internal network of medical units and make up for security vulnerabilities in time, an ad hoc network link security situation identification method is proposed. According to the architecture of the ad hoc network, it is analyzed that it has the advantages of strong persistence and its own protocol. Combined with the data of detection equipment and security log, the hierarchical acquisition model is used to obtain the situation elements such as port scanning attack and flood attack. The transmission rate factor, forwarding rate factor, dispersion factor, and node aggregation factor are regarded as eigenvectors. We determine the relationship between identity, difference, and opposition, identify the security situation through the description of the node state, and conduct quantitative processing to obtain the final identification result. The experimental results show that the weight value of this method is the same as the standard weight, which can identify the security situation level, obtain the specific situation value, and present a more intuitive identification result.

Kurzfassung: Chronic gastritis (CG) places a considerable burden on the healthcare system worldwide. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulas characterized by multicompounds and multitargets have been acknowledged with striking effects in the treatment of CG in China’s history. Nevertheless, their accurate mechanisms of action are still ambiguous. In this study, we analyzed the effective compounds, potential targets, and related biological pathway of Lianpu Drink (LPD), a TCM formula which has been reported to have a therapeutic effect on CG, by contrasting a “compound-target-disease” network. According to the results, 92 compounds and 5762 putative targets of LPD were screened; among them, 8 compounds derived from different herbs in LPD and 30 common targets related to LPD and CG were selected as candidate compounds and precision targets, respectively. Meanwhile, the predicted common targets were verified by Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) signaling pathway analysis and pharmacological experiments. The results demonstrated that quercetin, ephedrine, trigonelline, crocetin, and β-sitosterol were major effective compounds of LPD responsible for the CG treatment by inhibiting the activation of the JAK 2-STAT 3 signaling pathway to reduce the expressions of cyclin D1 and Bcl-2 proteins. The study provides evidence for the mechanism of understanding of LPD for the treatment of CG.

Kurzfassung: Objective. This study aimed to compare the physical and mental states and the clinical effects of parenteral nutrition combined with enteral nutrition (PN+EN), total enteral nutrition (TEN), and total parenteral nutrition (TPN) after surgery in patients with maxillofacial malignant tumors. Methods. A total of 112 patients were divided into three groups, with 58, 33, and 21 patients in the PN+EN, TPN, and TEN groups, respectively. The psychological survey contained the Faces Pain Scale-Revised (FRS-R), visual analog scale (VAS), numerical rating scale (NRS), Hamilton anxiety rating scale (HAMA), and short-form 36 health survey questionnaire (SF-36). Spirit symptoms, length of hospital stay, nutritional assessments, and related biochemical indices were recorded and compared. Results. The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptoms of anxiety and dysphoria were least frequently identified in the TPN group. The levels of lymphocytes, hemoglobin (HB), albumin (ALB), and prealbumin (PA) were significantly higher in the PE+EN group, whereas white blood cell count, neutrophil count, HB, PA, and ALB were significantly lower in the TPN group. Better psychological scores were observed in the TPN group. The PE+EN group had a shorter length of stay and higher SGA categories. Potassium, sodium, and chlorine levels were significantly lower in the TEN group (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusions. As an auxiliary method, TCM symptoms can help to identify spirit disequilibrium earlier and are associated with blood indices. Without the consideration of cost and long length of hospital stay, patients in the TPN group had the best mental status, with PN+EN therapy being an alternative.

Kurzfassung: Objective. To compare the corneal asphericity and higher-order aberrations (HOAs) of femtosecond laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (FS-LASIK) with Smart Pulse Technology (SPT) assisted transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy (Trans-PRK) for myopia and myopic astigmatism correction. Methods. This prospective study analyzed 88 eyes of 44 patients treated with FS-LASIK and 64 eyes of 32 patients treated with Trans-PRK. All eyes had low to moderate myopia with or without astigmatism (spherical equivalent (SE) 〈 −6.00 diopters). The uncorrected distance visual acuity (UDVA), corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA), SE, asphericity (Q value) of the anterior corneal surface, index of surface variance (ISV), corneal higher-order aberrations (HOAs), vertical coma (Z3−1), horizontal coma (Z31), and spherical aberration (Z40) over a 6 mm diameter central corneal zone diameter were evaluated preoperatively and 1, 3, and 6 months postoperatively. Results. At 6 months, the UDVA and SE were −0.14 ± 0.06 and 0.33 ± 0.33D in FS-LASIK and −0.15 ± 0.06 and 0.35 ± 0.37D in Trans-PRK. There was no difference between the two groups in the postoperative UDVA and SE ( P 〉 0.05 ). After FS-LASIK and Trans-PRK, the Q values in the 6, 7, 8, and 9 mm zones and ISV of the anterior corneal surface significantly increased ( P 〈 0.001 ). At 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery, corneal HOA, Z3-1, Z31, and Z40 in both groups were significantly increased compared with those before surgery, with statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0.001 ). At 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery, the Z3−1 of the Trans-PRK group was significantly lower than that of the FS-LASIK group ( P 〈 0.001 ). ΔHOA and ΔZ40 were dramatically correlated with the ΔQ value for both FS-LASIK and Trans-PRK procedures. The ΔQ was significantly correlated with the preoperative SE, AD, and AD/CCT after both two procedures (all P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusions. Both FS-LASIK and Trans-PRK caused the anterior corneal surface to become flatter, and the morphology of the corneal surface was irregular. Corneal HOAs were significantly increased after the two procedures. Trans-PRK using SPT introduced less corneal vertical coma than FS-LASIK. Corneal asphericity changes contributed to the corneal aberrations changes following FS-LASIK and Trans-PRK.
