Abstract: In order to evaluate the stability of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution, in this paper, the prescription of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution was investigated and analyzed. The formula of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution used, particularly the one utilized in this study, is commonly used in clinical practice. All the neonatal parenteral nutrition solution required for the test was prepared on the purification workbench in a sterile environment. The time points of stability of parenteral nutrient solution were 0, 12, and 24 hours, respectively, and three parallel samples were taken at each time point. Likewise, to investigate the stability of two kinds of fat milk injection in parenteral nutrition solution of neonates and provide a reference for subsequent experiments and to investigate the influence of electrolyte, amino acid, temperature, pH value, mixing sequence, and the final concentration of glucose on the stability of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution, the stability indexes of neonatal parenteral nutrition liquid mainly include appearance, pH, insoluble particles, fat milk particle size, and particle size distribution. Neonatal parenteral nutrition solution prescriptions from the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University, specifically from January to June 2019, were collected and statistically processed. The experimental data were processed by SPSS 19.0 software and data mining technology. The results were expressed as mean ± standard deviation and statistically processed by ANOVA. P 〈 0.05 was considered statistically significant. The results showed that the stability of neonatal parenteral nutrient solution was influenced by many factors. The formula of neonatal parenteral nutrition solution is generally reasonable, but there are unreasonable phenomena which are needed to be improved further if feasible.

Abstract: The Internet is rich in information related to the financial field. The financial entity information text containing new internet vocabulary has a certain impact on the results of existing recognition algorithms. How to solve the problems of new vocabulary and polysemy is a problem to be solved in the current field. This paper proposes an ERNIE-Doc-BiLSTM-CRF named entity recognition model based on the pretrained language model. Compared with the traditional model, the ERNIE-Doc pretrained language model constructs a unique word vector from the word vector and combines the location coding, which solves polysemy problem well. The intensive skimming mechanism realizes the long text processing well and captures the context information effectively. The experimental results show that the accuracy of this model is 86.72%, the recall rate is 83.39%, and the F1 value is 85.02%, which is 13.36% higher than other models; the recall rate is increased by 13.05%, and the F1 value is increased by 13.21%.

Abstract: Objective. To investigate the clinical effect of iodine-125 seed implantation combined with chemotherapy in patients with primary liver cancer and the effect on peripheral blood Th1/Th2 cells. Methods. A total of 136 patients with primary liver cancer from April 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into the control group and observation group with 68 cases in each group. The control group was treated with chemotherapy, and the observation group was treated with iodine-125 seed implantation on the basis of the control group. After 3 months of treatment, the curative effect was investigated. Serum tumor markers, peripheral blood Th1/Th2 cells, and side effects and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results. The levels of serum tumor markers in both groups at 3 months after treatment were lower than before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ). Three months after treatment, the levels of tumor markers AFP, AFP-L3, and GP73 in the observation group were 14.61 ± 3.49 μg/L, 3.29 ± 0.41 ng/mL, and 51.24 ± 4.51 μg/L, respectively, which were lower than those in the control group, 32.53 ± 4.59 μg/L, 5.63 ± 0.63 ng/mL, and 71.52 ± 6.05 μg/L ( P 〈 0.05 ). At 3 months after treatment, the level of including interleukin-2 (IL-2) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in Th1 cells of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), whereas the levels of IL-4, IL-6, and IL-10 in Th2 cells were lower than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and gastrointestinal reactions between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The recurrence rate of the observation group at 12, 24, and 36 months after treatment was lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion. Iodine-125 seed implantation combined with chemotherapy in patients with primary liver cancer can reduce the level of serum tumor markers, improve the level of peripheral blood Th1/Th2 cells, and reduce the recurrence rate of patients without increasing the incidence of side effects, which is worthy of promoting the application of iodine-125 seed implantation.

Abstract: OVATE family proteins (OFPs) are plant-specific transcription factors that play important roles in plant development. Although common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is a major staple food worldwide, OFPs have not been systematically analyzed in this important crop. Here, we performed a genome-wide survey of OFP genes in wheat and identified 100 genes belonging to 34 homoeologous groups. Arabidopsis thaliana, rice (Oryza sativa), and wheat OFP genes were divided into four subgroups based on their phylogenetic relationships. Structural analysis indicated that only four TaOFPs contain introns. We mapped the TaOFP genes onto the wheat chromosomes and determined that TaOFP17 was duplicated in this crop. A survey of cis-acting elements along the promoter regions of TaOFP genes suggested that subfunctionalization of homoeologous genes might have occurred during evolution. The TaOFPs were highly expressed in wheat, with tissue- or organ-specific expression patterns. In addition, these genes were induced by various hormone and stress treatments. For instance, TaOPF29a-A was highly expressed in roots in response to drought stress. Wheat plants overexpressing TaOPF29a-A had longer roots and higher dry weights than nontransgenic plants under drought conditions, suggesting that this gene improves drought tolerance. Our findings provide a starting point for further functional analysis of this important transcription factor family and highlight the potential of using TaOPF29a-A to genetically engineer drought-tolerant crops.

Abstract: This paper investigated the potential effects of zerumbone pretreatment on an acute necrotizing pancreatitis rat model induced by sodium taurocholate. The pancreatitis injury was evaluated by serum AMY, sPLA2, and pancreatic pathological score. Pancreatitis-induced hepatic injury was measured by ALT, AST, and hepatic histopathology. The expression of I- κ B α and NF- κ B protein was evaluated by western blot and immunohistochemistry assay while ICAM-1 and IL-1 β mRNA were examined by RT-PCR. The results showed that AMY, sPLA2, ALT, and AST levels and histopathological assay of pancreatic and hepatic tissues were significantly reduced following administration of zerumbone. Applying zerumbone also has been shown to inhibit NF- κ B protein and downregulation of ICAM-1 and IL-1 β mRNA. The present paper suggests that treatment of zerumbone on rat attenuates the severity of acute necrotizing pancreatitis and pancreatitis-induced hepatic injury, via inhibiting NF- κ B activation and downregulating the expression of ICAM-1 and IL-1 β .

Abstract: Objective. To assess the value of N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in short-term and long-term follow-up after a modified Fontan procedure. Methods. We retrospectively enrolled children who had undergone a modified Fontan procedure in the Heart Center of Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center from January 2014 to September 2020 and collected data on NT-proBNP values before bidirectional Glenn procedure, before Fontan procedure, and on 1, 3, 7, 30, 90, and 180 days and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 year after Fontan procedure. The relationship between changes in NT-proBNP levels and the outcomes in children was analyzed. Results. A total of 108 children (78 boys and 30 girls, mean age: 54.62 ± 29.38 weeks) were included in the analysis. According to one-way analysis of variance, the left ventricular type and biventricular type of single ventricle physiology showed shorter duration on cardiopulmonary bypass during the operation and lower levels of NT-proBNP after the operation than the right ventricular type and univentricular type physiology. Conclusion. NT-proBNP is a good indicator for mid and long-term follow-up after a modified Fontan procedure. The left ventricular type and biventricular type of single ventricle physiology show better mid and long-term benefits from the modified Fontan procedure than the right ventricular type and univentricular type physiology.

Abstract: Reverse transcription quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) is an accurate and convenient method for mRNA quantification. Selection of optimal reference gene(s) is an important step in RT-qPCR experiments. However, the stability of housekeeping genes in spinach (Spinacia oleracea) under various abiotic stresses is unclear. Evaluating the stability of candidate genes and determining the optimal gene(s) for normalization of gene expression in spinach are necessary to investigate the gene expression patterns during development and stress response. In this study, ten housekeeping genes, 18S ribosomal RNA (18S rRNA), actin, ADP ribosylation factor (ARF), cytochrome c oxidase subunit 5C (COX), cyclophilin (CYP), elongation factor 1-alpha (EF1α), glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), histone H3 (H3), 50S ribosomal protein L2 (RPL2), and tubulin alpha chain (TUBα) from spinach, were selected as candidates in roots, stems, leaves, flowers, and seedlings in response to high temperature, CdCl2, NaCl, NaHCO3, and Na2CO3 stresses. The expression of these genes was quantified by RT-qPCR and evaluated by NormFinder, BestKeeper, and geNorm. 18S rRNA, actin, ARF, COX, CYP, EF1α, GAPDH, H3, and RPL2 were detected as optimal reference genes for gene expression analysis of different organs and stress responses. The results were further confirmed by the expression pattern normalized with different reference genes of two heat-responsive genes. Here, we optimized the detection method of the gene expression pattern in spinach. Our results provide the optimal candidate reference genes which were crucial for RT-qPCR analysis.

Abstract: A continuous finite-time robust control method for the trajectory tracking control of a nonholonomic wheeled mobile robot (NWMR) is presented in this paper. The proposed approach is composed of conventional sliding-mode control (SMC) in the internal loop and modified switched second-order sliding-mode (S-SOSM) control in the external loop. Sliding-mode controller is equivalently represented as stabilization of the nominal system without uncertainties. An S-SOSM control algorithm is employed to counteract the impact of state-dependent unmodeled dynamics and time-varying external disturbances, and the unexpected chattering has been attenuated significantly. Particularly, state-space partitioning is constructed to obtain the bounds of uncertainty terms and accomplish different control objectives under different requirements. Simulation and experiment results are used to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed approach.

Abstract: In order to study the mechanical behaviors and fracture process properties of granite under confining pressure unloading with constant axial pressure, RMT-150B rock mechanics test system and acoustic emission detector were used to study the mechanical properties and fracture process characteristics of deeply buried granite specimens under different combinations of initial confining pressures and unloading rates. The results show that when the unloading rate is small, the deviatoric stress-strain curve of granite specimens will yield an unloading platform, and the specimens show significant characteristics of ductility; when the unloading rate is large, the specimens show characteristics of brittleness. Besides, the axial strain rate increases with the increase of initial confining pressure and unloading rate, and the axial strain rate fluctuates. The ratio of axial strain increment to confining pressure increment of granite specimens decreases with the increase of the unloading rate, and a faster unloading rate and a higher initial confining pressure will restrain the axial deformation of granite sample. The normalized confining pressure decreased parameter of granite specimen increases with the increase of initial confining pressure. When the unloading rate is relatively high, it plays a dominant role in the compressive strength of granite specimens. The Mohr–Coulomb strength criterion can better reflect the strength characteristics of specimens under confining pressure unloading. The cohesion of granite specimens decreases with the increase of unloading rate, and the internal friction angle increases with the increase of unloading rate. Notably, the unloading rate presents a weakening effect on the cohesion of the specimen and a strengthening effect on the internal friction angle of the specimen, and the former effect is stronger than the latter one. When the unloading rate is small, the acoustic emission ringing count increases more evenly, and the deformation and damage of the specimen develop slowly; when the unloading rate is high, the acoustic emission ringing count increases to the maximum instantaneously at the initial stage of confining pressure unloading, and the specimen is damaged rapidly, showing the characteristic of sudden fracture. The fracture mode of granite specimens is affected by the unloading rate and initial confining pressure. At the same unloading rate, the specimens with high initial confining pressure show typical tensile fracture characteristics, while the specimens with low initial confining pressure mainly suffer from shear fracture or shear-tension composite fracture. With the increase of unloading rate, the fracture characteristics of specimens show a transition from shear or shear-tension composite fracture to tensile fracture.
