Abstract: Through symbolic computation with Maple, fifty-seven sets of rational wave solutions to the generalized Calogero-Bogoyavlenskii-Schiff equation are presented by employing the generalized bilinear operator when the parameter p = 2 . Via the three-dimensional plots and contour plots with the help of Maple, the dynamics of these solutions are described very well. These solutions have greatly enriched the exact solutions of the generalized Calogero-Bogoyavlenskii-Schiff equation on the existing literature. The result will be widely used to describe many nonlinear scientific phenomena.

Abstract: Objective. To analyze the consistency of preoperative CTLM imaging in the diagnosis of breast cancer lesions and postoperative pathological examination. Methods. The clinical data of 225 patients with breast tumor in our breast surgery department were collected. All patients underwent mammography, CTLM, and pathological examination. To analyze the image characteristics of breast CTLM imaging, calculate the diagnostic efficacy of CTLM imaging for breast tumors, and compare the image characteristics of CTLM imaging for benign and malignant tumors. Results. (1) Postoperative pathological examination showed that 136 cases (60.44%) of lesions were benign tumors, and 89 cases (39.56%) were malignant tumors. (2) The “spokes distribution” of normal breast CTLM images was interrupted. In the 3D reconstructed images, the morphology of the abnormal angiogenesis area is mostly irregular nonbanded structure, which is manifested as slab structure, spindle structure, spherical structure, diverticulum structure, inverted conical structure, rings structure, branched structure, and dumbbell structure. (3) The detection rate of breast tumor by CTLM imaging was 84.44%. The specificity and coincidence rate of CTLM imaging were higher than that of mammography (P  〈  0.05). (4) The features of CTLM imaging images of breast malignant tumors are mostly bright white locally, with irregular edges and obvious attenuation of laser signal, and the reconstructed shape of 3D images is mostly like a slab structure. Conclusion. CTLM imaging can provide related information of neovascularization in breast cancer lesions, which is basically consistent with pathologically confirmed lesions.

Abstract: We aim to investigate the therapeutic effects of QSYQ, a drug of heart failure (HF) in clinical practice in China, on a rat heart failure (HF) model. 3 groups were divided: HF model group (LAD ligation), QSYQ group (LAD ligation and treated with QSYQ), and sham-operated group. After 4 weeks, rats were sacrificed for cardiac injury measurements. Rats with HF showed obvious histological changes including necrosis and inflammation foci, elevated ventricular remodeling markers levels(matrix metalloproteinases-2, MMP-2), deregulated ejection fraction (EF) value, increased formation of oxidative stress (Malondialdehyde, MDA), and up-regulated levels of apoptotic cells (caspase-3, p53 and tunnel) in myocardial tissue. Treatment of QSYQ improved cardiac remodeling through counter-acting those events. The improvement of QSYQ was accompanied with a restoration of NADPH oxidase 4 (NOX4) and NADPH oxidase 2 (NOX2) pathways in different patterns. Administration of QSYQ could attenuate LAD-induced HF, and AngII-NOX2-ROS-MMPs pathway seemed to be the critical potential targets for QSYQ to reduce the remodeling. Moreover, NOX4 was another key targets to inhibit the p53 and Caspase3, thus to reduce the hypertrophy and apoptosis, and eventually provide a synergetic cardiac protective effect.

Abstract: As the digital economy promotes economic growth, the Internet of Things can solve the problem of productivity, and the blockchain can solve the problem of production relations, which realizes the industrial transformation of blockchain smart contract technology and becomes a new driving force for the industry. It is becoming more and more difficult for companies to control their own raw material supply, production, and sales by relying only on their own strength, and this is the key to influencing a company to become bigger and stronger. This problem will be efficiently solved by the implementation of “Internet of Things + Blockchain” technology. As a result, research into a new sort of smart supply chain management based on “Internet of Things + Blockchain” is required. From the perspective of building a smart supply chain, this paper makes full use of literature data methods, theoretical analysis methods, case analysis methods, logic analysis methods, and other methods. To study the effectiveness of IoT and blockchain technology through case study of changes in the order quantity in the procurement link of the supply chain. By understanding the current status of related research at home and abroad, as well as the Internet of Things technology and blockchain technology, this paper analyzes China. The main problems existing in the supply chain management of enterprises are the combination of the Internet of Things technology and the blockchain with the enterprise supply chain to create a smart supply chain platform, and the feasibility and functional efficiency of the smart supply chain platform. The related check was found, its deficiencies were found, and remedial measures were taken. The research results show that this intelligent supply chain management platform based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain can make the operation of the entire supply chain clearly visible. Information and data sharing can be achieved among the various departments of the supply chain to achieve scientific management and precision of the enterprise prediction. And this model can also be used in other industries to achieve industrial upgrading.

Abstract: Purpose . To compare the biomechanical properties of porcine, rabbit, and human sclera before and after riboflavin/ultraviolet-A (UVA) collagen cross-linking (CXL). Methods . Eight rabbits, 8 porcine eyeballs, and 8 human eyeballs were included. One rabbit eye and half of each bisected human and porcine eyeball were treated with riboflavin/UVA CXL. Untreated fellow rabbit eyes and eyeball halves served as controls. A 10 mm × 20 mm scleral band was harvested from each specimen. From this band, two 3.5 mm × 15.0 mm strips were prepared for biomechanical testing. The biomechanical parameters were ultimate stress, stress and Young’s modulus. Results . Values of stress, and Young’s modulus showed that human sclera was 4 times stiffer than porcine sclera and 3 times stiffer than rabbit sclera. In rabbit sclera, both the stress and Young’s modulus were significantly increased by CXL ( P 〈 0.05 ). In porcine sclera, only the ultimate stress was significantly increased by CXL ( P 〈 0.05 ). The biomechanical properties of human sclera were not statistically affected by CXL ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions . Human sclera has higher biomechanical stiffness than porcine and rabbit sclera. With the same irradiation dose, riboflavin/UVA CXL increases the biomechanical stiffness of rabbit sclera but not porcine or human sclera.

Abstract: In order to find the “sweet spots” of unconventional oil and gas from the Pinghu Formation in the Pinghu Tectonic Belt, we are committed to clarifying the development and distribution rules of coal-measure source rocks and tight reservoirs as well as the controlling factors. Using 3D seismic and logging data, combined with logging constraints of target lithology and pyrolysis experiments of source rock, "source and reservoir" research of uncoventional oil and gas was carried out in the Pinghu Tectonic Belt. The results show that two stages of regression and one stage of transgression occurred in the Pinghu Formation, resulting in river-controlled and wave-controlled delta-neritic facies dominated by sedimentary facies, source rocks developed in interdistributary bay and swamp microfacies, and tight sandstones in point bar and distributary channel microfacies are developed. The accumulation of coalbed methane and shale gas is controlled by the sedimentary facies and the degree of thermal evolution under the factors of burial depth. The accumulation of tight sandstone is closely related to the dominantly sedimentary facies and diagenetic modification of physical properties and faults. It is concluded that the structural type, type and distribution of faults, and depositional environment of the Pinghu Tectonic Belt in the Xihu Sag are the key factors controlling the development and accumulation of coal-measure source rocks and tight sandstone reservoirs. This understanding provides a clear direction for the deep exploration of unconventional oil and gas in the sag and provides a reference for finding reservoir “sweet spots.”

Abstract: Purpose . Glaucoma is the leading cause of irreversible blindness throughout the world. The pathogenesis of glaucoma is complex, and neuroprotection is a crucial aspect of therapy. High concentrations of extracellular glutamate are toxic to the optic nerve. The glutamate-aspartate transporter (GLAST) in retinal Müller cells is involved in the development of glaucoma. Anthocyanin has been reported to protect retinal neurons. We hypothesize that cyanin chloride, a type of anthocyanin, can inhibit hyperbaric pressure-induced GLAST decreases in cultured rat retinal Müller cells and may serve as a potential neuroprotective agent in glaucoma treatment. Materials and Methods . Sprague Dawley rat Müller cells were cultured in a hyperbaric pressure device at 60 mmHg additional pressure and treated with cyanin chloride (10  μ mol/L, 30  μ mol/L, or 50  μ mol/L) or vehicle for 2 hours. Cell survival rates (SRs) were evaluated by an MTT assay. GLAST mRNA and protein expression were determined by western blot and RT-PCR analyses, respectively. Results . Cell SR was significantly decreased in the 60 mmHg additional hyperbaric pressure group compared to the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Cyanin chloride treatment significantly improved SR under 60 mmHg additional pressure ( P 〈 0.01 ). GLAST mRNA and protein expression levels in Müller cells were significantly reduced in the 60 mmHg hyperbaric pressure group compared to the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), but cyanin chloride significantly inhibited hyperbaric pressure-induced decreases in GLAST expression ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion . Our results support our hypothesis and demonstrate that cyanin chloride can protect rat retinal Müller cells from hyperbaric pressure-induced decreases of GLAST.

Abstract: Lung cancer has become the leading cause of cancer deaths, with nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounting for around 80% of lung cancer cases. Chemotherapy is the main conventional therapy for advanced NSCLC. However, the disease control achieved with classical chemotherapy in advanced NSCLC is usually restricted to only a few months. Thus, sustaining the therapeutic effect of first-line chemotherapy is an important problem that requires study. Maintenance therapy is given for patients with advanced NSCLC if three is no tumor progression after four to six cycles of first-line platinum-based chemotherapy. However, selection of appropriate maintenance therapy depends on several factors, while traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) as maintenance therapy is recommended for all kinds of patients. It has been demonstrated that TCM can prolong the survival time, improve the quality of life (QOL), and reduce the side effects for advanced NSCLC. Although the trials we searched about TCM serving as maintenance therapy is only 9 studies, the results indicate TCM can prolong the progression free survival (PFS) and improve the QOL. So it is possible for TCM to be as maintenance therapy for advanced NSCLC. More rigorous trials are required to further verify its efficacy.

Abstract: Objective. Cinnamon is a cooking spice and a medicinal herb. It is increasingly used as a health supplement due to its perceived benefit to prevent and or manage type 2 diabetes and metabolic disorders. However, it is unclear if regular consumption of this medicinal plant will interfere with normal physiological functions. Therefore, this study investigated the impact of daily cinnamon supplements on glucose and lipid metabolic profiles in healthy rats. Methods. Male rats (Sprague Dawley, 8 weeks) were supplied with cinnamon in their diet (equivalent to ∼1 g/day in humans) for two weeks. Blood glucose and lipid levels, as well as metabolic markers in both liver and abdominal white adipose tissue, were measured. Results. Cinnamon significantly increased fat mass and blood cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) levels, but reduced fasting blood glucose level by 12%. Liver functional enzymes were normal in rats consuming cinnamon. However, several lipid metabolic markers were impaired which may contribute to dyslipidemia, including two main switches for energy metabolism (sirtuin 1 and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma coactivator-1α) and the LDL receptor. However, de novo lipid synthesis enzymes and inflammatory markers were also reduced in the liver by cinnamon treatment, which may potentially prevent the development of steatosis. Markers for lipid oxidation were downregulated in fat tissue in cinnamon-treated rats, contributing to increased fat accumulation. Conclusion. Daily low-dose cinnamon supplementation seems to promote abdominal adipose tissue accumulation and disturb lipid homeostasis in healthy rats, raising the concerns regarding daily use in healthy people.

Abstract: With the development of information technology and computer technology, the work of the library is becoming more and more digitized and networked. This article mainly studies the performance evaluation method of library knowledge management based on data mining. This paper uses attribute-oriented induction algorithm to mine generalized features. First, scan the entire data set to obtain different values of all attributes. Statistics, classification, and analysis of historical records help to understand the usage of books and periodicals and perform predictive analysis. This article uses statistical weighted weight calculation formula to calculate the library knowledge management ability evaluation index weight. The evaluation of the knowledge management ability of the library mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method, and the knowledge management status of the library is deeply understood in the form of interviews on the spot, and the obtained evaluation data and materials of the knowledge management ability of the library are organized and statistics. In order to prevent the model from remembering the patterns of the training set too deeply, to make the model more general, and to adapt to unknown data well, we use the test set to rest the model. The part of the data set that has not been used in the process of modeling and testing correction can be used to estimate the effect of the model, or to compare the effect of the model. For expert value, the value of the office is 1.02, which is approximately equal to 1, which means that the value and cost of the office are basically equal in the knowledge service of the library. The results show that the combination of knowledge management and university library management will help to form a systematic theoretical framework and behavioral model framework in the research of knowledge management models and strategies in university libraries.
