    Abstract: To solve the intelligent rescue design of field exploration, the design of field intelligent terminal is explored based on intelligent Internet of things technology. Through the system’s platform management, integration of internal information, and strengthening technology research and development, the system has successfully completed the deployment and implementation, which strongly supports the design of intelligent terminals for field exploration emergency rescue. Relevant technicians need to recognize the application and development trend of Internet of things technology in intelligent field emergency rescue scenarios and take various measures to promote it, so as to make it a better support and enrich intelligent field emergency rescue functions and provide better impetus for intelligent field emergency rescue and the construction of digital city. For the construction of the current intelligent field emergency rescue scene, the Internet of things technology plays a major role, which also shows that the system has better realized the predetermined function. The field intelligent rescue system makes good use of the shared location function, which can avoid accidents such as team members falling behind and also well identify the location of team members.

    Abstract: With the rapid development of computer and digital media technology, more and more visual artworks are created, preserved, and transmitted digitally, which has become an indispensable spiritual wealth in this era. However, the aesthetic evaluation of traditional visual artworks can only rely on artists or appreciation experts for qualitative description, and the results have great subjective uncertainty due to their different personal knowledge and experience. Therefore, computational aesthetics came into being, that is, using a computer model to assist in quantitative evaluation of visual artworks. These models have broad application prospects in the fields of aesthetic evaluation and correction, art style identification, and so on. Based on this, this paper proposes a design of visual communication effect evaluation method of artworks based on machine learning. First, some characteristic variables are constructed to quantify the balance, contrast, and harmony in icon design criteria, and these three common design criteria are transformed into a mathematical expression. Based on the powerful fitting, classification, and generalization capabilities of the SVM method, we choose it as our base model. Then, the artificial evaluation scores are regressed to the calculated characteristic variables to obtain the statistical linear regression models corresponding to the three design criteria. The experimental results show that the evaluation model and manual evaluation results can reach a significant correlation in the same dimension, which verifies the effectiveness of the model.

    Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, especially the extensive use of databases, computer networks, and other fields, the amount of data held by enterprises is also growing rapidly. With the current shortage of human resources and the pressure of talent competition, the evaluation of human resource management in enterprises is particularly important. Creating measures to attract talents, innovating the understanding management system, formulating a standard talent evaluation system, avoiding the occurrence of improper employment accidents, rationally allocating the weight of human resources, and cultivating the loyalty of employees to the enterprise have become the challenges that more and more companies need to face. In response to the problems raised above, this paper conducts an in-depth excavation of strategic human resource management evaluation and uses in-depth excavation technology. Due to the huge amount of data in the human resource management system, data mining algorithms such as the ID3 algorithm, GBDT algorithm, and Bayesian network are proposed to classify and evaluate the data. Based on these data mining techniques, the strategic human resource management evaluation algorithm is researched and tested. First, the decision tree algorithm is used to build a decision tree for the educational background, identity, and other information of a company’s staff to classify the employees. The factor analysis test results show that after deleting a single similar factor, the variance contribution rate of each influencing human resource management evaluation has a certain increase. Employee engagement and organizational culture rose by 2 percent, while employee satisfaction, organizational learning, and organizational capability each rose by 1 percent. Therefore, data mining technology patient decision tree algorithm is effective for strategic human resource management evaluation.

    Abstract: The power sales company is an important component of the power trading market. It can be used not only as the primary body for purchasing power from market transactions but also as the primary body for transferring power to the market and consumers, altering the distribution network’s power flow distribution and having a significant impact on the distribution network’s power supply capacity. The fundamental goal of the power sales company is to maximize the benefits by adjusting the power load distribution in response to changes in the power consumption of users. Based on the consideration of users’ flexible power consumption, this paper studied the load combination optimization modeling method of the power sales company. The building users are taken as the research object and the flexible power consumption type is determined based on various power values. The demand response data is extracted by load characteristic index and power consumption index, and the flexible power consumption law is predicted by a standardized matrix. Furthermore, using Hansen threshold theory, the load rate is computed and the grading is changed, and three groups of load combination schemes are obtained from the simulation test. Results show that the load combination of user 03, user 05, and user 07 is optimized in scheme C and the power sales profit of the power sales company is 26.31% and 22% higher than those of scheme A and scheme B, respectively. The proposed method can reduce the power purchase cost and increase the revenue of the power company by increasing the revenue from power sales.

    Abstract: Mobile sensing has become a new style of applications and most of the smart devices are equipped with varieties of sensors or functionalities to enhance sensing capabilities. Current sensing systems concentrate on how to enhance sensing capabilities; however, the sensors or functionalities may lead to the leakage of users’ privacy. In this paper, we present WiPass, a way to leverage the wireless hotspot functionality on the smart devices to snoop the unlock passwords/patterns without the support of additional hardware. The attacker can “see” your unlock passwords/patterns even one meter away. WiPass leverages the impacts of finger motions on the wireless signals during the unlocking period to analyze the passwords/patterns. To practically implement WiPass, we are facing the difficult feature extraction and complex unlock passwords matching, making the analysis of the finger motions challenging. To conquer the challenges, we use DCASW to extract feature and hierarchical DTW to do unlock passwords matching. Besides, the combination of amplitude and phase information is used to accurately recognize the passwords/patterns. We implement a prototype of WiPass and evaluate its performance under various environments. The experimental results show that WiPass achieves the detection accuracy of 85.6% and 74.7% for passwords/patterns detection in LOS and in NLOS scenarios, respectively.

    Abstract: Remote monitoring of heart disease provides the means to keep patients under continuous supervision. In this paper, we introduce the design and implementation of a remote monitoring medical system for heart failure prediction and management. The three-part system includes a patient-end for data collection, a medical data center as data storage and analysis, and a doctor-end to diagnosis and intervention. The main objective of the system is to prognose the occurrence risk of heart failure (HF) confirmed by the level of N-terminal prohormone of brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) based on the changes of the patients’ (systolic and diastolic) blood pressure and body weight that are measured noninvasively in a home environment. The prediction of HF and non-HF patients was achieved by a structured support vector machine (SVM) classification algorithm. With the present system, we also proposed a scoring method to interpret the long-term risk of HF. We demonstrated the efficiency of the system with a pilot clinical study of 34 samples, where the NT-proBNP test was used to help train the prediction model as well as check the prediction results for our system. Results showed an accuracy of 79.4% for predicting HF on day 7 based on daily body weight and blood pressure data acquired over 30 days.

    Abstract: With the continuous development of science and technology, robotics is widely used in various fields. In recent years, more and more research studies have been done on the control of autonomous robotic manipulators. How to quickly, accurately, and smoothly grasp objects has always been a difficult point of research. As the robot’s executive mechanism, the robot arm plays an important role in whether the robot can complete a specific task. Therefore, the research on the robot arm is also the main topic in the development of robot technology. The control theory, kinematics, and human-computer interaction of robotic arms are the focus of the research in the field of robotic arms. Based on the above background, the research content of this paper is the research on the modeling method of autonomous robotic manipulator based on D-H algorithm. This paper uses D-H modeling method to model a four-degree-of-freedom robotic arm and gives the forward kinematics equation of the robotic arm. The inverse solution of the manipulator was given by the method and the geometric method, and the joint variable values were calculated. Finally, through experimental simulation, the experimental results show that the inverse solution of the end position of the machine by the geometric method is in the range of 2∼4 mm, and the inverse solution of the end position of the machine by the algebraic method is in the range of 6∼14 mm. It is more accurate to find the inverse solution of the geometrical method of the manipulator than the algebraic method.

    Abstract: The traditional packaging design is inseparable from graphics, but the graphics is static, and the emergence of dynamic graphics breaks the conventional packaging design concept. This study optimized dynamic graph packaging design based on graph neural network technology. This paper first gives a brief introduction to the graph neural network, mainly to optimize the problem that the graph neural network has a large number of learning, and also expounds the principle of the graph neural network using formulas. Then this paper introduces the dynamic graphic packaging design in detail, which involves the elements of packaging design, the types of dynamic graphics, design ideas, and so on. Later, this paper tests users’ attention to the product through eye movement experiment and graph neural network algorithm. The experiment showed that the dynamic graphics packaging design of product 7 was the most popular, with the dynamic graphics area users viewed it up to 93 times. It can be seen that this dynamic graphic packaging design optimization scheme is effective, and it also provides a possibility for the optimization of dynamic graphic packaging design scheme.
