Abstract: Based on the land use data of 2000, 2010 and 2020, using GIS technology along with landscape ecology methods, this paper monitored the changes in land use and landscape pattern in Wuhan. The findings are as follows: (1) the main features of land use change in Wuhan were the expansion of urban area and the decline of cropland, forest, wetland and water in recent 20 years; (2) forest, wetland and water kept a transfer-out trend while urban kept a transfer-in trend; (3) the fragmentation degree of forest, grassland and urban landscapes decreased from 2000 to 2020; (4) the patch shapes of almost all landscapes tended to be more regular under the human interventions. It is thereby worth reducing the interference intensity of human activities on landscape pattern in the process of urban growth.

Abstract: In the digital age, digital survival has become an important part of the basic way of life, and produced a series of digital situation related human rights protection requirements, including equal use of digital technology without discrimination, from the use of digital technology, from the use of digital technology manipulation of people, as well as the personal digital information and property autonomy, etc. In the face of increasingly professional and strong control of digital technology, the digital age of human rights protection not only need the government to establish regulation digital technology development and application of laws and regulations, establish professional relief agencies to regulate data companies and online social platform, provide effective relief to help digital vulnerable groups, and requires the development and use of digital technology and network social platform to strengthen self-discipline, and establish everyone must abide by the digital technology application ethics.

Abstract: In order to promote the sustainable development of sports facilities, the statistical data of football fields in 13 districts of Wuhan city were selected. Based on geographic information system (GIS) and exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) technology, this paper analyzed the global and local autocorrelation of the number of football fields per capita in Wuhan city. The results indicate that: (1) Comparing to the new districts in Wuhan, the number of football fields per capita in the central districts was relatively few. (2) In the global scale, the number of football fields per capita in Wuhan presented a spatial aggregation pattern. (3) In the local scale, the regional discrepancy and spatial clusters were confirmed in the local spatial autocorrelation analysis for football fields in Wuhan. At the same time, the research results could provide reasonable references for the planning of football field facilities.

Abstract: The projectile extrusion process is an extremely important part of the initial trajectory of the artillery launch. The differentiation of the extrusion process brings about the stability problem of the extrusion process, which directly affects the stability and safety of the artillery, ballistic and projectile launching process. sex. Since the simplified chip intrusion resistance model does not pay attention to the projectile movement process and the formation process of the elastic belt groove, and only studies the change law of the intrusion resistance, the model is relatively simple and the parameters are easy to determine. In this paper, a quasi-static test device for the extrusion process of the elastic belt is established. The model is calibrated with the simplified chip resistance model with the intrusion process. Finally, the model is used to calculate the resistance along the process of a large-caliber howitzer projectile extrusion process, and it is compared with the embedded resistance test results of a large-caliber howitzer., the results show that in the whole process of extrusion, the relative error between the calculated value of the total extrusion resistance and the experimental value is basically below 10%, and the maximum relative error is 10.98%, which verifies the accuracy of the model.

Abstract: The new diagnostic items such as fuel system, VVT and cold start emission reduction strategy are tested for several vehicles meeting the requirements of the China 6 emission standards of light-duty vehicles. The test results show that the fuel system fault will increase the emissions of NMHC, NOx, CO and other pollutants by 0.7-7.5 times, and the emissions of lean mixture, rich mixture and uneven cylinder to cylinder faults will increase to different degrees; VVT fault will increase NMHC and CO emissions by 1.2-2.9 times and NOx by 1.6-6.1 times; The failure of cold start emission reduction strategy will increase NMHC, NOx and CO emissions by 4.2-9.0 times and NOx by 2.1-2.2 times; It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of these diagnostic items and tighten the requirements in the future emission standards.

Abstract: The calculation method of deterioration factor of durability test in China 6 emission regulation of light-duty vehicle is studied. The difference between multiplication and addition in the implementation of the regulations is obtained. The results show that the additive DF can keep the actual deterioration level of the car, while the multiplication DF will change the deterioration level of the car and enlarge the error; With the decrease of emission limit, multiplication DF makes it more difficult for vehicles to pass through emission limit value than add DF; For emission consistency inspection, the two degradation factors have advantages in different regions.

Abstract: The idling distribution characteristics of NEDC, WLTC and CLTC conditions were analyzed, and the exhaust emissions and fuel consumption of three light gasoline vehicles when the idling start-stop function was turned on and off under different cycle conditions were measured. The effects of idling start-stop function on light vehicle fuel consumption and emissions under different cycle conditions were analyzed. The results show that the vehicle fuel saving rate of the idling start-stop function in three cycle conditions is WLTC, NEDC and CLTC conditions from low to high. The idling start-stop function has little effect on vehicle gaseous pollutant emissions. On the whole, the the activation of idling start-stop function increases the THC and CO emissions and reduces NOx emissions.

Abstract: The Real Driving Emission test (RDE) required in China 6 regulation (GB 18352.6-2016) followed the EU 6 regulation (EC 2016/646), where cold start is excluded in emission calculation. Since cold start is an important stage of pollutant formation, the European Union had developed further requirements for cold start in EU 6 regulation (EC 2017/1154 and EC 2018/1832), which created generation gaps between China 6 and EU 6 RDE test requirements. This work is based on real RDE tests on public road and repetition tests on Chassis dynamometer with relevant cold start requirements of EC 2017/1154 described and demonstrated, the data evaluation method difference between China 6 regulation including cold start and new requirements in EC 2018/1832 are compared, and the following cold start requirements of China 6 RDE regulation is discussed and proposed.

Abstract: In order to avoid the problem of too many AC energy consumption cycles and time-consuming for the standard electric vehicle driving range test, the DC energy consumption test can be used to obtain the energy consumption of the test cycle at any time period and estimate the driving range. However, the rationality of intercepting part of the circulating DC energy consumption to estimate the whole process still lacks sufficient experimental support. Therefore, in this paper, two different electric vehicle prototypes were selected, and a complete energy consumption test experiment was carried out according to the standard test process. Through the test of DC energy consumption, the difference characteristics of electric vehicle driving braking energy and energy consumption under repeated cycles were analyzed. The fluctuation range provides data support for the use of DC power to evaluate the energy consumption of electric vehicles

Abstract: To evaluate the effects of altitude on common rail electronic-controlled diesel engine, an experiment was carried out on a test bench with the simulated altitude system. The results indicated that the emissions of CO and Soot increased, while the impact of altitude on NOx varied based on the specific loads and speed when altitude increased from 0m to 4000m. The increment rate of CO and Soot increased with altitude, and the impact of altitude was greater on CO and Soot than those of NOX. The average emissions of CO and Soot increased with altitude, while the average emission NOx first increased at 1000m then decreased with altitude. The average increasing rate of CO ,Soot and NOx was 14.5%~59.5%, 13.4%~25.6% , -5.6%~0.5% respectively.
