Abstract: The stability of loess subgrade is affected by many factors. Freeze-thaw cycles are a common factor that causes the strength of loess subgrades to be damaged. In order to study the influence of freezethaw cycles on the stability of loess subgrades, reveal the mechanism of freeze-thaw cycles on the strength of loess subgrades. It is necessary to sample the loess soil samples in this area, and perform compaction test, freeze-thaw cycle test, unconfined compression test and electron microscope scanning test on the soil sample to analyze the influence of freeze-thaw cycle on the strength and microstructure of loess soil. . In this way, the potential relationship between the microstructure and the strength of the soil can be obtained. The results found that the freeze-thaw cycle of loess led to a trend of first increase and then decrease in soil strength. The microstructure showed a trend of smaller soil particles and increased soil voids. The potential relationship between the microstructure and the strength of the soil was analyzed. It explains the conclusion that the strength of the soil first increases and then decreases.

Abstract: As the gold standard of protein detection, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is widely used in medical treatment and biology. Here, we report a digital ELISA method that combines fluorescence-coded magnetic beads with micropore arrays to effectively improve the accuracy of the detection. Fluorescence coded magnetic beads were used as solid support of ELISA, which were modified to specifically capture IL-6 in serum, and then combined with galactosidase to form a sandwich structure. These beads are then mixed with a fluorescent substrate and passed into a microfluidic chip. Under the action of gravity, the beads are trapped and isolated by an array of micropores in the chip. Combined with image recognition technology, the fluorescence intensity of micropores containing enzymes will increase rapidly. By mining image information, the IL-6 content in uremia patients can be detected with high precision.

Abstract: Taking loess as the research object, the influence of cement content on mechanical properties of loess was studied. Firstly, the basic physical parameters of loess were obtained through laboratory physical index test, and improved by using Portland cement. Secondly, under different incorporation ratios (3%, 5%, 7%, 9%), heavy compaction test and liquid-plastic limit test were carried out respectively to obtain mechanical parameters of cement-improved loess. Finally, the shear strength parameters and compressive strength of the improved soil samples are obtained by unconsolidation undrained triaxial shear test and unconfined compressive strength test. The results show that the liquid limit, plastic limit and plastic index of loess improved by adding cement increase compared with the original soil sample, indicating that the binding force between soil particles is improved and the plasticity is enhanced. The variation range of dry density and water content has no obvious relationship with the content of cement. At the same time, the compressibility of soil is reduced and the collapsibility of soil is eliminated. With the increase of age, the strength of cement-modified soil also increases. Through unconsolidated and undrained triaxial shear tests and unconfined compressive strength tests, the strength of loess improved significantly after adding cement, and the strength of soil-cement increased with the increase of cement content, and water stability was obviously improved.

Abstract: Water resources are important natural resources and play a key role in economic development and social life. China is one of the countries with the most serious water shortage in the world. In the next few decades, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources will always plague China. Increasing the use of unconventional water resources to mitigate the water crisis is necessary way to achieve a sustainable development. There has been no effective standard yet in China to evaluate the exploitation level and potential of unconventional water resources. This study describes the current status of the exploitation and aims at establishing an evaluation system incorporating the three relevant factors, namely, driving, restrictive, and risk factors respectively, and provides a theoretical basis for the management of unconventional water resources in China. In order to mine the relationship between data and evaluation indexes, the rough set theory is adopted to determine the weight and objectively reflect the importance of each evaluation index. On the basis of the evaluation system, relevant data from 2006 to 2017 in Beijing were selected, and the results show that the urgency of unconventional water resources development in Beijing was generally on the rise with a small fluctuation range.

Abstract: In this study, 3 haplotypes were found in populations of Phellodendron amurense based on two combined cpDNA regions (psbA-trnH and trnT-trnL). Nucleotide diversity and haplotype diversity were 0.43×10 -3 and 0.41, respectively at the level of species. The AMOVA revealed that only 8.53% of the variation was explained by differences among geographical groups, whereas inter-population and intrapopulation differences explained 18.32% and 71.35% of the variation, respectively. Phylogeographical relationships showed that all haplotypes were clustered into two lineages. Haplotype H1 and H2 cluster together, and Haplotype H3 composed a group. TCS network of haplotypes showed that haplotype H1 located in the center of the lineage, and it appears to be an ancestral haplotype. So we hypothesized that Northeast China populations and North China populations had a common origin. The mismatch distribution of this species suggested that all populations and populations in North China had not undergone recent expansion, but populations in Northeast China had undergone recent expansion. The results were consistent with the results of Tajima’s D and Fu’s and Li’s D test.
