Abstract: Taheri Consciousness Fields are non-material and non-energetic Fields with the ability to have reproducible effects in laboratory and experimental environments. Previous studies related to studying the effects of Faradarmani Consciousness Field (CF) on plant characteristics and animal disease models reveal that Faradarmani CF functions in optimizing the system under study. Significant effects of Faradarmani CF on bacterial and cellular population growth led us to investigate the effect of Faradarmani CF on viral titer. For this, we stratified various viruses into enveloped or non-enveloped as well as DNA and RNA types. This study aims to assess the influence of Faradarmani CF on four types of virus combinations using the TCID50 assay. We tested the effect of Faradarmani CF on pre-determined titers of selected viruses and found that Faradarmani CF changed the viral titers by 0.4 to 1.85 logs compared to the control group. As the results suggest, the physical structure of the viruses and their genome type have notable effects on their response to Faradarmani CF.

Abstract: Taheri Consciousness (T-Consciousness) was introduced and defined by Mohammad Ali Taheri as one of the constituent components of the Cosmos in addition to matter and energy, from which Taheri Consciousness Fields (TCFs) are derived. TCFs are not matter or energy, but they can be proven by scientific experiments. The effect of Faradarmani CF, as one of TCFs, was examined in this study. Telomerase is an important enzyme, which adds DNA sequence repeats to the ends of chromosomes, thus prevents from their shortening. Telomerase activity is associated with cell proliferation, organism growth, and aging. This study aimed to study proliferation, telomerase activity, and telomere length in the Faradarmani CF treated mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Human MSCs were isolated from bone marrow and the morphology, proliferation of cells, length of telomere, and activity of telomerase were evaluated in Faradarmani CF treatment and control groups. The results showed that Faradarmani CF significantly increased the proliferation, length of telomere, and activity of telomerase in hMSCs compared with the control group (p 〈 0.05). Considering the effects of Faradarmani on telomere length and telomerase activity, which are two important factors for cures of several age-related diseases, it is recommended that more experiments be performed in this regard to clarify the effect of TCFs on ageing.

Abstract: Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) is one of the most common causes of dementia, imposing large financial and psychological burdens on nations worldwide. Thus, we direly need new treatment strategies or drugs for this disease. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of a novel non-pharmacological method in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, based on employing Taheri Consciousness Fields. These fields function at the level of cellular and molecular processes. In this study, the effects of Faradarmani Consciousness Field (CF) on the AD mouse model (in vivo) and human neuron cell line in vitro were investigated. In this study, we established a human neuron cell culture as well as a traumatic brain injury (TBI) mouse model. We then measured changes in amyloidopathy, tau protein content, microtubule assembly, neuronal cell survival, and finally behavior of TBI mice in Elevated Plus Maze under treatment of the Faradarmani CF. According to the results, the treatment of human neural cells and a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease by the Faradarmani CF leads to complete survival of neural cell models and elimination of amyloidopathy and tau protein, and remarkable behavioral improvement of the treated TBI mice model in the elevated plus-maze. Based on the results, Faradarmani CF treatment suppresses AD development in laboratory models. In this regard, conducting a human clinical study with the aim of introducing a new global complementary and alternative medicine in AD treatment is highly recommended.

Abstract: The study of brain networks using analysis of electroencephalography (EEG) data based on statistical dependencies (functional connectivity) and mathematical graph theory concepts are common in neuroscience and cognitive sciences for examinations of patients and healthy individuals. Taheri Consciousness Fields and their applications in the optimization of the systems under study have been investigated in various studies. In this study, we examined the results of applying the Faradarmani Consciousness Field (CF) in the Faradarmangars’ brains (a certified and trained individual who has been entrusted with the TCFs). According to Taheri, the effects of Faradarmani CF are initiated through Faradarmangars’ minds. For this purpose, the functional and effective connectivity, and the corresponding brain graphs of EEG from the brains of a group of Faradarmangar are compared with that of non-Faradarmangar groups during Faradarmani CF Connection. According to the results, the brain of the Faradarmangars showed a significantly decreased activity in delta (BA8), beta2 (BA4/6/8/9/10/11/32/44/47), and beta3 (in 34 of 52 BA) frequency bands, mainly in the frontal lobe and after that in parietal and temporal lobes in comparison with the non-Faradarmangars. Moreover, the frontal network’s functional and effective connectivity analysis showed dominant multiple decreased connectivity, mainly in the case of the beta3 frequency band in all parts of the frontal network. On the other hand, the graph theory analysis of the Faradarmangar brain indicated an increase in the activity of the O2-T5-F4-F3-FP2-F8 areas and a significant decrease in the characteristic path length and increases in global efficiency, clustering coefficient and transitivity. In conclusion, the unique higher graph function efficiency and the reduction in the brain activity and connectivity during the Faradarmani CF mind mediation showed the human brain's passive and detector-like function in this task.

The effect of Faradarmani CF, as one TCFs, was examined in this study. Faradarmangar is a certified and trained individual who has been entrusted with the TCFs. Task fMRI has played a critical role in recognizing the specific functions of the different regions of the human brain during various cognitive activities. This study aimed to investigate the group analysis and functional connectivity in the Faradarmangars’ brains during Faradarmani CF (FCF) connection. Using task functional MRI (task-fMRI), we attempted the identification of different activated and deactivated brain regions during the TCFs connection. Clusters that showed significant differences in peak intensity between the task and rest groups were selected as seeds for seed-voxel analysis. Connectivity of group differences in functional connectivity analysis was determined following each activation and deactivation network. In this study, we report the fMRI-based representation of the FCF connection at the human brain level. The group analysis of the FCF connection task revealed activation of the frontal lobe (BA6/BA10/BA11). Moreover, seed-based functional connectivity analysis showed decreased connectivity within activated clusters and posterior Cingulate Gyrus (BA31). Moreover, we observed increased connectivity within deactivated clusters and the frontal lobe (BA11/BA47) during the FCF connection. Activation clusters, as well as the increased and decreased connectivity between different regions of the brain during the FCF connection, firstly, validates the significant effect of FCF and, secondly, indicates a distinctive pattern of connection with this non material and non-energetic field in the brain.

Abstract: The use of complementary and alternative medicine along with conventional methods of chemotherapy and radiation therapy, with the aim of cancer prevention and treatment, has been investigated and validated in various preclinical and clinical studies. Meanwhile, in contrast to the widespread use of medicinal plants and other complementary and alternative medicine methods in the preclinical trials with animal models of cancer, as an important step confirming the safe and effective use in humans, similar studies in the field of mind-body modalities are rarely examined. A new treatment method founded and introduced by Mohammad Ali Taheri provides a different type of consciousness (Taheri Consciousness Fields) that is neither matter nor energy. The effectiveness and capability of this new complementary and alternative medicine were examined in this study, and the effectiveness of one of Taheri Consciousness Fields (TCFs) named Faradarmani, was investigated in the 4T1 orthotopic breast cancer spontaneous metastasis Balb/c mouse model. According to the results, the Faradarmani CF treatment, during tumor progression, had a significant effect on inhibiting the growth of cancerous masses and preventing metastasis in the mice animal model under the study. Moreover, this treatment had a reproducible and significant positive effect on survival behavior and natural vital functions of the treated mice in comparison with the untreated control group.

Abstract: The study of biological enzymes with their unique properties, such as substrate interactions, conformational changes, and catalytic rates, is a key to basic and applied enzymology research. Among enzymes, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) has been widely used in studying the metabolism of biological systems. In this study, we measure changes in the activity and structure of horseradish peroxidase in both laboratory grade and isoforms extracted from the plant under the influence of Faradarmani Consciousness Field (FCF). Our objectives were first to test the effect of FCF on the structure and function of HRP and, secondly, to analyze whether or not changes in the maximum velocity and Michaelis constant were reproducible under the influence of FCF. We observed that the laboratory-grade HRP had a 5% decrease in maximum velocity and an 18% increase in Michaelis constant as a result of the FCF treatment when compared to the non-treated controls. On the other hand, the HRP extracted from the plant tissue showed a 6% and 40% increase in maximum velocity and Michaelis constant, respectively, under FCF. Additionally, changes in the fluorescence emission intensity spectrum suggest that both structural and functional changes in this enzyme result from the FCF treatment.

Abstract: According to Taheri, applying the Faradarmani Consciousness Field (FCF) can lead to the repair and improvement of any system that is placed under the influence of this T-Consciousness Field. Previously, a growth-inducing effect of the FCF on the MCF7 and 4T1 cancer cell lines was observed under in vitro and ex vivo environments respectively. The same cannot be said for in vivo experiment as FCF inhibited the growth of tumor in the body of the cancer mouse models. Overall, the results of previous studies confirmed that cancer cell survival and growth is affected by FCF. The present study aimed to evaluate the reproducibility of the observations in previous studies using in vitro cell cultures of fibroblast cell line under Faradarmani Consciousness Field (FCF) and SW480 cell line under two types of Taheri Consciousness Fields (TCFs). Cell cycle analysis showed that FCF led to a decrease in apoptosis and increase in proliferation of fibroblast cell line. This observation was in accordance with previous studies. Furthermore, according to the MTT assay results, both TCFs 1 and 2 increased survival in the SW480. Cell cycle analysis showed that TCF2 reduced cell survival and the proliferation rate of this cell line. In conclusion, TCFs affected death and survival of these cell lines. Further in vitro and in vivo studies are necessary to fully understand the precise mechanism of these non-material/non-energetic fields.

Abstract: In another study titled “Influence of Faradarmani Consciousness Field (CF) on Spatial Memory and Passive Avoidance Behavior of Scopolamine Model of Alzheimer Disease in Male Wistar Rats,” (Authors: Mohammad Ali Taheri, Sara Torabi, Noushin Nabavi, Farid Semsarha), we evaluated the influence of Faradarmani CF on scopolamine-induced memory impairments in male Wistar rats. The passive avoidance and Morris water maze (MWM) tests were conducted to evaluate memory function in scopolamine-induced rats. The results of passive avoidance and MWM tests showed a significant decrease in spatial memory and cognitive function in scopolamine groups, whereas Faradarmani CF improved scopolamine-induced cognitive impairment. In conclusion, this experiment suggests that Faradarmani CF, as a non-material/non-energetic Field, can be a safe and suitable way to treat or prevent learning and memory disorders. *Corresponding Author: Farid Semsarha Ph.D., Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics (IBB), University of Tehran, P.O. Abstract: The study of chemical structures, with the bio-molecular activity, that mimic the behavior of biological molecules has always been of interest to researchers in the field of early life as well as technology and industry. Among these compounds, a type of nanomaterial with enzyme-like activity, called Nanozyme, has comparable performance with endogenous cellular compounds and has great potential in replacing natural enzymes. Taheri Consciousness Fields, as novel Fields, was founded and introduced by Mohammad Ali Taheri, according to previous several studies. These Fields are neither matter nor energy, having a different nature from known physical fields. The TCFs are capable of influencing the matter and energy of the studied system in order to make it more functional and efficient. These Fields are neither matter nor energy, therefore cannot be measured directly. But it is possible to study their effects on objects through controlled experiments. In this study, we investigate the effects of a type of Taheri Consciousness Field 1 (TCF1) on the physicochemical structure and function of the gold Nano-chemical models. Using electron microscopy as well as dynamic light scattering and kinetic assays, we observed significant changes in the nanoparticle particle size distribution (about 20%) and its kinetic constants (about 4%) under the influence of the TCF1. The results of this study confirmed a reproducible effect of TCF1 on the gold Nanozyme behaviors. We suggest that the effect of TCFs on various biomimetic molecules should be investigated to further understand the mechanism of TCFs.
