Abstract:
This paper offers thought-provoking reflections on the role of books in the promotion of psychological well-being. It reflects on the importance of such literature, but also draws our attention to the need to clarify ways of understanding how clients themselves produce narratives, and how they can be facilitated in a process of ‘re-storying’ themselves.
