    Abstract: The existence and development of students are challenged by severe employment forms, diversified value orientations, complicated interest relations and increasingly fierce social competition. Students have various problems in study, interpersonal communication and environment. Therefore, the strengthening of students’ cultural quality education should be more important in the reform of higher education. People attach great importance to the education idea of strengthening the education of humane accomplishment and cultivating the sound personality of college students. To a great extent, strengthening the education of humanistic quality will overcome the lack of humanistic spirit caused by specialized education and make college students have scientific quality, humanistic spirit, professional knowledge and a sound personality. This will be a reliable guarantee for our country to move towards modern civilization in a real sense.

    Abstract: Behavior contract is the agreement of the relationship between the completion of specific behavior and the acquisition and distribution of specific rewards. This method can be used in education for a variety of behavior changes, such as to improve individual learning habits, academic performance, weight control, daily habits and so on. It is also conducive to the improvement of individual self-management ability. In the implementation of the behavior contract, the educator and the educated must respect each other and agree on the relevant content through the form of consultation. This helps them to enhance the self-binding behavior of the parties and make them more willing to comply with the terms of the contract. Whether to make the contract public or not, educators should handle it carefully according to the personality characteristics of the parties and the characteristics of the acts in the contract. Educators also need to obtain the consent of the parties before making public the deed of conduct.

    Abstract: Taishan Opera is an important part of Taishan culture and the spiritual wealth of Qilu culture. The study of Taishan Opera language is an important supplement to the study of Chinese history, especially modern Chinese. It is a valuable resource for the study of Tai’an dialects and an important part of sociolinguistics and cultural linguistics. From the perspective of linguistics, this paper describes and explains the dialect, rhyme, dialect words, colloquial words and grammatical features of Taishan Opera by summarizing the local features and evolution track of Taishan Opera language. These studies contribute to the inheritance and development of Taishan Opera, the inheritance of Taishan culture and Qilu culture. Based on an analysis of the relationship between dialect and Putonghua embodied in Taishan Opera and the evolution of Tai’an dialect, this paper demonstrates and summarizes the local characteristics of the language of Taishan Opera to promote and realize the protection and renewal of the contemporary Taishan Opera language ecology.

    Abstract: Self-efficacy is an important factor that affects the realization of students’ potential. Self-efficacy affects students’ behavior choice and persistence, students’ effort and attitude in face of difficulties and students’ mode of thinking and emotional response. Self-efficacy is one of the predictive factors that affect whether students can achieve the corresponding expected results or not. It affects the final result by affecting students’ motivation, emotion, thinking and behavior. This paper mainly discusses the role of students’ self-efficacy and its influencing factors in the process of education and teaching, as well as effective strategies to enhance students’ self-efficacy in the process of teaching.

    Abstract: The agricultural cultural heritage is helpful to promote the inheritance and development of outstanding agricultural culture, promoting the construction of ecological civilization and the revitalization of rural culture. The cultural value of Shandong agricultural cultural heritage lies in excavating and inheriting Qilu culture. To protect and inherit the agricultural cultural heritage of Shandong can effectively stimulate the power of rural culture revitalization. The agricultural cultural heritage expresses the rural people’s love for the countryside, their high sense of identity and strong sense of belonging to the rural culture. Based on constructivism and communicative approach, the BOPPPS teaching model is a closed-loop teaching process model which emphasizes students’ participation and feedback. The BOPPPS teaching model is helpful to realize effective teaching of teacher education courses. The application of the BOPPPS teaching method in the teacher education curriculum is helpful to deepen the theoretical teaching and consolidate the theoretical knowledge of education and teaching.

    Abstract: The realistic factors and the state’s high attention to the humanistic education of contemporary students have become a strong motive force for us to actively build the platform of humanistic education on the campus of contemporary colleges. The teachers have done some of the ability of college students humanistic literacy education. One of the main aims of higher education is to educate students’ humanistic quality, improving their cultural quality and cultivating their sound personality. In college education, we can tap the potential of rich cultural implication by language teaching, widening communication channels in the construction of home page of campus network and permeating humanistic literacy education with Chinese and foreign literary classics to cultivate the humanistic quality of college students. So that the college students have both scientific literacy and rich humanistic spirit. Through the university education, we make the beneficial attempt to carry on the humanities literacy education by the humanities literacy education platform construction and so on. Strengthening the cultural liberal education of university students is an important measure to deepen the teaching reform further and improve the quality of university education.
