Abstract: A study was conducted to evaluate the genetic variation in bitter ground to using SNP (single-nucleotide polymorphism) markers. Thirty -five primers showing reliable polymorphism were used .This paper mainly applies the molecular directive from the self-absorbed population of F6 of Cho Moi/Ben Tre. The Polymorphism on two SNP directives, TP1386 and TP 1877 with Bitter gourd on LG1. A wide variation was observed for morphological traits like the number of days to the first male flower anthesis (29.33–33.67), first female flower anthesis (30.5–38.6), fruit length (19.00–22.80 cm), fruit diameter (12.20–19.60 cm), and yield per plant (933.8–1147.9 g).According to the GGT map, it is easier to determine the genetic pattern of hybrids in the population compared to the genome of the parents in the F6 generation of the Cho Moi/Ben Tre . With 34 SNPs (single-nucleotide polymorphism) molecules directives on LG1, the genetic distance from 0-112. cM. The selected lines carried a superior homogeneity to the parent on the LG1. The result is 7 lines with F7 with 100% genes for hight yield the same with the father variety ( Ben Tre ), carrying hight yield. The seven lines selected are: 1(F2-2-1-7-1); 2(F2-8-17-2-2); 5(F2 -5-3-1-5); 7(F2-25-15-8-7); 10(F2-54-4-1-10; 35(F2-10-6-5-35); 36(F2-5-2-7-36). However, after evaluating F7 lines and comparing phenotypes and genotypes, there were only two lines: 2(F2-8-17-2-2); 7(F2-25-15-8-7)good appty for breeding and hight yield . Named line 7(F2-25-15-8-7) was designated HATRI 07KQ . DNA Sequence of HATRI 07KQ were submitted to GenBank .

Abstract: The new advances are applied to production, especially by the method of marker-assisted selection (MAS) in collaboration with by improved method are made to the same breeder together many desirable genes from Yuanza 9102 / ICG 12625. From the crossed Yuanza 9102 / ICG 12625 give selected one line order named HATRI 13 ĐP .The time has grown HATRI 13ĐP (95-100 days ). Height plants from 60-65 cm and compared to parents . Genotype HATRI 13ĐP exhibited significantly the highest pod number (78.0/plant), Hence, these traits can be selected to improve the yield potential of pole-type peanut genotypes. Weigt of 100 seeds reached 42. 1 g compared with their parents (Yuanza 9102 =40.9 g ; ICG 12625 =36.8 g) . Grain quality with red color grain protein and total fat. Productivity of HATRI 13 ĐP has great potential in the winter-spring season, but often for low productivity in the summer, The yield 4.2 tonnes/ha of winter-spring season and 3.5 ton/ha in Wet season. This is just like having wide adaptability, stable yield, should it be production in the Mekong delta ( An Giang, Can tho and Tra Vinh).

Abstract: The present study aimed to determine the effect of different organic and inorganic source of fertilizers on growth and performance of rice. The experiment was conducted at locations: Chau Phu A Giang province with two varieties of improved rice with HATRI 10 and HATRI 475. Each experiment has seven treatments. Treatments included a combination of organic and inorganic nutrients at seven rates (F1: 80-40-40+ organic manures 10 t ha-1; F2: 60-40-40+ organic manures 10 t ha-1; F3: 40+40+40+ organic manures 10 t ha-1; F4: 20-40-40+ organic manures 10 t ha-1. F5: only organic manures 12 t ha-1; F6: control no dose of NPK; F7: farmers used: 120-40-60+ organic manures 12 t ha-1). The experiment is arranged on the farmer's field, a split-plot in a randomized complete block design with three replications. Treatments produced significant results for plant height. Panicle length and grain yield but thousands of grains weight was not significant. Result showed that application of half of recommended 60-40-40 + organic manures 10 t ha-1 produced significantly higher value for grain yield and good for quality improve variety.

Abstract: Combining ability analysis provides useful information for the selection of parents, in the breeding program of cucumber at Can tho, VietNam, as well as information related to the nature and extent of the gene activities involved. Cucumberimprovement involves strategies to enhance yieldpotential and quality of cucumber. Targeting the improvement of new varieties for breeding in cucumber plants, combining abilities and genetic parameters for 12 traits estimated from the full diallel analysis technique 8×8. The results showed that the differences due to general combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) capabilities are significant for most of these important traits. It indicates the importance of both plus- and non-plus gene activity. GCA variances are more intense than SCA variances for all hybrid materials studied showing the advantages of linear effects in their genetics. P1 (PhungTuong) appears as the best general combination for early flowers; P3 (MaLai) has a high primary branch number; P3(MaLai);P4 (TL 00L);P5(TayNinh) P6( BinhPhu) and P7(TQ) have the best combining ability for use in the breeding program to improve the number of fruits per plant. P4 (TL 00L) gives the length of the fruits. The SCA effect as well as the reciprocal effect also have implications for most important combinations in different hybrid combinations such as: the crossing P1xP6, P2xP3, P2xP4,P2xP5 and P2xP7for fruit weight/plant. The length of the fruit forP1x P6 and P2 x P7,these selected crossing were associated with the agronomic performance of cucumber varieties in future.

Abstract: The areca nut palm (Areca catechu L., Arecaceae family) is an economically important palm species in the World providing livelihood options to millions of farmers. The objectives of this study were to extract from areca nut to determine the The phenolic content (TPC) , The flavonoid content (TFC) and Anthocyanin content (TAC) content of 8 samples areca nut in the Mekong Delta .TPC of different sample differed significantly (p 〈 0.05). The TPC measured in areca nut was significantly higher ( 135.78-162.27 mg). There were significant differences in the flavonoid content in areca nut (p 〈 0.05). The Anthocyanin contents in areca nut were in the range of ( 23.55-35.55mg). The contents of TFC of different arecanut palm sites were significantly different (p 〈 0.05) The TFC measured was significantly higher (365.71–495.12mg) . The trend of flavonoid content of different sites was similar to that of total phenolic content .Alkaloid levels in 8 Areca Nut at difference sites analysis .The content associated Alkaloid in eight varieties with different genotypes such as Guvacine ,arecoline , Arecaidine and arecoline in hoblies in different districts of Mekong were compared. The DPPH radical-scavenging rate significantly varied in different sites (34.6 to 66.9% p 〈 0.05). According to the differences of functional substances among varieties, it can provide guidance for consumers and theoretical basis for the production of healthy food.
