Falsche Gleichgewichte der Druckeinstellung werden vermieden, wenn die Osmometermembran sehr durchgängig, die Einstellzeit klein und die Kapillarität des Steigrohes an allen Stellen und über die Zeit der Versuchsdauer konstant ist. Die annähernde Erfüllung dieser Bedingungen und die eigentliche Meßtechnik werden beschrieben.
