Abstract:
Remarkably enhanced resonant microwave transmissions have been found to take place in Fe 78 Si 10 B 12 and Fe 4.7 Co 70.3 Si 10 B 15 metal-metalloid foils corresponding to the FMR absorption at room temperature. The resonant transmission which takes place in the non-magnetostrictive Fe 4.7 Co 70.3 Si 10 B 15 foil suggests that the magnetoelastic coupling is not necessarily responsible for the resonant transmission, contrary to previous reports.
