Abstract:
The propagation characteristics of leaky surface wave on Li 2 B 4 O 7 substrate were theoretically calculated for all cuts and propagation directions by changing Euler's angle. The theoretical contour maps for phase velocity, electromechanical coupling constant (K 2 ), temperature coefficient of delay (TCD), propagation loss, and power flow angle (PFA) are displayed. Cuts with good propagation characteristics were theoretically discovered using leaky surface wave.
