Abstract:
Moving average can be used to improve the signal‐to‐noise ratio of NMR kinetic studies. The method was tested on simulated spectra with time‐dependent intensities or peak positions. It was then applied to a series of in vivo spectra, showing the pharmacological effect of heptaminol on the intracellular pH of perfused hearts. © 1990 Academic Press, Inc.
