Abstract:
ABSTRACT Hemodynamic alterations during eye surgery usually consist of sinus bradycardia and hypotension provoked by the oculocardiac reflex. We report a case in which severe sinus bradycardia occurring immediately after the end of surgery was complicated by second-degree atrioventricular block, hypotension, and symptomatic myocardial ischemia.
