Abstract: This paper will systematically study the different shapes of steels corrosion rate under different corrosion environments through accelerated corrosion test of orthogonal experiment and the corresponding physical tests and electrochemical detection methods. The experimental results show that the corrosion resistance of the deformed bar is poorer than the plain round bar. In the same corrosive environment, its tensile strength, yield strength and elongation decline are more significantly than the round steel, and the change of the elongation is more obvious. Experimental results also show that in the environment which is absence of chloride ion, reinforced is basically with uniform corrosion in previous time, late stage for the development of local corrosion, the mechanics performance index is also present a corresponding positive correlation with the corrosion situation. But the uneven corrosion condition appears at the previous period when it is in the chlorine ion environment. In this condition, the mechanical performance and corrosion situation is no longer in linear relationship, but the trend of rapidly decline. Results of weightlessness rate test confirm that the correlation of degree of corrosion and the mechanical properties.

Abstract: Polyamide 6/Poly(lactic acid) (PA6/PLA) blends introduce the degradability of PLA to high performance PA6, but the bad toughness of both PA6 and PLA limits the application of blends. Aiming at this deficiency, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) was used as an additive for modifying the toughness of PA6/PLA blends. PA6/PLA/TPU blends at various compositions were prepared by melt blending, the effects of blend compositions on the morphology, thermal and mechanical properties of blends were investigated. The results showed that the addition of TPU improves the compatibilization between PA6 and PLA and makes the blends show more obvious plastic fracture behavior than PA6/PLA.When the content of PLA in PA6/PLA increases, the impact and tensile strength of blends decrease slightly with the intense decrease of the elongation at break, adding TPU into PA6/PLA blends strengthens the toughness of blends, but the tensile strength of blends decreases. Moreover, the crystallinity of PA6 /PLA blend is hampered by TPU.

Abstract: A novel technology is explored, using which an aligned array carbon nanotube film (aacf) can be perfectly peeled off from itself growing substrate as well as transferred onto an aluminum tape substrate, being assembled a composite film together with the Al tape. The electrical conductance and the field emission behaviors have been tested for the composite films. Experimental results show that the composite film has electrical resistance between 10 ohm and 1127 ohm, which depends on thickness and quality of the sticky glue layer between the carbon nanotub (cnt) film and the Al substrate. F-N curve proves the electronic emission of the composite film is field emission. I-V measurement curves demonstrate that the composite film with good electrical conductance has better field emission behavior and that the turn-on field and threshold field of sample 1 are 1.1 V/um and 1.8 V/um respectively. The technology datum show the composite film can meet the requirements of the emission cathode in flat panel displays.

Abstract: A fault location method based on correlation coefficient was proposed in the paper for the distribution system with distributed generation (DG). At first, by acquiring the Thevenin equivalent parameters of each DG to establish simulation model of the actual distribution network. Then voltage sag feature vectors of each bus would be obtained by simulating short-circuit fault at the location of each bus, respectively. Afterwards, by calculating and analyzing the correlation coefficient between each bus and the actual fault node,, suspicious fault sections can be determined. Finally, the fault section was identified by utilizing the associated node of every suspicious fault section .The method could reduce the fault search range obviously, without a massive requirement of measuring devices, and the required data can be obtained easily. Simulation results of a 10kV distribution network with DG showed that the proposed method was accuracy and effective.

Abstract: The access of distributed generators makes distribution network change into a multi-source network with two-way flowing trend and so accurate fault location is becoming more complicated. This paper proposes a new method which applies an artificial bee colony algorithm (ABC) for fault location of distribution network with distributed generators. To reveal the validity of the ABC algorithm, sample distribution systems are examined with different test cases, which includes single fault, multiple fault, information distortion and loss. The outcomes verify that utilizing artificial bee colony algorithm to solving the fault location problem of distribution network including distributed generators has good fault tolerance and stability. Besides, the algorithm possesses a competitive advantage of simple parameters setting.

Abstract: To the technical difficulties of slow ROP and low drilling efficiency in Silurian formation of Yumen Oilfield. After investigating on the ROP improvement technologies of domestic and abroad similar formation's characteristics, proposing a drilling test program of torsion and percussion in Silurian formation of Well Yashen 1. The test well section is 3753.00~4108.05m, the accumulative footage of TorkBuster is 355.05m, the actually drilling time is 208.35h, the average ROP is 1.70m/h. Compared with the offset well, the average ROP is up to 110%.The test results are shown that: TorkBuster eliminates the "stick-slip" phenomenon effectively when the bit cutting the formation, ensures the PDC bit continue to cut the formation effectively, cuts down the drilling cycle and saves the drilling cost. It provides a new guiding ideology to increase ROP in Cretaceous formation of Yumen Oilfield.

Abstract: The nanosized water-soluble Oa-POSS particles were added into the PDMAEMA hydrogels by in situ radical polymerization. The gels still show obvious temperature and pH double responsiveness. The swelling behavior including swelling ratio and swelling/deswelling rate is determined by the content of added Oa-POSS. With the increase of Oa-POSS, the swelling ratio decreases slightly, while the swelling rate and deswelling rate increases significantly, which is conducive to the application of this kind of gels.

Abstract: The contact and slide under high pressure between casing and tool joint leads to wear of the casing inner surface in cemented well. The reduced collapse and burst strength of worn casing threats to the safety of oil and gas well. In order to calculate the wear depth and residual strength of the casing wear, the wear efficiency and friction coefficient is measured in the different wear time, the contact force and the rotating speed. The wear efficiency is in proportion to the contact force and the rotating speed. The wear efficiency of P110 casing change from 2 to 4×10 -13 1/Pa. Friction coefficient reaches maximum value under certain contact force and rotating speed. The rotating speed has less influence on the wear mechanism of casing, while the contact force play a greater influence on the wear mechanism.

Abstract: Deposition of Pd on the surface of zero-valent iron (Pd/Fe) further enhances the ability of the metal to reductively dechlorinate organic contaminants. This work determined the dechlorination of chlorobenzene in water by Pd/Fe and evaluated the effects of Pd loading in Fe, Pd/Fe dosage, solution pH and temperature on the reaction. Pseudo-first-order rate constants were obtained to analyze the reaction kinetics. Chlorobenzene was nearly completely dechlorinated within 60 min by Pd/Fe at room temperature. Benzene was the end product of the reaction, along with the release of chloride into water. The rate constant of chlorobenzene dechlorination increased with increasing Pd loading in Fe and Pd/Fe dosage within the tested ranges of 0.005 - 0.020% and 2.0 - 6.0 g/75 mL, respectively. The rate constant increased with decreasing solution pH over the tested pH range of 4.5 - 6.5, indicating the role of protons in dechlorination. The reaction was considered to occur primarily on the surface of Pd where protons were reduced to hydrogen species and chlorobenzene was subsequently dechlorinated by the hydrogen species. The rate of chlorobenzene dechlorination increased with increasing temperature. The estimated activation energy of the reaction was 47.94 kJ/mol within the temperature range of 15 - 40°C, indicating that the dechlorination of chlorobenzene by Pd/Fe readily occurs at room temperature. Pd/Fe may be a potential reductant for effective removal of chlorinated organic contaminants from water.
