Kurzfassung: Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the extraction process of quercetin from pear meal and to investigate its antioxidant capacity. The solvent ratio, ultrasonic power and extraction time were taken as independent variables, and the percentage of quercetin was taken as dependent variable. Through multiple linear regression and binomial fitting of each level of independent variable, the better extraction process was selected by response surface methodology and predicted and analyzed. The antioxidant activity of quercetin was evaluated by scavenging 1.1-diphenylpicrylphenylhydrazine free radical (DPPH.) and reducing ability of iron ions (FRAP). The optimum extraction process was obtained as follows: the ratio of liquid to material was 35 mL/g, the ultrasonic power was 550 W, and the extraction time was 30 min. The content of quercetin was 1.585%. Quercetin in avocado meal has strong DPPH scavenging and iron ion reduction ability. When the concentration is 30 mg/mL, DPPH scavenging rate reaches 70%, and iron ion reduction ability almost equals 6 mmol/L FeSO4 concentration, and has a dose-effect relationship.

Kurzfassung: We present here, the design and synthesis of a phenylbutyric acid-magnolol-coumarin conjugates (5). Compound 5 is a multifunctional molecule composed of magnolol, coumarin, phenylbutyric acid as model active drugs via ester. Upon entering tumor cells, ester bond cleavage occurs as well as active drug magnolol, coumarin and phenylbutyric acid release to attack cancer cells. In vitro anti-proliferation experiments showed that the inhibitory activity of compound 5 against HepG2, MCF-7, A431 and A549 cells was significantly higher than that of its single parent compound. Moreover, compound 5 had a long-term effect. Due to fluorescence of compound 5, it can serve as a fluorescence imaging agent and its uptake can be monitored. Compound 5 may provide a reference for the design of new derivatives of magnolol.

Kurzfassung: To replace the globin with blood globulin powder made from pig blood, to explore the enzymatic hydrolysis effect of different components of Bacillus licheniformis on globinase, and provide evidence for further development and utilization of pig blood. Orthogonal test was carried out by using different reaction temperature, substrate concentration, reaction time and pH value. The enzymatic hydrolysis conditions were optimized, and the optimum conditions were determined by enzymatic hydrolysis. The components of the strain were determined by one-way experiment. Through this experiment, it was found that the five stages after the separation and purification of the protease from Bacillus licheniformis passed through the ultrafiltration membrane, and the component of 50-100 nm has the best enzymatic hydrolysis effect with globin. The 50-100 nm segmentation of Bacillus licheniformis by ultrafiltration separation has the best globin enzymatic hydrolysis effect. It can be screened for deep processing of pig blood, which has great application prospects for pig blood processing and environmental protection in China.
