    Abstract: This research investigates the role of experience in relation to personal religion beliefs teachers and implementation in basic biology learning. The study adopted a social-cultural constructivist perspective using an interpretive approach. The research was guided by teachers’ interpretations of their experiences related to basic biology learning. These interpretations are re-interpreted to find meaningful conceptual categories (grounded in the data) from which to build a model to understand the influence of experiences within socio-Islamic culture on teachers’ beliefs and implementation in basic biology learning. Data was collected from five teachers using interviews and observations. The findings of this study suggest that it was mainly teachers’ personal religious beliefs and experiences that shaped their beliefs and implementation in basic biology learning. The research also led to a model, constructed on the basis of the data analysis, which suggests an explanation of how teachers’ personal religious beliefs and experiences influence their beliefs and implementation in basic biology learning.

    Abstract: This study aimes to describe the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the device learning inquiry models that are integrated with the concept maps strategy in an effort to improve aspects of knowledge and science process skills of students SMAN 1 North Sangatta on titration acid base topic. Learning materials developed include: lesson plans, student worksheet, student book, and achievement test. This  design research is developmented research using Dick & Carey with the tryout of the teaching materials used one group pre test and post test design. The analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative descriptive. the results showed that (1) validation leson plans quite well category, student worksheet , and student book good enough  category, item test is generally valid, and legibility of student book 76% responded positively legibility, student worksheet 82% responded positively (2) lesson plans category quite well, student activities categorized well, and constraints experienced during the study include: the implementation of the Teaching and learning Activities require a long time, there are students who break the tool and less active at the meeting to two, (3) student response categorized excellent learning, mastery of the knowledge aspect of 89.47%, completeness aspect of science process skills 86.84%. Students experiencing learning outcome aspects of knowledge 84,21% higher category. Based on the result of the development of chemistry learning package main material acid base titration using the inquiry model integrated with concept maps strategy produced was feasible so it can be used in learning to improve student learning outcomes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran model pembelajaran inkuiri yang diintegrasikan dengan strategi peta konsep dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan, dan aspek keterampilan proses sains siswa SMAN 1 Sangatta Utara pada materi pokok titrasi asam basa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  desain perangkat pembelajaran. Perangkat pembelajaran yang didesainkan, meliputi:  RPP, LKS, BAS, danTHB, dengan menggunakan model desain perangkat Dick & Carey serta rancangan uji coba perangkat yang digunakan adalah One  Group Pre-test  and Post-test Design. Teknik analisis yang dikembangkan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) validasi RPP berkategori sangat baik, validasi LKS dan BAS berkategori baik, serta validasi soal tes berkategori valid, keterbacaan BAS 82% merespon positif dan keterbacaan LKS 76% merespon positif (2) Keterlaksanaan  RPP berkategori sangat baik, aktivitas siswa berkategori sangat baik, kendala-kendala yang dialami pada saat penelitian, meliputi: pelaksanaan KBM memerlukan waktu yang lama, ada siswa yang memecahkan alat, dan kurang aktif dalam praktek pada pertemuan ke dua (3) respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran  berkategori sangat baik, ketuntasan aspek pengetahuan 89,47% dan ketuntasan aspek keterampilan proses sains 86,84%. Siswa mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan 84,21% berkategori tinggi, dan 15,79% berkategori sedang, sedangkan untuk aspek keterampilan proses sains 42,11% berkategori tinggi dan 57,89% berkategori sedang. Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran kimia materi pokok titrasi asam basa menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri yang diintegrasikan dengan strategi peta konsep layak dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

    Abstract: Language is a tool to express an opinion or statement that will be conveyed to others. There are two types in language media, namely oral language and written language. One work that uses written language as a communication medium is a magazine. To write a magazine, you must use a language structure that is good and right or in accordance with the rules of language. But often times in a magazine there are still many mistakes, for example, in the 2018 edition of Pandawa magazine, there are errors in language spelling and at the syntactic level. Types of language errors at the spelling level include errors in letter usage, word writing, use of punctuation, and combination spelling. Types of language errors at the syntactic level include, discourse, sentences, clauses, and phrases. This study aims to describe language errors, especially at the spelling level and at the syntactic level. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research, which describes the object of language errors in the 2018 edition of the Pandawa IAIN magazine. The techniques of data collection and data analysis are (1) collecting language errors, (2) identifying errors based on linguistic level (syntax, phonology, morphology, and spelling), (3) ranking errors, i.e. sorting errors based on the number of errors, (4) explaining conditions, explaining what is wrong, the cause of errors, and how to correct errors, (5) predicting linguistic level that is prone to errors, (6) correcting errors, namely correcting errors, finding the right way to reduce or eliminate these errors. The results of this study, namely errors in the spelling level in the Pandawa IAIN Surakarta magazine, there are capital letters writing errors, italics, punctuation marks, and hyphens; errors at the syntactic level in the Pandawa IAIN Surakarta magazine, there are mistakes in phrases, and sentences. Bahasa merupakan suatu alat untuk mengungkapkan sebuah pendapat atau pernyataan yang akan disampaikan kepada orang lain. Ada dua jenis dalam media bahasa, yaitu bahasa lisan dan bahasa tulis. Salah satu karya yang menggunakan bahasa tulis sebagai media komunikasi, yaitu majalah. Untuk menulis sebuah majalah, harus menggunakan tatanan bahasa yang baik dan benar atau sesuai dengan kaidah kebahasaan. Namun sering kali penulisan dalam sebuah majalah masih terdapat banyak kesalahan, misalnya terjadi dalam majalah Pandawa edisi 2018 yang terdapat kesalahan berbahasa dalam tataran ejaan dan sintaksis. Jenis kesalahan bahasa pada tataran ejaan meliputi kesalahan dalam pemakaian huruf, penulisan kata, pemakaian tanda baca, dan ejaan kombinasi. Pada jenis tataran sintaksis, yaitu meliputi wacana, kalimat, klausa, dan frase. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan-kesalahan berbahasa, khususnya dalam tataran ejaan dan sintaksis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis, yaitu mendeskripsikan objek tentang kesalahan berbahasa dalam majalah Pandawa IAIN Surakarta edisi 2018. Teknik pengumpulan data dan analisis data, yaitu (1) mengumpulkan data kesalahan berbahasa, (2) mengidentifikasi kesalahan berdasarkan pada tataran kebahasaan (sintaksis, fonologi, morfologi, dan ejaan), (3) memeringkat kesalahan, yaitu mengurutkan kesalahan berdasarkan banyaknya kesalahan, (4) menjelaskan keadaan, yaitu menjelaskan apa yang salah, penyebab kesalahan, dan bagaimana perbaikan kesalahan,(5) memprediksi tataran kebahasaan yang rawan akan terjadinya kesalahan, (6) mengoreksi kesalahan, yaitu memperbaiki kesalahan, mencari cara yang tepat untuk mengurangi ataupun menghilangkan kesalahan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu kesalahan pada tataran ejaan dalam majalah Pandawa IAIN Surakarta, terdapat kesalahan penulisan huruf kapital, kata yang dicetak miring, tanda baca, dan tanda hubung; kesalahan pada tataran sintaksis dalam majalah Pandawa IAIN Surakarta, terdapat kesalahan frasa, dan kalimat.

    Abstract: This study aims to determine the ability of solving mathematical problems of junior high school students in Kabupatan West Bandung with indicators of students' mathematical problem solving abilities that are used to identify known elements, questioned and adequacy of elements, selecting and implementing strategies to solve mathematical problems, interpret the results according to the initial problem , making a mathematical model of a situation or everyday problem, using mathematics meaningfully. This research was conducted to 31 students in one of Junior High School in Ngamprah Village, West Bandung Regency using qualitative descriptive method. Instruments used in the form of 5 items about students' mathematical problem solving abilities on the material quadrilateral and triangle with interviews to students. The conclusion of this research is the ability of mathematical problem solving of junior high school students in Ngamprah Village is still low.

    Abstract: Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pemahaman konsep siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran VAK. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 1 Padangan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kelas VIII E sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas VIII F sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran VAK terhadap pemahaman konsep mendapat nilai signifikansi 0,0000,05 dengan rumus –thitungttabelthitung (-14,0821,99914,082) H0 ditolak dan  pemahaman konsep siswa setelah diterapkan model VAK rata-rata persentase kelas eksperimen sebesar 77,50% sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 55,22%.

    Abstract: Background: The understanding of 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, and Rajin) is still low among the people. This is due to the lack of early education on the 5R concept. MONOLIER (Monopoly 5R) is an inovation of learning medium that teaches students to play and learn about 5R through monopoly games. Purpose: The purpose of this researcch was to study the effect of 5R education using games “MONOLIER” to the students knowledge of 5R. Method: This was experimental study using pre-post test method. The implementation technique is the authors interact with the respondents through education material about 5R for a month in four times. Then for indicator of success of educational program using pre and post test problem which processed by wilxocon test. Population were all 4th grade students of SD N 1 Kemiri, Kebakkramat, Karanganyar as well as a sample of 37 students. This research was conducted at SDN N 1 Kemiri Kebakkramat Karanganyar Regency with the time of May 2018. The variables in this study include the level of student knowledge about 5R before and after given 5R material. Result: The result showed that there was significantly improvement of the student kowledge of 5R after education with p value 0,000 (p 〈 0,005. Conclusion:  The education of 5R by using MONOLIER game was effectively improve the student knowledge of 5R.

    Abstract: The traditional procedure of classification of blood cells using a microscope in the laboratory of hematology to obtain information types of blood cells. It has become a cornerstone in the laboratory of hematology to diagnose and monitor hematologic disorders. However, the manual procedure through a series of labory test can take a while. Thresfore, this research can be helpful in the early stages of the classification of white blood cells automatically in the medical field.Efforts to overcome the length of time and for the purposes of early diagnose can use the image processing technique based on morphology of blood cells. This research aims to classify the white blood cells based on cell morphology with the k-nearest neighbor (knn). Image processing algorithms used hough circle, thresholding, feature extraction, then to the process of classification was used the method of k-nearest neighbor (knn).In the process of testing used 100 images to be aware of its kind. The test results showed segmentation accuracy of 78% and testing the classification of 64%.

    Abstract: 〈 em 〉 Premature infants had been experience of pain in neonatal ward that occur each day during treatment. Nurse need to do an intervention for reduce the scale of pain on premature infants. Pain management have to do at birth because of the repeated painful procedures in early life can affect the development of central nerve system permanently. The objective of this study was to describe the application of Kolcaba Comfort’s theory through facilitated tucking accompanied with ‘being with-talking to’ techniques in premature’s infant at high risk infant care. The method that used was case study by applying the four contexts of comfort’s experience associated with the three types of comfort based on Kolcaba Comfort’s theory in providing nursing care on five premature infants who have some painful procedures. The nursing intervention through facilitated tucking accompanied by ‘being with-talking to’ based on the principles of Kolcaba Comfort’s theory gave a positive result against premature infants’s comfort level. Four from five premature infants are in the level of transcendence which is a type of supreme comfort after the ease and relief. Kolcaba Comfort’s theory can be applied within the scope of neonatal care due in accordance with the developmental care of the infants and could reduce the scale of pain. 〈 /em 〉

    Abstract: Proton radiography is a key diagnostics to measure and image the electric/magnetic field in laser-produced plasmas. A thin solid target is irradiated with an intense laser pulse to produce a proton beam. The accelerated proton can achieve higher energy with thinner target. In order to produce an extremely thin target, we have developed a large-area suspended graphene as a laser target for energetic ion sources. We describe the manufacturing process of the suspended graphene, and show the results of quality evaluations.
