    Abstract: Zirconium diboride (ZrB 2 ) powders with no impurities were prepared using zirconium oxide (ZrO 2 ), boron carbide (B 4 C) and carbon black as raw material by carbon thermal reduction. The phase composition of ZrB 2 powders was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the micro-morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The effects of B4C content, calcination temperature and holding time were studied on the formation of ZrB2 powders. The results indicated that ZrB 2 powders could be successfully synthesized while holding for 1.5 h at 1600 °C in Ar atmosphere. When the content of B 4 C was 17.7 wt% , there existed the crystal phase of ZrB 2 only. The impurities could be easily led in with the increase of content of B 4 C. ZrB 2 powders with the size from 1-5 μm could be obtained eventually and the particle size grew obviously with increase of the holding time.

    Abstract: TiO 2 , B 2 O 3 , H 3 BO 3 , B 4 C and carbon black were used as the raw materials to prepare TiB 2 powders by carbothermal reduction method. The influence of different content of carbon black (13.6~14.8 wt%) on products was discussed. The effects of different boron sources and holding time (10~50 min) on the microstructure of TiB 2 powders were also investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to study the phase composition and structural evolution of the powder. The final results showed that hexagonal TiB 2 crystal grain could be successfully synthesized without impurities when heated at 1700°C for 30 min in Ar atmosphere with the addition of 14.1 wt% carbon black. Submicrometric TiB 2 powders range from 0.5 to 1.0 μm could be obtained when B 4 C was used as the boron source. The increase in holding time contributed to the grain growth and completion of chemical reactions, but could also result in oversintering.

    Abstract: The hot stamping process and process parameters are investigated for a model of a B-pillar outer plate by numerical simulation. The feasibility of hot stamping forming process and its parameters are analyzed. The effectiveness of numerical simulation and the accuracy of hot stamping forming process and its parameters for B-pillar outer plate are proved by the hot stamping experiment and tensile tests. Three models are designed to analyze the effect of B-pillar in the vehicle side impact. It shows that hot stamping technology has the advantages in the field of lightweight and improving impact resistance. Through the research of the historical process of hot forming part, the residual strain characteristics of hot stamping parts is analyzed, the produce and mechanism of residual strain is explained, and the application method based on the forming history of hot stamping technology is provided.

    Abstract: Vapour compression heat pump will have good prospects in future large-scale spacecraft thermal control technology. Its environmental reliability and safety needs to be tested on the ground before being carried with the spacecraft launch. Vibration test is used to assess the anti-vibration capability in its transport and use. It is essential to build a performance test system of vapour compression heat pump to explore its operating characteristics at a given random vibration conditions. The results shows that the vapour compression heat pump is normal operation after the vibration and the cooling performance (COP) of 3.09 is achieved. Vibration test is equipped to provide a guarantee for future success carrying. The performance of vapour compression heat pump at high and low temperature and vacuum environment will be carried out.

    Abstract: Waste organic solvents have been classified as hazardous waste in many countries because of their toxicity, high volatility and Ignitability. Waste organic solvents are produced in a lot of industries including of the electronics industry. In this industry, organic solvents are used as cleaning agent and developer, which would generate a lot of waste organic solvents. In China, in the management and re-use of waste organic solvents, the current management systems are not completely. So it is need to learn the laws and regulations, treatment and disposal technologies, control standards of waste organic solvents generated in electronics industry in the developed countries. In this paper, based on an organic solvent waste for feature analysis and risk assessment, which generated by the electronics industry, Therefore, the waste organic solvent has a more serious environmental risk and human health risk through the soil and underwater than the air. Forbid the waste organic solvents produced company casual dump, in order to avoid the waste pollution. The evaluation result of the waste organic solvents produced by China's electronics industry is the data basis to obtain relevant management regulations On this basis, put forward the suggestion and management specifications of waste organic solvents, provide strong supports for the revise of the " National Catalogue of Hazardous Wastes ".

    Abstract: This Water level change of upper storage reservoir of pumped storage power station is frequent and big. The change leads to freezing damage on and adverse impact on bank stability of reservoir in cold zone. For above problems, combining with the running project, using dynamic ice condition image shooting system, vibrating ice pressure gauge , the characters on reservoir bank destroyed by coldness and action rules of ice pressure on bank slope were studied in depth. The scientific prevention measures were proposed. The monitoring period of maximum observed ice pressure is 21kPa, the magnitude of ice pressure on the hydraulic structures without causing a significant threat. Because of the action of buoyancy, the bank around the dry stone pitching occurred in a large scope to armour stone are pulled out as the main form of failure. The research results will have significance on freezing damage prevention scheme formulation of reservoir bank of pumped storage power station in cold zone.

    Abstract: Keeping concentration of 10%, study the influence of gelatinization temperature, digestion temperature, digestion time, adding amount on centrifugal sedimentation rate of tartary buckwheat beverage , optimize the best conditions of buckwheat enzyme hydrolysis as following: gelatinization temperature of 80 °C, enzyme amount 120 U/g, enzyme temperature of 80 °C, enzyme solution time 70 min, while the centrifugal sedimentation rate was 20.04%.The amount of total flavonoid is 0.1258mg/g and total phenolic acids is 0.3767μg/g. The ability of radical scavenging activities DPPH (95.23%) and ABTS (98.29%) is stronger than other cereal beverages.

    Abstract: LaOBr:Eu 3+ nanofibers have been successfully fabricated by electrospinning combined with a double-crucible bromination technique using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) powers as bromine source. The products were characterized in detail by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersion spectroscopy (EDS) and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results indicate that LaOBr:Eu 3+ luminescent nanofibers are tetragonal in structure with space group P4/nmm. The diameter of LaOBr:Eu 3+ luminescent nanofibers is ca. 150 nm. Fluorescence spectra analysis shows that under the excitation of 302-nm ultraviolet light, the LaOBr:Eu 3+ nanofibers exhibit red emission centering at 620 nm, which is attributed to the 5 D 0 → 7 F 2 energy levels transitions of Eu 3+ ions.

    Abstract: In recent years, with the aggravating of environmental pollution, the purification of carbon monoxide is currently a subject of interest. The catalytic oxidation method is an effective way. Manganese oxide nanoparticles were prepared by emulsion self-assembly method and then, synthetic and commercial manganese oxide-supported gold nanoparticle catalysts were successfully synthesized by the deposition-precipitation (DP) method. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, Raman, BET, ICP and HRTEM. The activity of the oxide and oxide-supported gold nanoparticle catalysts were evaluated on the fixed bed microreactor and Au/MnO x had the highest activity. The intrinsic activity of Au/MnO x at 35 °C is 0.81 mol CO ·mol -1 Au ·min -1 . Compared with O 2 , CO concentration has bigger effect on the reaction activity.

    Abstract: In this study, virtual and physical experimental investigations were performed on the resistance spot weldability of hot-formed ultra high strength steels (UHSS). The sheets were joined by the resistance spot welding as lap or cross joint. The mechanical properties were assessed in terms of cross tension strength (CTS) and tensile shear strength (TSS). The micro structural profile and weld nugget diameter were also investigated. Both virtual and physical methods yielding results are in good agreement. The results are discussed in the light of earlier work published in the literature and contribute to a better understanding on the evaluation of resistance spot weldability.
