Description:
Biovolume (mm3 m-3) of zooplankton taxa was calculated as described in Cornils et al. (2022) from samples of Polarstern cruise PS122 (MOSAiC). Samples were taken with the ROV net (Katlein et al. 2017, Wollenburg et al. 2002) with a mesh size of 150 µm. Samples were analysed via image-based ZooScan analysis. The classified images are available at the web application EcoTaxa: https://ecotaxa.obs-vlfr.fr/prj/9968.
