Abstract: We investigated the difference between fixation of single and double sacroiliac screws in the treatment of Tile C1 pelvic fractures. The data of 54 patients with Tile C1 pelvic fractures who were admitted to the trauma center of the Red Society Hospital Affiliated to Xi’an Jiaotong University between August 2016 and August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients with posterior pelvic ring injuries underwent fixation with sacroiliac screws assisted by a percutaneous robotic navigation system. The operative time, amount of intraoperative blood loss, and postoperative follow-up time between the two groups (single sacroiliac and double sacroiliac screw groups) were compared. The Matta and Majeed scores at the last follow-up were compared between the groups to evaluate fracture reduction and functional recovery. Forty-nine patients were followed up for 17.2 (±4.5) months and 16.2 (±3.4) months in the single and double sacroiliac screw groups, respectively. All patients had excellent fracture reduction immediately after surgery, according to the Matta score. All fractures healed without complications. There was no statistically significant difference in preoperative general information, amount intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative anterior ring fixation method, and postoperative follow-up time between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The operative time of the single sacroiliac screw group was shorter than that of the double sacroiliac screw group ( P 〈 0.05 ). At the last follow-up, the Matta score of the double sacroiliac screw group was significantly better than that of the single sacroiliac screw group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and there was no statistically significant difference in the Majeed functional scores ( P 〉 0.05 ). For Tile C1 pelvic fractures, double sacroiliac screw fixation of posterior ring injuries can provide a more stable treatment with no statistically significant difference in functional recovery.

Abstract: In order to solve the temperature measurement problem of fully enclosed equipment for power equipment operation inspection, the authors propose an online temperature monitoring system for electrical equipment based on passive wireless sensors. Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional temperature monitoring methods, the system adopts radio frequency technology. The scheme mainly expounds the key technologies and switchgear implementation in the monitoring system research and discusses the feasibility of the system scheme through experiments. Monitor all important components at different times, and establish a temperature monitoring network to complete monitoring and management. According to the test results, in the case of overheating, the temperature can rise to more than 75°C, and the temperature difference measured wirelessly is 0.5°C, which is sufficient to indicate the health of the change. Electrical equipment, the accuracy, and real-time performance of temperature monitoring are guaranteed.

Abstract: Diosgenin, a steroidal sapogenin, has attracted attention worldwide owing to its pharmacological properties, including antitumor, cardiovascular protective, hypolipidemic, and anti-inflammatory effects. The current diosgenin analysis methods have the disadvantages of long analysis time and low sensitivity. The aim of the present study was to establish an efficient, sensitive ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) approach for pharmacokinetic analysis of diosgenin amorphous solid dispersion (ASD) using tanshinone IIA as an internal standard (IS). Male Sprague-Dawley rats were orally administered diosgenin ASD, and orbital blood samples were collected for analysis. Protein precipitation was performed with methanol-acetonitrile (50 : 50, v/v), and the analytes were separated under isocratic elution by applying acetonitrile and 0.03% formic acid aqueous solution at a ratio of 80 : 20 as the mobile phase. MS with positive electron spray ionization in multiple reaction monitoring modes was applied to determine diosgenin and IS with m/z 415.2⟶271.2 and m/z 295.2⟶277.1, respectively. This approach showed a low limit of quantification of 0.5 ng/ml for diosgenin and could detect this molecule at a concentration range of 0.5 to 1,500 ng/ml (r = 0.99725). The approach was found to have intra- and inter-day precision values ranging from 1.42% to 6.91% and from 1.25% to 3.68%, respectively. Additionally, the method showed an accuracy of -6.54 to 4.71%. The recoveries of diosgenin and tanshinone IIA were 85.81–100.27% and 98.29%, respectively, with negligible matrix effects. Diosgenin and IS were stable under multiple storage conditions. Pharmacokinetic analysis showed that the Cmax and AUC0⟶t of diosgenin ASD were significantly higher than those of the bulk drug. A sensitive, simple, UPLC-MS/MS analysis approach was established and used for the pharmacokinetic analysis of diosgenin ASD in rats after oral administration.

Abstract: To improve the positioning accuracy of collaborative robots, a novel modeling and calibration method for collaborative robots is proposed based on position information and modified local product of exponentials (LPoE). The kinematic error model is derived from the kinematic model through differential transformation. To solve the problem of the high redundancy and complexity of the error model that is difficult to identify, the errors of the kinematic parameters are all transferred to the initial position and posture matrix of the local coordinate system, which simplifies the error model and improves the speed and accuracy of the identification calculation. However, the simplified error model still requires posture data which are very difficult to acquire in practice. For this reason, the position error is separated from the kinematic model, and an error model based on position data is established. Then, a kinematic calibration method of the collaborative robot based on position data is proposed, which simplifies the measurement process and improves the efficiency of calibration. The effectiveness of the method is verified by simulations and experiments on a six degree-of-freedom collaborative robot.

Abstract: This research was aimed at exploring the effect of CT images reconstructed by optimized compressed sensing algorithm on postoperative diagnosis of patients with hypertensive heart disease and the influence of Baduanjin on cardiac autonomic nerve function. Based on the compressed sensing algorithm, the maximum likelihood expectation maximization algorithm was introduced to optimize it, and the optimization algorithm was established. The optimized algorithm and filtered back projection algorithm (FBP) were compared regarding the root mean squared error (RMSE), peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), and structural similar image metric (SSIM). A total of 126 patients with hypertensive heart disease who underwent CT examination in the hospital were selected as study subjects. According to whether Baduanjin intervention was adopted, patients were divided into observation group (conventional treatment +Baduanjin) and control group (conventional treatment), with 63 patients in each group. The effect of CT examination on postoperative diagnosis was analyzed. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), differential pressure (DP), respiratory rate and heart rate (HR), very low-frequency (VLF) power, low-frequency (LF) power, high-frequency (HF) power, total power (TP) of HR variability, and changes in LF/HF of patients before and after treatment were compared. The RMSE of the compressed sensing optimization algorithm ( 3.28 ± 0.36 ) was significantly lower than that of the FBP algorithm ( 9.25 ± 1.03 ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). The SSIM and PNSR of the compressed sensing optimization algorithm were ( 0.87 ± 0.10 ) and ( 21.22 ± 1.60 ) dB, respectively. The SSIM was significantly higher than the FBP algorithm ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the PNSR was also higher than the FBP algorithm ( P 〈 0.05 ). The detection rate of CT for pleural effusion was 16 cases (25.40%) higher than 5 cases (7.94%) with TTE ( P 〈 0.01 ). After treatment, SBP, DBP, HR, LF, VLF, LF/HF, and DP values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and TP and HF were higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). It suggested that a novel algorithm was established based on compressed sensing algorithm to improve image quality. CT image had important guiding significance for postoperative diagnosis of heart. Baduanjin intervention could improve the integrated function of patient’s autonomic nervous system and the regulation ability of the vagus nerve.

Abstract: Oblivious Random Access Machine (ORAM) is a cryptographic tool used to obfuscate the access pattern. In this paper, we focus on perfect security of ORAM. A perfectly secure ORAM is an ORAM that can resist against an adversary with unlimited computing power, and the failure probability of ORAM is zero rather than negligible. Since all existing perfectly secure single-server ORAM solutions require at least sublinear worst-case bandwidth overhead, we pose a natural and open question: can we construct a perfectly secure single-server ORAM with logarithmic worst-case bandwidth overhead? In this paper, we propose the first tree-based perfectly secure ORAM scheme, named LPS-ORAM. To meet the requirements of perfectly secure ORAM, two techniques are presented. One technique is dynamic remapping associated with a mutable scope, and the other is dynamically balanced eviction. Their combined effect allows the root bucket to never fill up while maintaining its statistical security in tree-based ORAM. In the worst case, our solution achieves logarithmic bandwidth overhead. Therefore, our solution answers the open question in the affirmative. In terms of overhead for temporary storage on the client side, compared with the latest perfectly secure ORAM solution, our solution is reduced from sublinear to logarithmic, and even if the server storage overhead scales lightly, it is still at the same level of quantity as the state of the art. Finally, the evaluation results show that our LPS-ORAM has a significant advantage in terms of bandwidth overhead and overhead for temporary storage on the client side.
