Abstract: Perovskite quantum dots (QDs) with stable luminous properties are crucial to for the construction of corresponding light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Hybrid halide perovskite QDs, especially those contain iodine element emitting red light, usually demonstrate poor emission stability owing to the halide segregation. Moreover, red component is indispensable for the construction of white LEDs (WLEDs). Hence, it is essential to improve the luminous stability of hybrid halide perovskite QDs containing iodine element. Here, magnesium dopant and silica matrix were employed to improve the stability of hybrid halide CsPb(IBr) 3 QDs. Red, green and blue are three primary colors for constructing WLEDs. Therefore, silica-coated CsPbBr 3 QDs emitting green light were also synthesized. The fabricated silica-coated Mn:CsPb(IBr) 3 /PMMA film delivered good emission stability during a 42 d observation period, exhibiting the improved stability compared with the corresponding Mn:CsPb(IBr) 3 QDs in solution. WLEDs were fabricated by integrating the mixture of silica-coated Mn:CsPb(IBr) 3 QDs, silica-coated CsPbBr 3 QDs and silicon sealant with a blue-emission LED chip. The as fabricated device exhibited a longer lifetime to be lit than that of those reported previously. During the 36 d observation period for the as fabricated device, the red emission from the silica-coated Mn:CsPb(IBr) 3 QDs experienced a peak-emission shift of 34 nm, which is much less than that in Mn:CsPb(IBr) 3 QDs solution. Their overall intensity downtrend combined the peak-emission shift are responsible for the spectrum shape change, so as to the fluctuation of color correlated temperature and color rendering index. Our study provides a good starting point for the further improvement of the stability of the hybrid halide perovskites QDs and the corresponding light-emitting devices. With deep studies on the synthesis method and luminous mechanism for hybrid halide CsPb(IBr) 3 QDs, red-emission perovskite QDs with satisfied properties are expected to be obtained.

Abstract: A series of Sr 2 MgSi 2 O 7 :Tb 3+ nanophosphors is prepared using a high-temperature solid-state reaction. The x-ray diffraction patterns show that the crystal structure of the sample is not significantly affected by Tb 3+ ions. However, the images of the scanning electron microscope illustrate that the average size of nanoparticles becomes larger with the increase of Tb 3+ concentration. Unlike earlier investigations on down-conversion emission of Tb 3+ ion excited by deep ultraviolet light, in this work, the photoluminescence characteristics of Sr 2 MgSi 2 O 7 nanophosphors doped with different Tb 3+ concentrations are analyzed under 374-nm excitations. The intense green emission at 545 nm is observed at an optimal doping concentration of 1.6 mol%. The main reason for the concentration quenching is due to the electric dipole–electric dipole interaction among Tb 3+ ions.

Abstract: With the access to many energy storage devices in the Photovoltaic DC microgrid, energy storage converters are also widely used, which have the characteristic of low inertia. Therefore, there are problems of low inertia in the optical storage DC microgrid system, which contains an energy storage converter, and the instability of the system causes by the fluctuation of micro-source and load mutation. In order to solve the existing problems, the paper proposes a Virtual DC Generator (VDG) control strategy based on the traditional double closed-loop control strategy in the hybrid energy storage system (HESS) of a photovoltaic DC microgrid. Applying this proposed control strategy can make the inertia and damping characteristics introduced into the converters, which provides sufficient inertia support for the optical storage DC microgrid and further improves the voltage quality. The microgrid system is modeled and analyzed based on VDG. The results show that the VDG control strategy effectively reduces power fluctuation of the hybrid energy storage and improves the stability of the microgrid system.

Abstract: In view of the fluctuation of the output power of wind power generation, a hybrid energy storage capacity optimization configuration strategy combining variational mode decomposition (VMD) and improved Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) is proposed, taking the wind storage joint system as the research object. The sliding average method is used to obtain the target power of the wind power grid connection and use the VMD decomposition processing to allocate the energy storage target power to the different energy storage devices in the hybrid energy storage system. The capacity optimization model of hybrid energy storage system with the minimum annual configuration cost of energy storage system as the target function is established, and the improved Grey Wolf Optimizer is used to solve the model, and the simulation and analysis are conducted on Matlab / Simulink, so as to verify the effectiveness and economy of the proposed capacity optimization configuration method.

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of large amount of remote sensing image data, large terrain fluctuations and wide coverage, this paper proposes a method for super-resolution reconstruction of remote sensing image. This method combines dense network and deep back projection network to form dense projection. The unit forms a deep dense projection network, which solves the problems of insufficient texture, loss of image details and training difficulty in the super-resolution reconstruction of remote sensing image. The experimental results show that on multiple remote sensing image datasets, compared other traditional methods, the PSNR and SSIM are significantly improved, and reconstructed remote sensing image texture signs and details are more abundant.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of insufficient network fusion and low detection efficiency in current object recognition using RGB-D images, a recognition algorithm based on the medium-level layer-by-layer fusion of dual-channel networks is proposed. First of all, the RGB and Depth networks are trained with ten labelled RGB-D indoor objects respectively, and then determine the fusion coefficients according to the identify accuracy of two types networks. Finally, two kinds of features are merged in convolutional layers step by step to obtain the final weights. By testing on the challenging NYU Depth v2 dataset, we found that the recognition accuracy of our method is 92.85%, and average detection time is 61.03ms per image. Through comparison experiments, we got the conclusion that average accuracy of the RGB-D layer-by-layer fusion network is 5.22% higher than that of the RGB network.

Abstract: The continuous progress of the information age has changed our way of life and work. In the era of big data statistics, the financial model of enterprises has also changed a lot. The content of financial work has an obvious trend of expansion and extension. At the same time, people’s demand for information is increasing. People have higher and higher requirements for financial information. Generally speaking, the improvement of big data automation level urges the financial department to carefully observe the business work. In this case, the management department should apply the thinking mode of big data to build the financial management information system. Strive to achieve the transformation and development of enterprise financial management.
