    Abstract: The paper develops a multiclass, multimodal dynamic traffic equilibrium model with consideration of the departure time choice problem. Travelers choose the departure time and the route simultaneously with a Logit-based structure. The route travel cost is a summation of travel time and schedule delay which is associated with arrival time at destination. In addition, the travelers are classified into three groups according to their value of time. A variational inequality (VI) formulation is proposed based on the equilibrium conditions. Two examples are given to testify the effectiveness of the model and the solution algorithm. The model can give the optimal travel route as well as the best departure time, which would contribute to traffic control and dynamic route guidance.

    Abstract: Background . Nowadays, it has been largely acknowledged that deep brain stimulation of subthalamic nucleus (STN DBS) can alleviate motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, but its effects on cognitive function remain unclear, which are not given enough attention by many clinical doctors and researchers. To date, 3 existing meta-analyses focusing on this issue included self-control studies and have not drawn consistent conclusions. The present study is the first to compare effect sizes of primary studies that include control groups, hoping to reveal the net cognitive outcomes after STN DBS and the clinical significance. Methods . A structured literature search was conducted using strict criteria. Only studies with control group could be included. Data on age, duration of disease, levodopa equivalent dosage (LED), and multiple cognitive scales were collected and pooled. Results . Of 172 articles identified, 10 studies (including 3 randomized controlled trials and 7 nonrandomized controlled studies) were eligible for inclusion. The results suggest that STN DBS results in decreased global cognition, memory, verbal fluency, and executive function compared with control group. No significant difference is found in other cognitive domains. Conclusions . STN DBS seems relatively safe with respect to cognitive function, and further studies should focus on the exact mechanisms of possible verbal deterioration after surgery in the future.

    Abstract: The main strategic direction of promoting rural revitalization is to achieve high-quality rural development, maintain the dominant position of farmers, and promote common prosperity of farmers. In recent years, the sustainable development of economy has raised farmers’ awareness of starting their own businesses, and their entrepreneurial enthusiasm has been heating up. Based on the empirical survey data of typical rural areas in the Zhejiang Province and structural equation model analysis technology, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship among network embeddedness, entrepreneurial resources, and entrepreneurial ability. The results show that knowledge resources have a significant negative impact on farmers’ inclusive entrepreneurial behavior. The dual embedment of social network and industrial network has a significant positive impact on migrant workers’ access to knowledge resources and operational resources needed for entrepreneurship, and the entrepreneurial ability of migrant workers mainly depends on operational resources. Under the background of common prosperity, we should continue to implement the policy of supporting farmers’ inclusive entrepreneurship and encouraging industrial and commercial capital to enter rural areas, and at the same time, provide rural areas with agricultural knowledge, agricultural skills, and market guidance to promote employment.

    Abstract: The phase equilibriums of the ternary system KCl-(NH2)2CO-H2O at 303.15 K, 323.15 K, 333.15 K, and 343.15 K were studied using the isothermal dissolution equilibrium method, in which the composition of equilibrium solid phase was determined by Schreinemaker’s wet residue method and X-ray diffraction (XRD) method. It was found that the ternary system is a simple cosaturated system, without the formation of neither double salt nor solid solution. Wilson and NRTL models were employed to correlate in the solubility data of the system at experimental temperatures. The maximum values of RAD and RMSD of the Wilson model were 2.18 × 10−2 and 0.83 and those of the NRTL model were 1.69 × 10−2 and 0.40, respectively. The two models were utilized to forecast solubility data at various temperatures, and the obtained outcomes were in line with the literature data. Based on the experimental solubility data at 343.15 K, the cooling crystallization process of the system was monitored online by focused beam reflectance measurement (FBRM) and particle video microscope (PVM). The crystal products were characterized by XRD, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS). The results showed that the precipitation of (NH2)2CO occurred during the crystallization process, and this was followed by KCl. KCl was formed on the surface of (NH2)2CO crystal. The crystal was a simple mixture containing KCl and (NH2)2CO.

    Abstract: Mesothelioma (MESO) is a mesothelial originate neoplasm with high morbidity and mortality. Despite advancement in technology, early diagnosis still lacks effectivity and is full of pitfalls. Approaches of cancer diagnosis and therapy utilizing immune biomarkers and transcription factors (TFs) have attracted more and more attention. But the molecular mechanism of these features in MESO bone metastasis has not been thoroughly studied. Utilizing high-throughput genome sequencing data and lists of specific gene subsets, we performed several data mining algorithm. Single-sample Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (ssGSEA) was applied to identify downstream immune cells. Potential pathways involved in MESO bone metastasis were identified using Gene Oncology (GO) analysis, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis, Gene Set Variation Analysis (GSVA), Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA), and Cox regression analysis. Ultimately, a model to help early diagnosis and to predict prognosis was constructed based on differentially expressed immune-related genes between bone metastatic and nonmetastatic MESO groups. In conclusion, immune-related gene SDC2, regulated by TFs TCF7L1 and POLR3D, had an important role on immune cell function and infiltration, providing novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets for metastatic MESO.

    Abstract: This paper proposes a smart grid distributed security architecture based on blockchain technology and SDN cluster structure, referred to as ClusterBlock model, which combines the advantages of two emerging technologies, blockchain and SDN. The blockchain technology allows for distributed peer-to-peer networks, where the network can ensure the trusted interaction of untrusted nodes in the network. At the same time, this article adopts the design of an SDN controller distributed cluster to avoid single point of failure and balance the load between equipment and the controller. A cluster head was selected in each SDN cluster, and it was used as a blockchain node to construct an SDN cluster head blockchain. By combining blockchain technology, the security and privacy of the SDN communication network can be enhanced. At the same time, this paper designs a distributed control strategy and network attack detection algorithm based on blockchain consensus and introduces the Jaccard similarity coefficient to detect the network attacks. Finally, this paper evaluates the ClusterBlock model and the existing model based on the OpenFlow protocol through simulation experiments and compares the security performance. The evaluation results show that the ClusterBlock model has more stable bandwidth and stronger security performance in the face of DDoS attacks of the same scale.

    Abstract: In recent years, the employment of college students is becoming more and more prominent; no matter for the society, universities, college students themselves, and their families have formed a huge pressure, in the current situation, the success rate of college students to start their own business is not high; one of the important reasons is that college students generally have defects in entrepreneurial psychology. Therefore, effective evaluation of college students’ mental health under the environment of independent entrepreneurship is conducive to comprehensively improving the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. In this paper, we propose a novel three-channel multifeature fusion network based on neural network technology to identify and predict college students’ mental health problems in the self-entrepreneurship environment. Specifically, we first extract the behavior characteristics, visual characteristics, and social relations as a three-channel network input. Second, in view of the behavior characteristic, we use the length of the memory deep context dependent on network access. In view of visual features, we use the convolution neural network to face emotional characteristics and characteristics of social relations. The feature concat strategy is used for feature fusion. The experimental results on real datasets show that the method in this paper is effective, and it is expected to propose a new solution for college students’ mental health assessment.

    Abstract: Background . Xiyanping injection (XYP) is a well-known Chinese medicinal preparation reputed as a most effective alternative to antibiotics. XYP has been widely used in combination therapies to treat various infectious diseases, among which XYP plus azithromycin (AZM) chemotherapy is often used for the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in pediatric patients (p-MPP) in China. Objective . The present study just aimed to confirm whether XYP can improve the clinical efficacy and safety of AZM chemotherapy for p-MPP by performing meta-analysis and systematic review. Methods . A meta-analysis was performed following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) concerning XYP plus AZM chemotherapy for p-MPP were selected, for which the main outcomes included overall response rate (ORR), antipyretic time, cough disappearance time, lung wet Rales disappearance time, hospitalization duration, and adverse drug reactions (ADRs). Based on the data extracted, the meta-analysis was conducted by using a standard data extraction form. Results . Nine RCTs involving 963 patients were included for meta-analysis. More concretely, the combination therapy showed the risk ratio (RR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) of ORR and ADRs as (RR, 1.21 [95% CI, 1.15, 1.28]) and (RR, 0.37 [95% CI, 0.27, 0.51] ), respectively. And other major outcomes were as follows: hospitalization durations (standard mean difference (SMD), −1.32 [95% CI, −1.48, −1.16]), antipyretic time (SMD, −1.26 [95% CI, −1.70, −0.83] ), cough disappearance time (SMD, −1.07 [95% CI, −1.38, −0.75]), and the disappearance time of lung wet Rales (SMD, −0.83 [95% CI, −1.07, −0.60]). With statistically significant differences in various aspects, the combination therapy plus XYP displayed obvious advantages in contrast to AZM alone. Conclusion . Overall, XYP might reduce the incidence of ADRs and significantly improve the clinical efficacy for p-MPP receiving AZM chemotherapy.

    Abstract: As the primary industry, agriculture is a prerequisite for human survival and a basic industry of the national economy. As a result, the growth of agriculture is vital for the nation’s socioeconomic development. The construction of ecological civilization and the reform and innovation of farmers’ digital entrepreneurial behavior in the region are intimately correlated with the agricultural eco-environmental quality. Therefore, it is crucial for us to improve control and maintenance of the agricultural eco-environment. A requirement for directing the sustainable growth of the agricultural economy is evaluating and identifying the quality of the regional eco-environment and the issues it faces. In view of this, the study employs Jiangsu Province as a research example, builds a comprehensive index evaluation system, and uses the modified BP neural network to evaluate the agricultural eco-environmental quality in the target area between 2010 and 2020. First, the evaluation system is constructed from four dimensions: ecological resource status, environmental pollution degree, eco-environmental protection efforts, and agricultural development level, and 14 influencing factors are then screened out as specific secondary evaluation indicators. Second, a GA-BP model will be applied to comprehensively assess the quality of the agricultural eco-environment in the province over the past 10 years. The comprehensive score of the province’s agricultural eco-environmental quality was calculated, and the quality level was classified by this. Meanwhile, the indicators’ scores were paired with an analysis of each contributing factor’s degree of change. The findings indicate that from 2010 to 2020, Jiangsu Province’s agricultural eco-environment demonstrated a favorable trend, a reasonably high-quality level, and a tendency of continuous improvement from bad to good. The results of each indicator measuring the quality of the agricultural environment fluctuated, but overall they showed an upward trend. Finally, in order to offer a reference for agricultural eco-environment control and protection and a good ecological environment for farmers’ digital entrepreneurship in the near future, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the restoration of the agricultural eco-environment in Jiangsu Province referring to the results of the research and the problems already present in the area.
