Microseisms in 0.1–0.25 and 0.25–0.5 Hz in South China Sea are dominated by sources nearby central sea basin and stations, respectively Typhoons affect the source regions of microseisms in South China Sea with the biggest influence on the short‐period DF microseisms Microseisms are dominated by Love waves in east central sea basin and Rayleigh waves along south China coast, respectively
