    Abstract: The random fluctuation and anti-peaking characteristics of wind power has brought new problems for the power system optimal dispatch. Based on the interaction characteristic of the load, this paper played the utility of interactive load which can help system consumers the positive and negative fluctuations of wind power, and considered interactive load as a scheduling resource into the traditional day-ahead scheduling model. Taking into account the effects of interactive load on system operating costs and power flow distribution, this paper established a generation scheduling model which the aim are both the system operating costs and network loss minimization in large-capacity wind power integrated system, and reformulated the multi-objective optimization problem into a single objective nonlinear programming problem by means of the fuzzy theory, and made the generation side and the demand side of the power grid can participate optimal allocation of resources, and provided a new ideas and methods for achieving source and load interactive in smart grid environment. The simulation on IEEE 30-bus system indicated this method can reduce system operating costs and network losses effectively, and improve wind power consumptive level as well as too.

    Abstract: The structural and optical properties of C-doped and C-F colonel Zoo compounds are investigated by using a first principle method with the plane wave pseudopotential calculations, based on the density functional theory(DFT), within generalized-gradient approximation (GGA). We discuss the structural properties by comparison with C-Al and C-Ga doped systems and the calculated results demonstrate that the c/a is smaller than C doped ZnO when incorporating F into the system and C-F codoping causes a smaller lattice mismatch compared with the C-Al codoped ZnO. Moreover, we focus on the complex dielectric function in order to investigate the optical properties. By analysing the results, we remark that the absorption edge shift the lower energy region(red shift) when incorporating C-F into ZnO compound.

    Abstract: In dealing with auto manufacturing wastewater, aerobic process was viewed as the follow-up treatment of anaerobic process. Studying on the system of aerobic contact oxidation, all kinds of factors (HRT, influent CODCr concentration, dissolved oxygen (DO), pH value, alkalinity) effect on removal efficiency of the anaerobic effluent CODCr, NH4 + – N, NO 3 – N and turbidity. The results showed that: when the filtration rate is less than 0.0625ml•h -1 , in the aerobic contact oxidation system ,the organic pollutant′s removal efficiency is very stable; in system, when dissolved oxygen concentration is greater than 10.00ml•h -1 , its removal efficiency keep a higher level; aerobic process could remove 81% of COD of the influent,and the effluent COD could meet the qualityⅡ of Discharge standard of wastewater pollutants for industry(GB8978—1996) .

    Abstract: Motivated by the widely discussed Ag doped ZnO and the lack of follow-up reports about the realization of p-n junctions, we calculated the electronic structures and optical properties of pure, Ag-doped and Ag-F codoped ZnO based on the density-functional theory. It was found that Ag doped ZnO shows p-type conduction character. But there are some unstable factors and self-compensations in this structure. We also calcualted the formation energy and ionization energy of the impurity for Ag-F codoped ZnO. It was found that incorporating the reactive donor F into Ag doped ZnO system, not only enhances the Ag acceptor solubility, but also gets a shallower Ag acceptor energy level in the band gap. In addition, we analyze the imaginary part of the dielectric function, reflectivity and absorption coefficient for pure ZnO and Ag-F codoped ZnO. Compared with the pure ZnO, the remarkable feature for Ag-F codoped ZnO is that there is a strong absorption in the visible-light region, which indicates that it could be taken as a potential candidate for a photocatalytic material.

    Abstract: From the perspective of stress and heat distribution, the influence of material and heat on working reliability of the turret seal is analysed. Based on the actual working condition of a servo turret, the FEA (finite element analysis) of structural mechanics and thermal structural coupling is carried out on the key reciprocating seal between piston and oil cylinder. The analysis re that material hardness and temperature have great influence on the seal contact pressure and the leakage. To be specific, the lower seal material hardness leads to the lower maximum contact stress and longer seal’s service life without increasing the net leakage under 3.5 Mpa oil pressure. The result demonstrates that the material with hardness 90 is better than that with hardness 95 under the hydraulic pressure 3.5Mpa. Besides, temperature distribution of seal under the working condition is gained through the thermal structural coupling analysis. It is concluded that increasing temperature lead to decreased leakage and enhanced contact stress. Consequently, the influence of the temperature should be taken into consideration on the research of seal numerical model.

    Abstract: NC Turrets include Servo Turrets and Power Turrets. The structural differences of them are addressed. In this paper, data storage structures of turret parts, turret automatically assembled, finite element analysis, optimization design and 3D model browse in the WEB are studied. Based on the construction of B/S, a NC Turret rapid development platform which is composed by Network user tier, WEB business tier and Data tier is constructed. The platform integrates a CAE analysis module based on ANSYS, a parametric design module based on SolidWorks and a reliability analysis module based on MATLAB. The Rapid Development Platform can perform the new product design and reliability analysis, and an optimal develpoment design of NC Turrets can be realized rapidly and efficiently.

    Abstract: As the low maintenance cost of data trusteeship, more and more medium-size and small size enterprises choose data trusteeship service. Data is valuable fortune of enterprise, security of enterprise data must be guaranteed in the condition of together using a same host. Data security includes data transmission security, data storage security and confidentiality security. The paper discusses the security problem and coping strategy of database data in a data trusteeship environment. Two-phase sub-keys encryption algorithm is used to encrypt the data and also analysis its usability and security. The realized method is further presented. The algorithm solves the data security problem of database in a data trusteeship environment effectively and further enhances the security of database data.

    Abstract: As computer vision technology been developing, while camera becomes standard configuration for personal computer (PC) and computer calculating speed becomes faster and faster, Computer vision have been more popular used in people daily life, people can use computer as an eye to see and recognize the real world, In this paper, we will present a novel electronic head mouse control system which is based on human facial feature. Our system firstly detect human face from the input image by using face features in YUV Color model, and then for face candidate, use reversed relationship information between U and V cluster of face feature to detect mouth position. Then in the detected mouth region, mouth lip region gray level is usually lower than other region but V level higher than others, so we can reversal mouth region gray level and use associated threshold method to pick up mouth region pixels. Relationship between mouth position and face region boundary can be used to confirm human head rotation angles correspond to camera, which can be used to control mouse movement in screen. Then throughing analysising mouth shape information, we can confirm mouth motion command for mouse. We have simulated our algorithm on windows XP system to evaluate the effect of our algorithm. The simulation result showed that our algorithm can represent a good effect for head mouse control system.

    Abstract: In order to improve the understanding deformation behaviors of thermal compressive of ZK30 magnesium alloy, carried out a series of thermal compressive tests with height reduction 60% of specimens were performed at deformation temperature range of 523-673 K, and strain rates range of 0.001-1 s − 1 on Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical simulator. Based on an Arrhenius-type equation constructs a nonlinear flow model and its constitutive equation, are employed to study the deformation behavior and the relationship between deformation temperature, strain rate and flow stress. For higher deformation temperature and lower strain rate, the true stress-strain curves show a characteristic of dynamic recrystallization. With the increase of deformation temperature and the decrease of strain rate the flow stress decreases, also the dynamic recrystallization becomes easier.

    Abstract: According to the features of HVS, the algorithm uses region-split method to segment the remote sensing image into a large number of small regions. By integrating gray feature and spatial location of each region, NC is used to segment the image among regions from global view, by which the final segmented image can be generated. Experimental results show that comparing with the traditional NC, operating speed is significantly improved as getting close segmentation quality, and this is a kind of effective method of image segmentation.
