    Abstract: Using industrial robot system for grinding surface is a higher surface processing quality effective means. In order to obtain the three-dimensional coordinates on the machined surface, this paper firstly use a monocular camera and a word to construct a set of line lasers to obtain the visual acquisition system for processing surface grinding robots the sequence laser line picture. Then according to the characteristics of laser line, using the least squares method of parabolic fitting for each picture of the center of laser lines extracted. Continuous laser line of existence, this paper puts forward the cubic b-spline curve of each picture of the algorithm generated between it and break a smooth and continuous curve. Finally, stitch the intensity information of the laser line in every picture together. It builds a complete robot coordinate for processing surface within the 3-d information pictures, by it we can make the robot trajectory and speed planned. This article applied a large number of experimental proofs, and used robot grinding surface technique above to robot grinding test, satisfy the precision requirement of experiment, the introduction of the method is practicable and effective.

    Abstract: In this paper, combined with task-driven way, the PBL teaching method was introduced into PLC control technology course. Four stages were adopted to implement the teaching process. Firstly, teachers instruct students to find problems. Secondly, students search materials and discuss the assigned tasks. Thirdly, teachers introduce some basic knowledge and instruct students to discuss and solve problems. Finally, teachers summarize the rules. It is beneficial to improve students’ learning initiative and the ability of discovering, analyzing and solving problems.

    Abstract: Process capability prediction methods for position tolerance under maximum material condition were discussed in this paper. Due to application of maximum material condition the position tolerance specification varied individually for each part, percentage normalization and minimum gap methods were introduced to calculate the position process capability index. Link was taken as an example, true position percentage normalization and minimum gap of 30 parts were calculated. Considering the true position constitution relative to position tolerance at maximum material condition, related individual percentages were used to express the result and the same tolerance size 100% was obtained as for a unilateral tolerance. Set the acceptable value was 0, minimum gap between a hole and a simulated position gauge pin is studied instead of position. The process capability prediction results of two methods were calculated by Minitab software.

    Abstract: The role the rimming fixture is to ensure the models and the front cover having no relative motion in rolling process, and quality of fixture layout can influence if the cover edge has quality defects such as undulated in rimming process. First, this paper analyzes composition of the rimming bottom die and positioning clamping mechanism in rimming fixture, and obtains stressed situation of front cover edge under the action of rimming and stamping by the roll head by using the result of finite element analysis to the rimming process of front cover, combining with the design requirement of processing datum graph, the production program of engine hood, production class system and actuating rate 、failure rate and production rhythm of production lines, establishes distribution points of rimming fixture and finally designs the rimming fixture of engine hood. The fixture is currently used in actual production with stable and reliable performance.

    Abstract: Connection of internal and external board of automobile body‘s door cover is usually stamped by traditional mold and pressing machine, Because outer edge outline should be changed according to the change of car body outline and edge angles along the outline are also different, it’s very difficult to edge the area with sharp edge transition and too big edge angle. Robot edge fixture, the new design technology of internal and external board connection, is composed of seven parts, including edge mold, platform, lifting mechanism, testing institution, clamping unit, logic gas and electric control system, which overcomes shortcomings of traditional stamping edge mold, such as covering much area, costing high and having poor flexibility, shortens development cycle and of automobile and enhances the competitiveness of products.

    Abstract: The current corn classification is mainly handicraft. This method is low efficiency, labor intensive, and has failed to meet the requirements of production. This system unifies PAC and machine vision, designed a corn grading system. The whole system has configuration monitored and controlled by using machine PAC visual technology and Device Net field bus technology, the system has a safe and reliable operation, classicists accurately and rapidly. This system can significantly improve the efficiency and frozen corn sorted product quality, sort and speed over40 per minute, sorting accuracy can reach more than 99 percents. Demonstrates PAC technology in sorting system unique flexibility and expansibility, better realize the controlled object of automation control, has wide application prospects.
