    Abstract: ABSTRACT Perekonomian pada masa pandemi saat ini, memang membuat semua masyarakat indonesia merasa dirugikan. Pendapatan masyarakat mengalami penurunan semenjak adanya covid-19. Fenomena yang terjadi pada masyarakat di daerah Pesisir Kabupaten Lamongan adalah kondisi kehidupan perekonomian masyarakatnya selalu tidak pasti, namun dengan pedagang-pedagang lain selain di Lamongan yang rata-rata mengalami penurunan pendapatan dikarenakan volume penunjung berkurang, tetapi pada masa covid-19 ini pedagang di TPI Brondong masih memilih bertahan untuk tetap menjadikan usaha menjadi pedagang ikan di pertahankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Modal, Jam Kerja, Dan Harga Terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang Ikan, karena pendapatan merupakan hasil kerja dalam kegiatan usaha maupun yang lain demi menghasilkan keuntungan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 152 pedagang ikan yang dilakukan di Tempat Pelelangan Ikan Brondong Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisi regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan, variabel Jam Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan, dan variabel Harga berpengaruh  positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Pendapatan. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan, Modal, Jam Kerja, Harga ABSTRACT The economy during the current pandemic has indeed made all Indonesian people feel disadvantaged. People's incomes have decreased since the Covid-19 outbreak. The phenomenon that occurs in the community in the Coastal area of ​​Lamongan Regency is that the economic life conditions of the people are always uncertain, but with traders other than in Lamongan, the average income decreases because the volume of visitors decreases, but during the Covid-19 period, traders at TPI Brondong still choose to survive to keep the business of being a fish trader maintained. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital, working hours, and prices on the income of fish traders, because income is the result of work in business or other activities to generate profits. The number of samples in this study were 152 fish traders conducted at the Lamongan Brondong Fish Auction Place. This study uses quantitative research and testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the capital variable has a positive and significant effect on income, the working hours variable has a positive and significant effect on income, and the price variable has a positive and insignificant effect on income.     Abstract: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Penjualan Kimia Farma Apotek 067 Jember yang semakin menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kualitas pelayanan di Apotek Kimia Farma dalam rangka merumuskan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan bagaimana kualitas layanan di Apotek Kimia Farma Jember.Untuk Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan lima dimensi kualitas Tjipto, antara laian: berwujud,daya tanggap,keandalan, jaminan, dan yang terakhir adalah empati. Populasi sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Kimia Farma Apotek dihadapi selama masa penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability samples atau non statistic.

    Abstract: The background in this research is the idea of ​​being able to return business capital from existing capital in Srowo Village. This study aims to examine the meaning of capital in the perspective of customs and the meaning of capital in the perspective of folkways or habits of cracker entrepreneurs in Srowo Village, Gresik Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were Fish Cracker Businesses in Srowo Village, Gresik Regency, while the sampling used the Non Probability Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The reason is because sampling has more characteristics or generalizations. The sample studied by the researcher was Mr. Kinun as the village apparatus in Srowo Village and also one of the cracker entrepreneurs who the researchers used as the gatekeeper, the first person as the researcher's data source who understands and has experience. The analysis technique uses data collection methods through interviews, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that obedience is caused by devotion to ancestors by preserving inheritance which can be used as a business opportunity in carrying out obligations to earn a living. Innovation profit due to business success from investment and achievement in their business continuity.

    Abstract: 〈 p 〉 The main goal of this study is to do needs and potential analysis of products in each vocational school in Gresik regency that is expected to create products integration based on the excellence of vocational secondary schools, thus it is necessary to sustain ably design an identification concept of potency and integration model. By using the design of Research and Development some necessary steps taken into account: a) identification of vocational high schools (SMK), b) SWOT analysis, c) cluster analysis, d) mapping of vocational high schools (SMK). The second stage (consolidation and integration), consists of the following activities: a) vocational high schools (SMK) grouping, b) designing a model of integration, c) conducting consolidation among related parties, d) implementing synergistic product integration. The results of the identification of Vocational High School (SMK) potency in Gresik based on the clusters that are formed in the effort of realizing a model design of integration products in Vocational High School (SMK) which refers to the spectrum of field, program and science package, hence two kinds of alternative product integration, namely 1) The product integration of Technology and Engineering field spectrum, Automotive Engineering program and Light Vehicle Engineering science package. 2) Product integration of the spectrum of Information and Communication Technology science field, Computer Engineering and Informatics science program and Computer Engineering and Network science package, so that the integration model of product which is formed needs synergetic a pattern of integration by the (3) related parties in order to produce excellent local product of Gresik regency, the synergetic integration model pattern will run optimally when each party has a high commitment to the creation of local superior products generated by Vocational High School in Gresik regency in order to face the era of global markets which can be realized through the integration of Vocational High School products. 〈 /p 〉

    Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning of Siddiq, Amanah and Tabligh based on the perspective of the Regent of Gresik Regency, Mr. Fandi Akhmad Yani and to find out the relationship between Siddiq and Amanah towards Tabligh and Fathonah. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological study approach. This research data collection technique through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are in the form of siddiq's meaning or essence based on the perspective of the Regent of Gresik Mr. Akhmad Yani, namely a leader who implements siddiq-characteristic Islamic leadership must have a trusted character in every program that is run and be transparent with all policies taken for prosperity the society he leads. The meaning or essence of Amanah is based on the perspective of the Regent of Gresik, Mr. Akhmad Yani, that is, a leader who applies Islamic leadership characterized by Amanah must have high integrity in carrying out the programs he has promised. In addition to high integrity, a leader must also be able to realize the programs promised to the community. The meaning or essence of Tabligh is based on the perspective of the Regent of Gresik, Mr. Akhmad Yani, namely a leader who implements Islamic leadership characterized by Tabligh must have a high level of concern and have an attitude of protecting the community he leads.

    Abstract: Dividend distribution becomes a complicated problem due to differences in interests between  management and shareholders. Dividends are part of the profits obtained by the company during its business which are distributed to shareholders. The dividend payout ratio determines the amount of profit divided into cash dividends and retained earnings. If the retained earnings of the company are large, the profit to be paid as a dividend will be smaller. Important aspect of dividend policy is determining the appropriate profit allocation between payment of earnings as retained earnings and earnings as dividends. Analysis of the data used in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant negative effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) does not directly influence Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Return on Assets (ROA) has a significant positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Return on Assets (ROA) is not able to mediate between Debt to Equity (DER) with Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).

    Abstract: Kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh Koperasi Karyawan “Sinar Mentari” Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik dapat dilihat dari hasil usaha yang bersifat financial. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi atas kinerja yang telah dicapai untuk pengambilan keputusan. Laporan keuangan merupakan alat yang sangat penting untuk memperoleh informasi sehubungan dengan posisi keuangan dan hasil usaha yang telah dicapai oleh koperasi. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek yang harus segera dipenuhi atau kemampuan koperasi untuk memenuhi kewajiban keuangan pada saat ditagih menggunakan analisis rasio likuiditas. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan dalam memenuhi kewajiban keuangannya apabila koperasi dilikuidasi, baik kewajiban keuangan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang menggunakan analisis rasio solvabilitas. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan untuk menghasilkan laba selama periode tertentu menggunakan analisis rasio rentabilitas. Koperasi Karyawan “SINAR MENTARI” Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik mampu untuk memenuhi kewajiban keuangan jangka pendek yang harus segera dipenuhi atau saat ditagih serta cukup mampu untuk menjalankan aktivitas operasinya pada Tahun Buku 2009 – 2012. Koperasi Karyawan “SINAR MENTARI” Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik sangat mampu untuk memenuhi kewajiban keuangannya apabila koperasi dilikuidasi, baik kewajiban keuangan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang, tetapi kurang mampu untuk mengelola Asset dan hutang pada Tahun Buku 2009 – 2012. Koperasi Karyawan “SINAR MENTARI” Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik sangat mampu untuk menghasilkan laba selama periode Tahun Buku 2009 – 2012 dan sudah berkinerja istimewa karena kemampuanya untuk menghasilkan keuntungan dengan menggunakan modalnya sendiri sudah tinggi.

    Abstract: Oyster mushroom is a type of wood mushroom that Indonesia commonly consumes. It has a fruiting body that grows in bloom to form a shallow funnel shell (oyster). This study aimed to determine the agribusiness performance of the White Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) in Anduonohu ​​Village, Poasia District, Kendari City. Case study on Tiga Putra Farm Business. This research was conducted in September 2021. The object of this research was the Tiga Putra Fram Timber Mushroom business. The method used in this study is Qualitative Descriptive Analysis. The type of data in this study used primary data, namely direct interviews, and secondary data, namely library literature. The variables used in this study are 1. The informant's identity includes age, education level, business experience, and some family dependents, 2. Agribusiness performance from this study is in the form of support in the agribusiness subsystem, which includes production facilities (seeds, fertilizers, tools /machinery, and mushroom house), cultivation and farming subsystem (planting, maintenance, processing), and marketing subsystem (distribution). The results of this study are the agribusiness performance of the white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus), namely the procurement and provision of production facilities, including the procurement of mushroom houses, seeds, tools, and machines. Cultivation and farming include oyster mushroom production, maintenance, and harvest. Oyster mushroom product marketing is done online and offline by online method, namely posting oyster mushroom products on several social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Thus the range of product marketing can be more comprehensive. Offline marketing to resellers of oyster mushrooms that will be resold, such as the Ummushabri Kendari and Hypermart.
