Abstract: Tether-net is a promising active debris removal technique, and a closing mechanism can ensure the reliable wrapping of space debris by using tether-net. This study focuses on the dynamics model of the split closing mechanism and the sliding joint between thread and ring. First, a new kind of closing mechanism is proposed, which drives the closing thread to close the net mouth through the split masses, and the mass-spring-damper method is used to model tether-net. Thereafter, for the first time, the model of thread-ring sliding joint is proposed based on the mass-spring-damper method, which can be used to simulate the closing process of tether-net. Finally, one-edge closure experiment of the net is carried out and the experimental results are compared with the simulation results, and the closing process of the tether-net is simulated by using the thread-ring sliding joint. Results reveal that the thread-ring sliding joint can be used to simulate the relative slip between the thread and the ring, and the tether-net can wrap the target reliably in a short time by using the split closing system. The split closing mechanism can make it possible for the tether-net to close successfully, whether it starts to work before or after the net contacts with the target.

Abstract: Power-form nonlinear contact force models are widely adopted in relatively moving parts of macro (e.g., rolling bearings considering Hertzian contact restoring force between rolling elements and bearing raceways) or micro (e.g., the micro cantilever probe system of atomic force microscopy) scale mechanical systems, and contact resonance could cause serious problems of wear, contact fatigue, vibration, and noise, which has attracted widespread attention. In the present paper, the softening/hardening stiffness characteristics of continuous and one-sided contact power-form nonlinear spring models are addressed, respectively, by the analysis of the monotone features of resonant frequency-response skeleton lines. Herein, the period-n solution branch and its stability characteristics are obtained by the harmonic balance and alternating frequency/time domain (HB–AFT) method and Floquet theory. Compared with previous studies, this paper will furtherly clarify the influences of externally normal load, the power form exponent term, and excitation amplitude on the softening/hardening stiffness characteristics of general power-form spring systems. In addition, for a power-form system with a one-sided contact, the phenomena of primary and super/sub-harmonic hysteretic resonances inducing period-doubling, folding bifurcation, the coexistence of multiple solutions are demonstrated. Besides, it gives the evolution mechanism of two types of intermittency chaos in a one-sided contact system. The overall results may have certain basic theoretical significance and engineering values for the control of vibration and noise in contact mechanical systems.

Abstract: With the development of education, education management, innovation and practice have become very important concerns. This paper proposes an innovative research on the process management of practical teaching links in pre-school education based on multimedia technology. At present, the preschool education major is deeply loved by college students. Many students who have just finished the college entrance examination want to apply for this major. However, due to the popularity of people in this profession, many colleges have exposed many problems in the teaching management. At present, for the problems existing in the practice teaching links of various universities, the current situation at this time urgently requires innovative research on process management. In this paper, if we want to do a good job in this aspect, we should establish a practical teaching system that is suitable for applied universities in preschool education, use multimedia technology to adjust practical teaching objectives from outstanding features, focusing on capacity building, and increasing investment. Intensify, improving the construction of practical teaching bases, increase the use of practical teaching bases, build a reasonable team of practical teaching faculty, strengthen the management of practical teaching links, ensure the smooth development of practical teaching, etc.

Abstract: The guarantee conditions are expected to break the subject standard and teacher standard of the original curriculum reform, focusing on the comprehensive development of students' professional ability and quality, so as to provide some references for higher vocational education curriculum reform. Based on the concept of result-oriented education, this paper expounds the guiding ideology and basic principles of the curriculum system reform of the higher vocational preschool education major, constructs the result-oriented curriculum system of the higher vocational preschool education major, and analyzes the effect of the result-oriented curriculum system. This article uses literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, logical analysis method and other research methods to investigate and study the current situation of the reform of preschool education major sports and music teaching content in commercial schools, and summarize the achievements made in the reform process of preschool education major sports teaching content. To find out the problems in the reform of physical education teaching content of pre-school education majors in commercial schools, and put forward corresponding solutions objectively, so as to move forward in a scientific and reasonable direction. The difference in preference of pre-school education students before and after the curriculum reform shows that the number of people they like has increased from 21 before the curriculum reform to 125, an increase of nearly 50%. It can be seen that the students are very satisfied with the reform of teaching content and are also very satisfied with the reform of the physical education curriculum.

Abstract: Numerical simulation and experiment were applied to study the dynamic response of aluminum honeycomb sandwich plate subjected to the impact by flying spear as well as the the proper velocity of the flying spear impacting on the plate. The deformation mode and damage form of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich plate were obtained. Moreover, the proper velocity of the flying spear is around 40m/s~50m/s. It is confirmed that The deformation area of the upper and lower panels decreases with the increase of the impact velocity, whereas the buckling angle of the panel increases with the increase of the impact velocity. The damage forms of the aluminum honeycomb cell are collapse and buckling sequentially from the impact point to the surrounding. In addition, The collapse area of the honeycomb cells increases with the increase of the maximum diameter of the flying spear and the range of buckling decreases with the increase of impact velocity. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results.

Abstract: In vitro cell culturing witnessed its applications in scientific research and industrial activities. Attempts to shorten the doubling time of cultured cells have never ceased. In plants, auxin is applied to promote plant growth, the synthetic derivative 1‐Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) is a good example. Despite the auxin's naturally occurring receptors are not present in mammalian cells, studies suggested they may affect cell culturing. Yet the effects and mechanisms are still unclear. Here, an up to 2‐fold increase in the yield of in vitro cultured human cells is observed. Different types of human cell lines and primary cells are tested and found that NAA is effective in all the cells tested. The PI staining followed by FACS suggested that NAA do not affect the cell cycling. Apoptosis‐specific dye staining analysis implicated that NAA rescued cell death. Further bulk RNA sequencing is done and it is identified that the lipid metabolism‐engaging and anti‐apoptosis gene, ANGPTL4, is enhanced in expression upon NAA treatment. Studies on ANGPTL4 knockout cells indicated that ANGPTL4 is required for NAA‐mediated response. Thus, the data identified a beneficial role of NAA in human cell culturing and highlighted its potency in in vitro cell culturing.
