Abstract:
Fe-6.0wt%Si sheet with thickness of 0.4mm was prepared with the process of coating casting, rolling and some corresponding heat treatments. During the preparation process, the effect of heat-treatment on the material’s plasticity was investigated by observing the variations of microstructure, hardness and phase structure before and after the heat-treatment. After heat-treatment and warm rolling, the rolling plasticity of composite sheet was estimated. The results showed that the grains of the coating of composite plate were refined, the ordering degree of composite plate’s core layer phases was restrained or even decreased, and the whole plasticity was increased by different heat treatments. Moreover, the rolling plasticity of the composite sheet, which was dealt with heat treatment and brine quenching, was the most required.
