    Kurzfassung: The study of visible light indoor position has received considerable attention. The visible light indoor position has problems such as deployment difficulty and high cost. In our system, we propose a new fingerprint construction algorithm to simplify visible light indoor position. This method can realize the rapid construction of a visible fingerprint database and prove that the fingerprint database can be used repeatedly in different environments. We proved the theoretical feasibility of this method through theoretical derivation. We carried out extensive experiments in two classic real indoor environments. Experimental results show that reverse fingerprinting can be achieved. In 95% of cases, the positioning accuracy can be guaranteed to be less than 10 cm.

    Kurzfassung: Slant range geometry plays a crucial role in interpreting synthetic aperture radar (SAR) observations, especially in converting line-of-sight (LOS) surface deformations to actual vertical subsidence. This paper proposes a new conversion model to retrieve vertical settlements of the embankment slopes using the geometrical parameters of the dam and the SAR sensor. The simulation results highlight the impact of slope foreshortening and heading direction of the satellite on deformation retrieval. Various SAR data with different resolutions and bands are used to analyze the model’s performance, revealing a high conformity of the model with practical conversion parameters exceeding 80% for TerraSAR-X and Cosmo-SkyMed data.

    Kurzfassung: Aerial insulator defect images have some features. For instance, the complex background and small target of defects would make it difficult to detect insulator defects quickly and accurately. To solve the problem of low accuracy of insulator defect detection, this paper concerns the shortcomings of IoU and the sensitivity of small targets to the model regression accuracy. An improved SIoU loss function was proposed based on the regular influence of regression direction on the accuracy. This loss function can accelerate the convergence of the model and make it achieve better results in regressions. For complex backgrounds, ECA (Efficient Channel Attention Module) is embedded between the backbone and the feature fusion layer of the model to reduce the influence of redundant features on the detection accuracy and make progress in the aspect. As a result, these experiments show that the improved model achieved 97.18% mAP which is 2.74% higher than before, and the detection speed could reach 71 fps. To some extent, it can detect insulator and its defects accurately and in real-time.

    Kurzfassung: Power line segmentation is very important to ensure the safe and stable operation of unmanned aerial vehicles in intelligent power line inspection. Although the power line segmentation algorithm based on deep learning has made some progress, it is still quite difficult to achieve accurate power line segmentation due to the complex and changeable background of aerial power line images and the small power line targets, and the existing segmentation models is too large and not suitable for edge deployment. This paper proposes a lightweight power line segmentation algorithm—G-UNets. The algorithm uses the improved U-Net of Lei Yang et al. (2022) as the basic network (Y-UNet). The encoder part combines traditional convolution with Ghost bottleneck to extract features and adopts a multi-scale input fusion strategy to reduce information loss. While ensuring the segmentation accuracy, the amount of Y-UNet parameters is significantly reduced; Shuffle Attention (SA) with fewer parameters is introduced in the decoding stage to improve the model segmentation accuracy; at the same time, in order to further alleviate the impact of the imbalanced distribution of positive and negative samples on the segmentation accuracy, a weighted hybrid loss function fused with Focal loss and Dice loss is constructed. The experimental results show that the number of parameters of the G-UNets algorithm is only about 26.55% of that of Y-UNet, and the F1-Score and IoU values both surpass those of Y-UNet, reaching 89.24% and 82.98%, respectively. G-UNets can greatly reduce the number of network parameters while ensuring the accuracy of the model, providing an effective way for the power line segmentation algorithm to be applied to resource-constrained edge devices such as drones.

    Kurzfassung: Gaofen-3 is the first Chinese spaceborne C-band SAR satellite with multiple polarizations. The Gaofen-3 satellite’s data has few applications for monitoring landslides at present, and its potential for use requires further investigation. Consequently, we must evaluate and analyze the landslide interference quality and displacement monitoring derived from the Gaofen-3 SAR satellite’s data, particularly in high and steep, mountainous regions. Based on the nine Gaofen-3 SAR datasets gathered in 2020–2021, this study used DInSAR technology to track landslide displacement in Mao County, Sichuan Province, utilizing data from Gaofen-3. Our findings were compared to SENTINEL-1 and ALOS-2 data for the same region. This study revealed that due to its large spatial baseline, Gaofen-3’s SAR data have a smaller interference effect and weaker coherence than the SENTINEL-1 and ALOS-2 SAR data. In addition, the displacement sensitivity of the Gaofen-3 and SENTINEL-1 data (C-band) is higher than that of the ALOS-2 data (L-band). Further, we conducted a study of observation applicability based on the geometric distortion distribution of the three forms of SAR data. Gaofen-3’s SAR data are very simple to make layover and have fewer shadow areas in hilly regions, and it theoretically has more suitable observation areas (71.3%). For its practical application in mountainous areas, we introduced the passive geometric distortion analysis method. Due to its short incidence angle (i.e., 25.8°), which is less than the other two satellites’ SAR data, only 39.6% of the Gaofen-3 SAR data in the study area is acceptable for suitable observation areas. This study evaluated and analyzed the ability of using Gaofen-3’s data to monitor landslides in mountainous regions based on the interference effect and observation applicability analysis, thereby providing a significant reference for the future use and design of Gaofen-3’s data for landslide monitoring.

    Kurzfassung: Solid oxide electrolysis cells (SOECs) have great application prospects because of their excellent performance, but the long-term applications of the stacks are restricted by the structural degradation under the high-temperature conditions. Therefore, an SOEC degradation model is developed and embedded in a process model of the high-temperature steam electrolysis (HTSE) system to investigate the influence of the stack degradation at the system level. The sensitivity analysis and optimization were carried out to study the influence factors of the stack degradation and system hydrogen production efficiency and search for the optimal operating conditions to improve the hydrogen production efficiency and mitigate the stack degradation. The analysis results show that the high temperature and large current density can accelerate the stack degradation but improve the hydrogen production efficiency, while the high temperature gradually becomes unfavorable in the late stage. The low air-to-fuel feed ratio is beneficial to both the degradation rate and hydrogen production efficiency. The results show that the optimization method can improve the hydrogen production efficiency and inhibit the stack degradation effectively. Moreover, part of the hydrogen production efficiency has to be sacrificed in order to obtain a lower stack degradation rate.

    Kurzfassung: In medical and surgical scenarios, the trajectory planning of a collaborative robot arm is a difficult problem. The artificial potential field (APF) algorithm is a classic method for robot trajectory planning, which has the characteristics of good real-time performance and low computing consumption. There are many variants of the APF algorithm, among which the most widely used variants is the velocity potential field (VPF) algorithm. However, the traditional VPF algorithm has inherent defects and problems, such as easily falling into local minimum, being unable to reach the target, poor dynamic obstacle avoidance ability, and safety and efficiency problems. Therefore, this work presents the improved velocity potential field (IVPF) algorithm, which considers direction factors, obstacle velocity factor, and tangential velocity. When encountering dynamic obstacles, the IVPF algorithm can avoid obstacles better to ensure the safety of both the human and robot arm. The IVPF algorithm also does not easily fall into a local problem when encountering different obstacles. The experiments informed the RRT* algorithm, VPF algorithm, and IVPF algorithm for comparison. Compared with the informed RRT* and VPF algorithm, the result of experiments indicate that the performances of the IVPF algorithm have significant improvements when dealing with different obstacles. The main aim of this paper is to provide a safe and efficient path planning algorithm for the robot arm in the medical field. The proposed algorithm can ensure the safety of both the human and the robot arm when the medical and surgical robot arm is working, and enables the robot arm to cope with emergencies and perform tasks better. The application of the proposed algorithm could make the collaborative robots work in a flexible and safe condition, which could open up new opportunities for the future development of medical and surgical scenarios.

    Kurzfassung: Five new oxygenated sesquiterpenes, molestins A–D (1, 3–5) and epi-gibberodione (2), three new cyclopentenone derivatives, ent-sinulolides C, D, and F ((+)-9–(+)-11), one new butenolide derivative, ent-sinulolide H ((+)-13), and one new cembranolide, molestin E (14), together with 14 known related metabolites (6–8, (–)-9–(–)-11, (±)-12, (–)-13, 15–19) were isolated from the Paracel Islands soft coral Sinularia cf. molesta. The structures and absolute configurations were elucidated based on comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, quantum chemical calculations, and comparison with the literature data. Compound 5 is the first example of a norsesquiterpene with a de-isopropyl guaiane skeleton isolated from the genus Sinularia. Molestin E (14) exhibited cytotoxicities against HeLa and HCT-116 cell lines with IC50 values of 5.26 and 8.37 μM, respectively. Compounds 4, 5, and 8 showed significant inhibitory activities against protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) with IC50 values of 218, 344, and 1.24 μM, respectively.
