Abstract: The online identification of low frequency oscillation mode based on measured signal from PMU is the base of damping control. Removing nonlinear trend from the signal effectively can ensure the precision of mode identification. A method named smoothness prior approach (SPA) is proposed to remove the nonlinear trend from measured signal. In order to meet the demand of removing nonlinear trend for identification of low frequency oscillation based on analyzing the basic principle of smoothness prior approach, it determines regularization parameter of smoothness prior approach according to its characteristic of frequency response. It is used to analyze the simulation signals from IEEE-39 bus power system and the measured signals in some power grid, and compared with empirical mode decomposition and digital filter method. The results demonstrate that this proposed method can successfully remove nonlinear trend from the signal and improve the speed of computation, as well as the precision of mode identification, which has a relatively high practical value.

Abstract: As a high-quality non-polluting energy source, coalbed methane is widely used in power generation, automobile fuel and other fields. Moreover, the concentration of coalbed methane can be effectively reduced by exploiting and utilizing coalbed methane so as to eliminate the gas accidents fundamentally. In the coal mining area, the exploiting of coalbed methane resources are closely related to the hydrogeological conditions. This paper discusses the controlling effect of hydrogeological conditions on coalbed methane exploitation mainly from chemical characteristics, the hydraulic connection between aquifers, groundwater recharge, runoff and discharge characteristics and so on. The results showed that the water-bearing zones were recharged by precipitation. The isotopic characteristics of the coalbed water, the taiyuan limestone aquifer, the ordovician limestone aquifer showed that the groundwater were ancient which are formed earlier and the coalbed water expressed a definite drift feature of D. There had a weak hydraulic interaction between different aquifers. Mg 2+ , Cl - , HCO 3 - , TDS are the monitoring index of drainage production water. If the hydrogeological problems are frequently occurred When mining, it is necessary to analyze the hydrogeological conditions objectively and study the relationship between them to make the coalbed methane scientifically exploitation to improve efficiency and quality of coalbed methane.

Abstract: For the purpose of grasping the stress state, vibration characteristics and safety of the steel arch in Nanjing Olympic Sports Center, which is the main support among the stadium roof system as well as the world's largest oblique arch structure, a real-time health monitoring system was established and the main achievements including the system constitution, monitoring items and layouts of measuring points were described. The monitoring data measured during the 2 years period from 2014 to 2016 as well as the SAP2000 finite element software were combined to conduct the status identification and safety evaluation. The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the measured date; The measured alignment of the large arch is relatively stable, although the structural stiffness of arch has weakened compared with the designed state, the low order vibration frequencies are stable during the 2 years period; The stress state of each monitoring component is at safe levels, and fluctuates within a small range affected by the extreme seasonal temperature changes.

Abstract: This paper concerns with two brominated bacteriostatic agents, using the condition-test to research the inhibitory effect of the microorganisms in the waste paper pulp white water. Using the coated plate culture method of adding different amounts of antibacterial agents in Whitewater, the bacteria and mold in nutrient agar and potato medium experiments were used to observe the inhibitory effect. The results showed that the chosen brominated bacteriostatic agents (PS-2890, GB-3612) in this paper have a better antibacterial effect and 1#is better than 2#,the bacteriostatic agent can be chosen according to the actual situation of the plant .The bacteriostatic agent will achieve a higher rate of bacteriostasis when it is added to 5ppm, and this added amount can also meet the requirements of the factory on the prevention and treatment of microbial. The rate of bacteriostasis generally reached 40% -80% ,the highest 92.8%,when the antibacterial dosage is 3ppm-7ppm.

Abstract: A key issue in NCS is network transmission. In the research of network control, in some special fields, the system performance could be evaluated based on the real-time character of data transmission in the LAN, but the result gotten in this kind of method isn’t representative. In this paper, a simulation model is firstly established via the NS-2 software under research of network transmission, and then the interval segmentation time-delay and the constant time-delay compensation methods of network control are investigated under this environment. Simulation result validates the effectiveness of the model.

Abstract: In this study, three bacterium strains capable of degrading methamidophos (MAP) were isolated from the soil samples contaminated with organophosphorus pesticides (OPs). According to morphological characteristics, physiological properties, and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, the isolates HS-A32, HS-D36, and HS-D38 were identified as Acinetobacter sp ., Pseudomonas stutzeri and Pseudomonas aeruginosa , respectively. They could utilize MAP as the sole carbon and nitrogen source, and the degradation ratio upon 500 mg/L MAP could reach 80% in 3 days under optimal conditions (pH 7.0, 30-35 °C). The strains could use glucose, fructose, ethanol, and galactose as carbon and energy sources, and the favorable nitrogen source included organic and inorganic nitrogen. Further studies showed that the three strains could degrade various OPs. The characterized strains with broad-spectrum OP-degrading activities could be useful for the biodegradation of MAP and the other OPs.

Abstract: In order to detect hacker attacks and take early countermeasures, this paper introduced a novel mobile botnet called CPbot which uses Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) to spread Trojan on Android devices. First, we presented the network model of this GCM based mobile botnet as well as its command and control (C & C) mechanism. Secondly, we illustrated the different roles that this botnet can play. Finally, we setup a simulation model to discuss the topology of this mobile botnet. The MATLAB simulation result shows that CPbot is robust against single point of failures and has good resiliency to shutdown attempts, its command dissemination is highly efficient and the bot App has very low battery consumption. This analysis indicates that mobile botnet is a leading threat to mobile network security; therefore we must deploy defense strategies against this botnet.

Abstract: In this study, the adsorption properties of modified circulating fluidized-bed combustion (CFBC) fly ash by alkali wet millingwere investigated for Mn (II) cations. The effects ofNaOH content, milling speed and milling timeon the modification processof CFBC fly ashwerestudied. Preliminary statistical analysis has indicated thatmetal concentration, time, pH, fly ash dosage and temperaturewere the most importantvariables that affect the adsorption capacity. Results lead towards the conclusion that alkali wet millingtreatment cansignificantly increasethe adsorption capacity of the CFBC fly ash. The adsorption mechanism of the modified CFBCfly ash was determined using Langmuir, Freundlich isotherms and the Lagergren pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second-order, Elovich equation and the intraparticle diffusion equation, which indicated it was not thesole rate determiningstep, and the adsorption process was controlled by physical and chemical adsorption. The results showed that theCFBC fly ash can be utilized as a low-cost adsorbent for the removal of Mn (II) ionsfrom solution.
