    Penile Fracture-Report of Two Cases and Review of Current Literature

    Kurzfassung: Penile fracture is an uncommon urological emergency, especially in Bangladesh. The other name is traumatic rupture of the tunica albuginea and corpora cavernosa in the erect penis. It occurs when an erect penis face to buckle under the pressure of a blunt sexual trauma. Patient gives the typical history of immediate detumescence, severe pain, swelling and eggplant deformity of the penile shaft due to penile injury. Immediate surgical exploration and repair of corpora Cavernosa with tunica albugenia is the most effective treatment modality. In normal cases diagnosis is made from history, physical examination alone. In some special cases ultrasonogram, radiological images, including retrograde urethrography or cavernosography are mandatory for proper diagnosis.     Kurzfassung: Adenomatoid tumor is a very rare benign tumor of mesothelial origin. It is very difficult to distinguish carcinoma from an adenomatoid tumor. This is a report of a case of an adenomatoid tumor of the right epididymis of a man of 38-year-old who came to Urology OPD with pain and palpable swelling on the right testis. He also complaints of severe burning during ejaculation. We diagnose the case by ultrasonogram (USG) and Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC). Right epididymectomy has done and histopathology revealed adenomatoid tumor. As the tumor is very rare, the case is to report for its clinical entity.KYAMC Journal Vol. 9, No.-3, October 2018, Page 141-143

    Kurzfassung: Women of middle age having a vesicovaginal fistula (VVF) after hysterectomy represent a devastatingcondition for the surgeon as well as patient in the society. Accurate diagnosis and proper preoperative planning are essential to see a successful outcome. Herein, we report a case of simple VVF developed after abdominal hysterectomy of middle-aged woman repaired successfully and reviewed of literature for simple VVF management and described the pathophysiology of fistula development.
