    Abstract: 为解决民机复合材料结构实际修理过程中判断要不要修、能不能修的修理容限问题,根据已有成果和不足,提出了2种复合材料结构修理容限的完整求解方案和流程(基于波音公司修理验收要求的修理容限,满足设计许用应变值的修理容限),重点解决如何在同时考虑维修经济性和结构安全性情况下合理确定复合材料结构的修理上限;然后以受压复材加筋壁板为例,考虑穿孔损伤形式,结合有限元分析,分别应用2种求解方案计算了加筋壁板的修理容限。结果表明:2种修理容限求解方案得到的同一复材加筋壁板修理容限结果比较接近且合理,证明了2种修理容限确定方法的可行性,为民机复材结构损伤的工程化评估提供参考。
