Abstract:
Colorectal cancer incidence has been increasing since the mid‐1990s in adults aged 〈 50 years. A well‐established decision‐analytic modeling approach suggests that in light of this increasing incidence, the optimal age to start colorectal cancer screening is 45 years. See also pages 2974‐85.
