Abstract: Objective: To assess the dietary intake of ethnic minority students at two ethnic boarding junior secondary schools of Thai Nguyen province in 2019. Research subjects and methods: The study was conducted according to the descriptive method, cross-sectional design on  ethnic minority students and their dietary intake at two ethnic boarding junior secondary schools of Thai Nguyen province. Using pre-designed questionnaires to collect demographic information, frequency of eating and using the food weight method to determine the total energy and nutrient composition in the dietary intake. Results: The total dietary energy of students (1939 ± 327.0) was insufficient compared to the recommended needs, only 88.1% in male and 94.6% in female. Energy from lipid (23.4%) provided enough compared to the recommended needs, however, the energy from protein (17.8%) provided an excess and from carbohydrates (58.8%) was lacking compared to the recommended needs. The rate between the three energy-producing substances (17.8:23.4:58.8) was not reached compared to the recommended needs (14:20:66). Lipid, animal lipid, vegetable lipid provided enough compared to the recommended needs. While, protein, animal protein provided redundancy, vegetable protein and carbohydrates were lacking compared to the recommended needs. Substances that do not produce energy and fiber were mostly lacking in compared to the recommended needs. Only vitamin B1, vitamin B3 and zinc provided enough compared to the recommended needs. The rate of Ca/P was reasonable. Conclusion: The dietary intake of the ethnic minority students at two ethnic boarding junior secondary schools of Thai Nguyen province was not balanced and reasonable.

Abstract: Mục tiêu: Mô tả tình trạng dinh dưỡng của học sinh dân tộc thiểu số trường phổ thông dân tộc nội trú trung học cơ sở tại 2 huyện, tỉnh Bắc Kạn năm 2019.

Abstract: The paper aims to propose a practical model for market segment selection and evaluation. The paper carries out a technique of order preference similarity to the ideal solution (TOPSIS) approach to make an operation systematic dealing with multi-criteria decision- making problem. Design/methodology/approach Introducing a multi-criteria decision-making problem based on TOPSIS approach. A new entropy and new similarity measure under neutrosopic environment are proposed to evaluate the weights of criteria and the relative closeness coefficient in TOPSIS model. Findings The outcomes show that the TOPSIS model based on new entropy and similarity measure is effective for evaluation and selection market segment. Profitability, growth of the market, the likelihood of sustainable differential advantages are the most important insights of criteria. Originality/value This paper put forward an effective multi-criteria decision-making dealing with uncertain information.

Abstract: This study aims to enhance the mapping of forecast for water quality assessment in Mekong Delta provinces. The data from 32 sites from main rivers and canals in an area of around 2,482 km 2 in Tien Giang Province, Vietnam, were used for calculation and mapping. The ArcGIS 9.3 software, Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW) interpolation method, hydrologic data, and water quality parameters in March (2010-2014) were applied to build the maps showing 2020 water quality predictions for main rivers and canals in Tien Giang Province. The estimation was based on the Water Quality Index (WQI) with 6 parameters such as pH, total suspended solid (TSS), dissolved oxygen (DO), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), total nitrogen (T_N), and coliform. The results showed that water quality in the studied area in dry season will not be improved by the year 2020. The finding could be a scientific reference for the selection of effective approaches to improve water quality in main rivers and canals in Tien Giang Province.

Abstract: With the objective description of the actual use borate salt in some processed foods available in the market Chua Hang, Thai Nguyen city in 2020, the study was conducted according to the descriptivemethod, designed to cross- sectional on 60 samples of pre-processed food (pork rolls, pork rolls, vermicelli, meat pie, cast wheels) at the study site. Technical was conducted qualitative and semiquantitative borate salt by Decision 3390/2000/Decision-Minister of Health: “technical conventional regulations qualitative and semi-quantitative borate salt or boric acid” by the Minister of Health. The research results showed that: The number of samples tested positive for borate salt in Chua Hang market quite high, accounting for 80% of the whole food sample. The content of borax at: ≤ 0.5 mg%, accounting for a high percentage (73.3%), but still 6.7% at the level of 〉 0.5 - 1 mg%. The average content of borax in food samples at Chua Hang market: pork rolls (0.24 ± 0.31), pork rolls (0.27 ± 0.38), vermicelli (0.09 ± 0.14) , meat pie (0.05 ± 0.06), cast cake (0.03 ± 0.04).

Abstract: Energy plays a central part in economic development, yet alongside fossil fuels bring vast environmental impact. In recent years, renewable energy has gradually become a viable source for clean energy to alleviate and decouple with a negative connotation. Different types of renewable energy are not without trade-offs beyond costs and performance. Multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) has become one of the most prominent tools in making decisions with multiple conflicting criteria existing in many complex real-world problems. Information obtained for decision making may be ambiguous or uncertain. Neutrosophic is an extension of fuzzy set types with three membership functions: truth membership function, falsity membership function and indeterminacy membership function. It is a useful tool when dealing with uncertainty issues. Entropy measures the uncertainty of information under neutrosophic circumstances which can be used to identify the weights of criteria in MCDM model. Meanwhile, the dissimilarity measure is useful in dealing with the ranking of alternatives in term of distance. This article proposes to build a new entropy and dissimilarity measure as well as to construct a novel MCDM model based on them to improve the inclusiveness of the perspectives for decision making. In this paper, we also give out a case study of using this model through the process of a renewable energy selection scenario in Taiwan performed and assessed.
