    Abstract: In this paper, a method of correction for the trapezoid distortion of the single fingerprint acquisition system is proposed, which combines nearly telecentric optical path and the inclined plane compensation. According to the method presented, an actual fingerprint acquisition system is designed. There is a prism and two lenses in the system. The resolution of fingerprint acquisition can reach 500dpi. Its optical length is in 45mm, the maximum grid distortion is 0.43%. These meet the standard of the FBI fingerprint scanning system.

    Abstract: Based on the functional expression methods of wind turbine airfoils, the method of the correction to parameter factors of shape function by iterative calculation in the principle of making the residual error minimum between the fitting airfoil and the target airfoil is presented in this paper, which makes the fitting precision improved compared with the parametric representation of original airfoils. The method of the correction to parameter factors of shape function proposed in this paper is used for parametric representation of more than 20 kinds of typical airfoils and then the geometric and aerodynamic convergence are intensive studied. The results show that the minimal order of the integrated expression of airfoils is decreased by the proposed method in this paper and the mathematical models of airfoils which facilitate the unification of optimal design are established.

    Abstract: This paper presents a novel intelligent turn-milling machine, which processes the plastic material on the surface of huge cylindrical aluminum tank equal-thickness. The workpiece is too huge and cannot be processed by traditional lathe for turning operation. In order to make the plastics smooth and equal-thickness, the distance between the cutter and the surface of the tank is kept constant according to the feedback of position sensor placed before the cutter. Via the position sensor, the data of the workpiece shape can be obtained real-timely and the cutter feeding can be controlled by NC system to trace along the workpiece parts figure intelligently. Finally, experimental results verify the effectiveness of the processing method.

    Abstract: Large customers direct electricity purchase mode is a new electricity purchase mode introduced in the electricity market reform. It can not only further explore the potential of electricity market, but also introduce the competition mechanism on the electricity sale side, perfect the price system to rationally allocate resources according to the price signal. Combined with chinas electricity market-oriented reforming direction, this paper learns from the abroad electricity direct purchase experience, relates the important and difficult issues in large customers direct electricity purchase and finally figure out the sequence of large users direct electricity purchase. Structurally,based on the analysis of the basic theory, it builds an evaluation indicator system of large customers direct electricity purchase from multiple types of power suppliers and further use entropy method to process consistently and dimensionless. Finally combines gray correlation degree with ideal point method to evaluate the sequence of direct electricity purchase.

    Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) preparation has a long history in China,and now it is an important direction at the development of hospital preparations, because lacking of quality control technology, quality of the different production batch is not quite stable in the process of production. Therefore, to establish perfect, accurate, rapid quality evaluation method is the key to realize modernization of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation [1,2] . The paper establishes the quantitative analysis model for Tanshinone IIA in Jingutongxiao Pills by near-infrared spectral technology. Through the discussion of spectral wavelength, spectral pretreatment and principal component count, it was found that the second derivative combined with partial least squares (PLS) establishes a best quantitative calibration model. The correlation coefficient of calibration (R 2 )was 0.975 37, the Root Mean Square Error of Cross Validation (RMSECV) is 0.001 17 and the external prediction deviation (RMSEP) is 0.00174. It indicated that the near-infrared spectral technology could be used for rapid, accurate, nondestructive determination of Tanshinone IIA in Jingutongxiao Pills [3,4] .

    Abstract: A rapid determination method was builded about content of dioscin in Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright by near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) technology. The calibration model were builded through comparison of the content of dioscin in Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright and the near infrared spectroscopy of Dioscorea zingiberensis C. H. Wright with partial least squares. The internal correlation coefficient of cross-validation (R 2 ) was 0.99208, root-mean-square error of cross-validation (RMSECV) was 0.0104, and external root mean square prediction deviation RMSEP was 0.0105, and the predictive value of the aversge relative error was 4.12%.

    Abstract: The cost of China Power Grid Company's purchasing power is influenced by the relationship between supply and demand of the industry chain, the impact of price fluctuations in the power purchase market, while, the terminal sales price is controlled by the government, not reflecting the supply and demand changes, which makes the income space of power grid corporation uncertainty, therefore, their operation is facing with risk. The paper constructs electricity purchasing and selling risk control optimization model for power Grid Corporation after considering users demand elasticity, electricity distribution in the contract market and real-time market, the compensation cost for users blackout based on the analysis for the influencing factors of Power Grid Corporation and the revenue calculation model.

    Abstract: Power generation resource joint scheduling optimizing is of great significance for electric power system run economically and to achieve energy saving targets. To compare multi-types power generation resource scheduling models economic and environment benefits under different scheduling objectives and constraints, this paper took the unit output, generation resources, pollution and other aspects of constraints, respectively, took the lowest coal consumption and the smallest pollutant emissions as the target established the contract power, the energy-saving generation dispatching optimization model. Then introduced Shapley Value method, and based on it, established a generating profit distribution model. The simulation results show that energy-saving generation scheduling model can significantly reduce pollutant emissions, and Shapley Value method is better to take the profits of each generation resources into account.

    Abstract: Based on the finite element theory of dynamic explicit, the technology of multi-point forming was applied to tube forming. The process of tube multi-point forming was simulated by ABAQUS software. It is used to study the behavior of forming force under different wall thicknesses and materials for manufacturing tube. It has been found that when the curvature radius is set at 1.0m, the forming force gradually becomes larger as the wall thickness of the tube increases. The careful selection of materials is beneficial to controlling forming force. Due to the technology of mass scaling, the ultimate forming force is not the maximum forming force in the process of simulation forming. However, the ultimate forming force can be used to select the multi-point forming equipment.

    Abstract: In this paper we propose a new steganographic method, which based on wet paper codes and wavelet transformation. The method is designed to embed secret messages in images' wavelet coefficients and depends on images' texture characters in local neighborhood. The receivers can extract secret bits from carrier images only by some matrix multiplications without knowing the formulas written by senders, which further improves steganographic security and minimizes the impact of embedding changes. The experimental results show that our proposed method has good robust and visual concealment performance and proves out it's a practical steganographic algorithm.
