Abstract: Decentralized attribute-based encryption (ABE) is a special form of multiauthority ABE systems, in which no central authority and global coordination are required other than creating the common reference parameters. In this paper, we propose a new decentralized ABE in prime-order groups by using extended dual system groups. We formulate some assumptions used to prove the security of our scheme. Our proposed scheme is fully secure under the standard k -Lin assumption in random oracle model and can support any monotone access structures. Compared with existing fully secure decentralized ABE systems, our construction has shorter ciphertexts and secret keys. Moreover, fast decryption is achieved in our system, in which ciphertexts can be decrypted with a constant number of pairings.

Abstract: Sympathetic nerve remodeling after myocardial infarction (MI) has an indispensable role in cardiac remodeling. Numerous works have shown that sympathetic nerve remodeling can be delayed by inhibition of inflammatory response. Earlier studies have shown improvement in ventricular remodeling and inhibited chronic stage neural remodeling by Yiqi Huoxue decoction (YQHX). Therefore, the current study looked at the inhibitory effect of YQHX prescription on proinflammatory mediators and macrophages and the effect on neural remodeling at 3 and 7 days after MI. YQHX inhibited the expression of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) proteins and macrophage infiltration within 7 days after myocardial infarction. YQHX could decrease Th-positive nerve fiber density in the area around infarction and reduce the expression of growth-associated protein 43 (GAP43), nerve growth factor (NGF), and tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) proteins, which was associated with the remodeling of sympathetic nerves. Thus, the nerve remodeling inhibition after MI due to YQHX may be through its anti-inflammatory action. These data provide direct evidence for the potential application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the remodeling of sympathetic nerves after MI.

Abstract: In this paper, the dynamic mechanical properties of GH4720Li nickel-base alloy under a large temperature range and high and low strain rates were studied by the hot compression test. The difference of mechanical properties of GH4720Li alloy under high and low strain rates was analyzed from the perspective of microstructure. The hot compression test experimental results showed that the true stress of GH4720Li alloy decreased at a low strain rate as the trial temperature elevated. Nevertheless, it was abnormal that the true stress increased at high strain rate condition as temperature elevated. By comparing the microstructure under high and low strain rates, it was found that the precipitates under low strain conditions contained a large amount of Cr (Mo). However, the content of Cr (Mo) in the precipitates at a high strain rate decreased, while the content of Fe increased. It would be concluded that Cr (Mo) would reduce the compressive strength and plasticity of GH4720Li alloy, while Fe would increase the compressive strength and plasticity of GH4720Li alloy. In addition, under the condition of a low strain rate, the shape of Cr (Mo) precipitates obtained at 20°C was lamellar, but it was spherical at 800°C. The compressive strength of GH4720Li composites with lamellar precipitates was higher than that of spherical precipitates.

Abstract: Background. Hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) are reported to play significant roles in the development of liver fibrosis. Heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) is a key rate-limiting enzyme, which could decrease collagen synthesis and liver damage. Nevertheless, it was yet elusive towards the function and mechanism of HO-1. Methods. An HO-1 inducer Hemin or an HO-1 inhibitor ZnPP-IX was used to treat the activated HSC-T6, respectively. MTT assay was adopted to detect cell proliferation. Immunocytochemical staining was employed to test the levels of alpha-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA), peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPARγ), and nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kappa B) levels in HSC-T6. HO-1, PPARγ, and NF-κB expression levels were measured by qRT-PCR and Western blotting. ELISA was then used to detect the levels of transforming growth factor- (TGF-) beta 1 (TGF-β1), interleukin-6 (IL-6), serum hyaluronic acid (HA), and serum type III procollagen aminopeptide (PIIIP). Results. HSC-T6 proliferation was inhibited in Hemin-treated HSCs. The levels of α-SMA, HA, and PIIIP and the production of ECM were lower in Hemin-treated HSCs, whereas those could be rescued by ZnPP-IX. NF-κB activation was decreased, but PPARγ expression was increased after HO-1 upregulation. Furthermore, the levels of TGF-β1 and IL-6, which were downstream of activated NF-κB in HSC-T6, were reduced. The PPAR-specific inhibitor GW9662 could block those mentioned effects. Conclusions. Our data demonstrated that HO-1 induction could inhibit HSC proliferation and activation by regulating PPARγ expression and NF-κB activation directly or indirectly, which makes it a promising therapeutic target for liver fibrosis.

Abstract: Introduction. Colorectal cancer (CRC), a common digestive tract tumor that contains colon and rectal cancer, is one of the three most common cancers globally. circRNAs are involved in the occurrence and development of CRC, but the mechanism of how they participate in this process remains unclear. Methods. We adopted PCR for expression measure, CCK-8 for cell proliferation detection, Transwell for cell migration and invasion detection, and dual-luciferase reporter assays to detect the potential downstream targets of CCDC66 in CRC. Results. This study showed that circRNA CCDC66 was overexpressed in CRC tissues, and after knockdown, it inhibited the proliferation, migration, and invasion of CRC cells (RKO and HCT-116) in vitro. In addition, the dual-luciferase reporter assay showed that there was a binding site between circCCDC66 and miR-370, as well as between miR-370 and murine double minute 4 (MDM4). That is, circCCDC66 upregulated the expression of MDM4 through competitively binding to miR-370. The expression of circCCDC66 in CRC tissues was positively correlated with MDM4 and negatively correlated with miR-370. Conclusion. In summary, our results indicate that circCCDC66 is a key upregulation of CRC. circCCDC66 upregulates MDM4 through competitive binding to miR-370, thereby enhancing the metastatic ability of CRC cells and promoting the development of CRC.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression levels of the immune checkpoint proteins, programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), B7-H3, B7-H4, and V-domain Ig suppressor of T cell activation (VISTA), as well as the significance thereof, in clear cell carcinoma (CCC) of the cervix (a rare histological subtype of cervical cancer). We also compared the expression statuses of these biomarkers in cervical CCCs with those in cervical squamous cell carcinomas (SCCs). We evaluated the expression of PD-L1, B7-H3, B7-H4, and VISTA in 50 cervical CCCs and 100 SCCs using immunohistochemical staining and investigated the associations between these markers, clinicopathologic features, and survival in patients with CCCs. Of the cervical CCC samples examined, 22%, 16%, 32%, and 34% were positive for PD-L1, B7-H3, B7-H4, and VISTA, respectively. Nineteen samples (38%) were negative for all 4 of these markers, whereas 31 (62%) expressed at least 1 marker. None of these markers was associated with the investigated clinicopathologic variables or patient survival. PD-L1, B7-H3, and VISTA were observed significantly more frequently in SCCs than in CCCs of the cervix. Our study confirmed the expression of immune checkpoint proteins in cervical CCCs and indicated their nonredundant and complementary roles. As such, our data suggest that monotherapeutic immune checkpoint blockade may not be sufficiently effective in patients with cervical CCC.

Abstract: High-speed elevator horizontal vibration (HsEHV) is a problem that seriously affects ride comfort. To solve this problem, a design parameter optimization method for HsEHV reduction was studied. A dynamic equation of HsEHV was established, and its response value was calculated using a precise integration method. The influence of the design parameters on horizontal vibration was also analyzed. An optimization model of the design parameters for HsEHV reduction was constructed, and the response surface model of objective function (the peak-to-peak value of horizontal vibration acceleration) was constructed using Latin hypercube sampling. We adopted a multiobjective genetic algorithm to optimize the design parameters for horizontal vibration reduction and used the min-max standardization method to select an optimal solution set. Finally, a KLK2 high-speed elevator made by Canny Elevator Co., Ltd., was utilized as an example to analyze the influencing factors of HsEHV, optimize the design parameters to reduce horizontal vibration, and verify the optimized results using numerical calculation and prototype testing.

Abstract: Myocardial infarction can lead to ventricular remodeling and arrhythmia, which is closely related to nerve remodeling. Our previous study found that Yiqi Huoxue decoction (YQHX) can improve ventricular remodeling and reduce myocardial damage. Therefore, in this study, we observed the effect of YQHX on cardiac neural remodeling and cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and its possible mechanism. This research is composed of two parts: animal and H9c2 cells experiments. The animal model of acute myocardial infarction was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery in Sprague Dawley (SD) rats. H9c2 cells were placed in 94% N2, 5% CO2, and 1% O2 hypoxic environment for 12 hours to replicate the hypoglycemic hypoxia model. The experimental results showed that, compared with the MI group, YQHX can significantly improve heart function after myocardial infarction and reduce nerve remodeling and myocardial hypertrophy. Pathological structure observation demonstrated reducing myocardial tissue damage and decreasing of cell cross-sectional area, diameter, and circumference. The positive rate of TH declined apparently, and the sympathetic nerve density was lower than that of the MI group. After YQHX was given for 28 days, the proneural remodeling factors TH, NGF, and GAP43 in the marginal zone of infarction and stellate ganglion decreased obviously while the inhibitory nerve remodeling factor Sema-3A increased. The myocardial hypertrophic protein ANP and β-MHC were also significantly inhibited with p-ERK1/2 protein expression level prominently reduced. There was no difference between the YQHX group and the Meto group. After myocardial infarction, nerve remodeling was seen in the marginal area of infarction and stellate ganglion, and the neuropeptides released by which promoted myocardial hypertrophy. The mechanism may be related to the ERK1/2 signaling pathway. YQHX could regulate the ERK1/2 signaling pathway, inhibit the release of nerve remodeling factors and myocardial hypertrophy protein to reduce nerve remodeling, and relieve myocardial hypertrophy.

Abstract: The on-board power supply system provides power for the launch vehicle. The power transmission and transformation system plays an irreplaceable role to ensure that the on-board power supply system receives the normal working voltage of the launch vehicle. There are many types of faults in power transmission and transformation systems. The traditional faulty diagnosis method of power transmission and transformation equipment has the disadvantages of being susceptible to experts’ subjectivity and model’s ossification. In this paper, a new method of equipment fault diagnosis based on big data is proposed. On the basis of big data, this paper introduces the failure mode clustering algorithm, the state parameter correlation analysis algorithm, the fault diagnosis method based on the correlation matrix, and other key fault diagnosis technologies. The fault record data of the 400 kV voltage grade oil-immersed transformer bushing in the past ten years by a Chinese combat unit is used as a case for demonstration. The results show that the accuracy rate of SC-LSTM-K-means clustering model exceeds 95%. And the fault classification mode can be accurately obtained. A priori correlation algorithm with TA coefficient can be used to evaluate the strong and weak relationship between the state parameters; the fault diagnosis matrix based on Pearson’s correlation coefficient can accurately determine the fault mode consistent with the actual operation and maintenance test results. Therefore, the fault diagnosis method of power transmission and transformation system based on big data can both effectively obtain the inherent laws of historical data and realize more accurate fault diagnosis with data adaptability.
