Abstract: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) and hyocholic acids (HCA) during late gestation and lactation on reproductive performance, colostrum quality, antioxidant capacity and gut microbiota in multiparous sows. Methods A total of 60 healthy multiparous cross-bred sows (Landrace × Yorkshire) were randomly fed 4 groups diets as follows: the basal diets (CTRL group), or the basal diets containing only 600 mg/kg GOS (GOS group), 600 mg/kg GOS + 100 mg/kg HCA (GOS + Low HCA group), and 600 mg/kg + 200 mg/kg HCA (GOS + High HCA group) from d 85 of gestation to weaning. Multiple parameters of sows were determined. Results There was a trend of shortening the labor process of sows ( p = 0.07) in the GOS group and GOS + Low/High HCA group. Compared with the CTRL group, the GOS + Low/High HCA group increased the average piglets weight at birth ( p & lt; 0.05), and increased the IgA concentration of colostrum ( p & lt; 0.05). In addition, serum triglyceride (TG) concentration was lower ( p & lt; 0.05), and serum total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) was higher ( p & lt; 0.05) in the GOS and GOS + Low/High HCA groups than in the CTRL group at farrowing. Serum catalase (CAT) activities was higher in the GOS and GOS + High HCA groups than in the CTRL group at farrowing. The 16S rRNA analysis showed that GOS combination with high-dose HCA shaped the composition of gut microbiota in different reproductive stages (d 107 of gestation, G107; d 0 of lactation, L0; d 7 of lactation, L7). At the phylum level, the relative abundance of Bacteroidota and Desulfobacterota in G107, Bacteroidota , and Proteobacteria in L0, and Planctomycetota in L7 was increased in GOS + High HCA group ( p & lt; 0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that Streptococcus was positively correlated with the serum TG but negatively correlated with the average piglets weight at birth ( p & lt; 0.05). Conclusion This investigation demonstrated that the administration of galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) in conjunction with hyocholic acids (HCA), to sows with nutrient restrictions during late gestation and lactation, further improved their antioxidant capacity and milk quality. The observed beneficial effects of GOS + HCA supplementation could potentially be linked to an improvement in gut microbiota disorders of the sows.

Abstract: A longitudinal study of six years was conducted to find out the pattern of longitudinal changes of blood pressure and to affirm the “tracking phenomenon” of blood pressure in children in China. We initially measured blood pressure and related parameters of 2, 946 children (aged 4-14 years) in 1981 at Fanshan county, Beijing, and then two follow-up remeasurements were conducted in 1985 and 1987, respectively. The results indicated that: the average level of blood pressure increases with age even after adjusting for height and weight; tracking coefficients of systolic blood pressure range from weak to moderate levels, increasing with age. Only 30% of the children whose systolic blood pressure was beyond the 90th percentile of the systolic pressure distribution at the first examination remained at the same region after four years. Multiple stepwise regression was used to determine factors correlated with blood pressure. Our results indicate that systolic blood pressure in children is correlated with body w eight, pulse rate, scrum glucose and HDL-C, while diastolic blood pressure is correlated only with pulse rate and serum glucose.

Abstract: A rapid and efficient acid‐promoted strategy to access allylic thiocyanates using allylic alcohols as substrates and easily‐available NH 4 SCN as the thiocyanate source is presented under metal‐ and oxidant‐free conditions. Through screening of various kinds of acids, organic and strong trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) was found most effective. Testing of substrates showed that the strategy has remarkable functional group tolerance. A possible mechanism is provided, and the gram‐scale experiment demonstrate that this novel protocol has potential industrial application value.

Abstract: Appling an electrochemical catalyst is an efficient strategy for inhibiting the shuttle effect and enhancing the S utilization of Li‐S batteries. Carbon‐based materials are the most common conductive agents and catalyst supports used in Li‐S batteries, but the correlation between the diversity of hybridizations and sulfur reduction reaction (SRR) catalytic activity remains unclear. Here, by establishing two forms of carbon models, i.e., graphitic carbon (GC) and amorphous carbon (AC), we observe that the nitrogen atom doped in the GC possesses a higher local charge density and a lower Gibbs free energy towards the formation of polysulfides than in the AC. And the GC‐based electrode consistently inherits considerably enhanced SRR kinetics and superior cycling stability and rate capability in Li‐S batteries. Therefore, the function of carbon in Li‐S batteries is not only limited as conductive support but also plays an unignorable contribution to the electrocatalytic activities of SRR.

Abstract: The commercialization of lithium (Li) metal anodes is greatly hindered by dendritic Li growth, infinite volume change, “dead Li”, and a fragile solid electrolyte interphase. A series of bimetallic oxides, including ZnMn 2 O 4 , ZnCo 2 O 4 , and NiCo 2 O 4 are developed as a new class of lithiophilic materials for stable Li metal anodes. Benefitting from the synergistic effect of different metal cations, the bimetallic oxide modified carbon cloths demonstrate impressive capabilities in suppressing dendritic Li growth at high areal capacities up to 20 mA h cm −2 . Compared with the monometallic oxide modified hosts, ZnMn 2 O 4 @CC exhibits a much longer lifespan up to 1900 h at a high current density/areal capacity of 10 mA cm −2 /10 mA h cm −2 . When paired with LiFePO 4 , the full cell could maintain a capacity retention capability of 89.4% after 350 cycles at 2 C. The bimetallic oxide-based lithiophilic materials can not only boost practical Li metal batteries, but also shed light on other lithiophilic classes such as bimetallic sulfides/selenides.

Abstract: In the process of high-speed driving, there are many source signals that affect the ear noise of passengers in the car. It is important to obtain the reference signal of Active Noise Control (ANC) of the vehicle at high speed condition. Objective: This paper introduces a method to study the time-domain signal reconstruction of interior noise based on data-driven method. Methods: Based on the noise signal collected in a car, the key point signals affecting the interior noise are determined by the acoustic transfer path analysis method. Considering the time-varying characteristics of the noise signal and the complex nonlinear relationship of interior noise, a noise reconstruction model based on wavelet decomposition Radial Basis Function (RBF) neural network is established. And the BP neural network noise reconstruction model is set up to compare the reconstruction effect. Results: According to the reconstruction comparison, the average absolute error (0.0072) of the proposed algorithm model is smaller than the average absolute error of the noise reconstruction BP network model based on wavelet decomposition (0.0280), and the accuracy is improved by 74.29%. The average absolute error between the reconstructed value of RBF neural network and the real-value is smaller than that of BP neural network, and the error of the proposed model is less than 0.01. The method proposed in this paper can reconstruct the interior noise signal of vehicle accurately and effectively. Conclusion: This paper proposes a reconstruction model of vehicle interior noise signal based on wavelet decomposition RBF neural network algorithm driven by data-driven, and verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm with the real vehicle test data. The reconstruction method of RBF neural network based on data-driven wavelet decomposition provides a certain reference value for ANC to obtain high-precision reference signal.

Abstract: In the process of simulating and modeling real objects, the phenomenon of objects penetrating each other may occur in the model, which is unrealistic and then the research of collision detection (CD) is generated. As a bottleneck of virtual environment simulation, researchers have conducted in‐depth research on CD, especially the CD of deformable objects. In this paper, we briefly review the related research on CD of deformable objects regarding relevant literature. First, we briefly introduce previous reviews of CD. Second, we review the popular research methods and limitations of CD between deformable objects. Third, we review the popular research methods and limitations of self‐collision detection in deformable objects. Finally, we discuss future directions of development. This review can be used as a reference for the application of CD in all directions.
