Abstract: The unsatisfactory accuracy of detecting small objects in images of convolutional neural networks is associated with a lack of feature information characterizing small objects, which increases the likelihood of neural network retraining. To increase the feature space, information about the movement of dynamic objects is used. Movement identification of moving objects is based on the background subtraction method. Experimental studies show the superiority of the developed algorithm in the accuracy of detecting small objects in images compared to the original architecture of the convolutional neural network.

Abstract: the work is devoted to solving the urgent problem of forming the subjects career trajectories in terms of obtaining the characteristics of the subject using a network parser. The description of the method of forming a digital portrait of the subject for building his career trajectory is given. At the first stage, network information is parsed in order to identify personal characteristics, professional skills of the users and a variety of relationships between users. At the second stage, a fuzzy graph model with multiple and different types of connections (GH-graph) is formed. To solve this problem, the expediency of using such a graph is justified, which allows you to set all the necessary relationships in the organizational system and at the same time reduce the calculation time. The personal characteristics, professional skills of users and their relationships obtained as a result of network parsing are presented in the GH-graph, which allows us to obtain primary digital portraits of users. At the third stage, the resulting GH-graph is used to calculate a number of graph characteristics to form the final digital portrait of the subject in order to build his career trajectory. The article describes in detail the approaches to the implementation of the first two steps.

Abstract: Quantum neural network (QNN) is one of the promising areas in which noisy medium-scale quantum devices (MCD) can find advantageous applications in the short term compared to classical resources. Recurrent neural networks are the most fundamental networks for sequential learning, but there is still no canonical model of a quantum recurrent neural network (QRNN), which certainly limits research in the field of quantum deep learning. In the present paper, a new type of QRNS is proposed that would be a good candidate as a canonical QRNN model, where quantum recurrent blocks (QRB) are built in a hardware-efficient way, and QRNN are constructed by stacking QRB in a checkerboard pattern, which can significantly reduce the algorithm’s requirements with respect to coherent time of quantum devices. That is, QRNN is much more accessible on MCD devices. Numerical experiments show that our QRNN provides much better performance in prediction (classification) accuracy compared to classical RNN and state-of-the-art QNN models for sequential training and can predict changing details of time series data.

Abstract: The aim of this work is to identify the significant factors for optimal control of an experimental mechanism of the machine-tractor unit (MTU) of class 1,4 functioning. Work is based on the mathematical modeling of such unit. The main characterizing factors for experimental mechanism are considered. The article presents a linear regression multifactor model for the response function. Model is built on the basis of full-scale experiment data. The indicator “degree of transmission transparency” was selected as a response function. The study on multicollinearity, significance, adequacy was carried out. The significant factors for the experimental mechanism during plowing have been identified. The results of mathematical modeling are presented.

Abstract: Quantification in collective behavior and decision-making in fuzzy conditions is crucial to ensure the health and safety of the population. The task of modeling and predicting behavior in fuzzy conditions, as is known, has increased complexity due to a large number of factors from which an NP-complete multi-criteria problem is formed. There is a difficulty in quantifying the impact of fuzzy factors using a mathematical model. In this regard, the paper proposes a stochastic model of human decision- making to account for doubts and uncertainty of experts based on a modified aggregation operator. The developed fuzzy model combines fuzzy logic into a conventional model of social behavior. Unlike existing models and applications, this approach uses fuzzy sets and membership functions to describe the evacuation process in an emergency situation. The purpose of this work is to expand fuzzy sets to account for doubts and uncertainty of experts based on a modified aggregation operator and analysis of existing solutions. The problem statement in this paper is as follows: to form a set of fuzzy sets to account for doubts and uncertainty of experts based on a modified aggregation operator. The scientific novelty lies in the formation of a set of factors that form fuzzy rules for making dynamic decisions. The practical value of the work lies in the creation of fuzzy sets to account for doubts and uncertainty of experts based on a modified aggregation operator [1-3]. To implement the proposed model, the process of social behavior during evacuation, independent variables are determined. These variables include measurements related to social factors, in other words, the behavior of individual subjects and individual small groups, which are fundamental at an early stage of evacuation.

Abstract: The paper discusses methods of forming special models for the representation of various sets of knowledge in various information systems. The work is devoted to the application of distributive semantics in the identification of significant combinations in one subject area (PRO) within the framework of the formalization of linguistic expert information (LEI). The paper applies an approach to the formalization of LEI based on a set of analytical methods, where linear algebra is used as models. This approach makes it possible to initialize the procedure for the automatic formation of hierarchical LEI architectures or dendrograms when identifying significant combinations of titles of several collections of texts. The scientific novelty lies in the proposed analytical approach using distributive semantics in identifying significant combinations of titles of several collections of texts, which allows for the analysis and processing of linguistic expert information. The paper aims to create conditions for the formalization of the LEI by applying distributive semantics when identifying significant combinations of titles of several collections. The ontology constructed in this work complements the search structure within the framework of the considered PRO and can be supplemented and developed in the future.

Abstract: This study presents a generalized solution to the problem of restoring the structure of a graph based on the method of minimizing the transfer matrix norm, consistent with the Euclidean vector norms, with a minimum and extended set of constraints. The problem of complete reconstruction of the adjacency matrix, in the presence of pairs of vectors of exogenous and endogenous influences, expressing the intrinsic resonance properties of the network, and positive semidefinite constraints on the matrix of variables, is a generalization of the problem of reconstructing the structure of a graph from the eigenvalues of the Laplace matrix.

Abstract: The main goal of our paper is the development of the new intelligent approach to the Big Data Bases data management and analysis, associated with the different types of data mathematical models. The presented circumstances are produce the sufficient problems for the information request implementation and the long-duration processes during the data analysis. One of the problems of this paper is the hybrid granulation data model development for the heterogeneous kinds of data. Also, the NoSQL request generation to the granulated data are considered. As a result, the new hybrid technique was developed for the uniformed read/write request and data analysis for the heterogeneous data content. The presented technique are the hybrid crisp/fuzzy approach for the data natural compressing during the hard disk operations.

Abstract: Modeling the content of big data warehouses today is done by developers for developers. The former creates the storage itself; the latter create application systems based on it. The interests of the end user of the data contained in the warehouse are not considered in the existing paradigm. This leads to the fact that, firstly, much of the information available in the storage is not used, and secondly, users experience a lack of data to solve their tasks. The paper proposes a usercentered method for modeling the content of big data warehouses. This method enriches the existing models, which allows developers to obtain more accurate requirements for the storage itself and its contents, which has a positive effect on the percentage of data used and on the efficiency of its operation.
